Passenger rail vehicle (1), configured for the fitting of a single-piece passenger compartment floor (2) which covers the entire passenger compartment base, wherein at least one end face of the vehicle body comprises a vertically arranged opening (3), the dimensions of which enable the introduction of the single-piece passenger compartment floor (2) into the vehicle body and wherein the opening (3) of the end face comprises fastening means (4) for fitting stability-enhancing components (5).
  2. Passenger rail vehicle (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the opening is substantially arranged in the provided fastening plane of the single-piece passenger compartment floor.
  3. Passenger rail vehicle (1) according to claim 2, characterised in that the coverings (6) are provided for at least partially closing off the opening (3).
