Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schiebetür eines Schienenfahrzeuges, insbesondere eines Reisezugwagens, die stirnwandseitig angeordnet ist und als Wagenübergangstür eingesetzt wird.
- Bei Reisezugwagen ist es allgemeiner Stand der Technik, Stirnwandschiebetüren vom Innenraum des Wagenkastens aus zu montieren. Das Türportal dieser Schiebetüren bzw. die Rohbaukonstruktion des Wagenkastens dient dabei auf der Innenseite als Anschlussflanschfläche für diverse Fanghaken, Dichtleisten oder Dichtrahmen. Ein beispielsweise bei Glasbruch erforderlicher Ausbau des Türflügels derartig eingebauter Schiebetüren ist nur nach vorheriger, umfangreicher Demontage von Innenanbauten des Wagenkastens (wie Schränke, Wände, etc.) möglich.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Schiebetür der gattungsgemäßen Art so zu gestalten und anzubringen, dass sie bei unterschiedlichen Umgebungen, die insbesondere durch die Bauweisen eines geschlossenen Wagenüberganges oder eines Wulstüberganges repräsentiert sind, von der Fahrzeugaußenseite eingebaut und für einen möglichst einfachen Tausch des Türflügels auch ausgebaut werden kann.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass die Schiebetür als einflügelige Tascheninnenschiebetür ausgebildet ist und mit einer Portalverkleidung zusammenwirkt, die von der Fahrzeugaußenseite demontierbar ausgeführt sind.
- Durch den Einsatz der einflügeligen Tascheninnenschiebetür ergibt sich vorteilhaft eine große lichte Öffnung in der Breite und Höhe des Wagenüberganges. Durch die gezielte Abstimmung zwischen dem Wagenkasten-Rohbau und den brandschutztechnischen Portalverkleidungen, welche von der Fahrzeugaußenseite demontierbar gestaltet sind, ist ein System geschaffen, dass eine einfache Demontage des Türflügels von der Fahrzeugaußenseite ermöglicht, ohne Entfernung wesentlicher Innenanbauteile. Vor allem für den Fahrzeugbetreiber ergibt sich daraus bei etwaigem Tausch eines Türflügels eine kurze Reparaturzeit, die sich günstig auf die Verfügbarkeit des Fahrzeuges auswirkt. Die technischen Anforderungen, speziell des Brandschutzes, werden nach der Montage wieder erfüllt. Im Übrigen ist die variable Kombinierbarkeit mit geschlossenen Übergängen oder auch Wulstübergängen für Reisezugwagen gegeben.
- In der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung prinzipartig dargestellt, die im Weiteren näher beschrieben werden. Es zeigen

- Der Reisezugwagen gemäß Fig. 1 ist mit Fahrgastsitzen 3 und einer Innenverkleidung 4 ausgerüstet. Dieser Reisezugwagen besitzt einen Wulstübergang 5. Unterschiedlich dazu weist der in Fig. 2 gezeigte Reisezugwagen einen geschlossenen Übergang 6 und einen durch Trennwände 8 begrenzten Tunnel 7 als Durchgang für Fahrgäste auf. Auf beiden Seiten des Tunnels 7 befinden sich Räume 9 für die Unterbringung von Ausrüstungskomponenten, wobei diese Räume 9 beispielsweise als Schaltschrank genutzt werden können.
- Bei beiden Reisezugwagen ist stirnwandseitig eine Schiebetür angeordnet, die als Wagenübergangstür eingesetzt wird. Diese Schiebetür ist als einflügelige Tascheninnenschiebetür 1 ausgebildet, deren Türflügel aus der hier gezeigten geschlossenen Position für das Öffnen des Überganges in eine Türtasche 10 des Wagenkastens einschiebbar ist. Es versteht sich, dass der Türflügel dieser Schiebetür 1 in entsprechenden Führungen gehalten ist, siehe beispielsweise die Führungsschiene 11 in Fig. 3. Um den Türflügel der Schiebetür 1 vom Übergang 5 bzw. 6 leicht ein- und ausbauen zu können, ist eine mit der Schiebetür 1 zusammenwirkende Portalverkleidung 2 so angebracht, dass sie von der aus Fahrzeugaußenseite zu demontieren ist. Der Türflügel der Schiebetür 1 ist im Übrigen als Brandschutzflügel ausgeführt und erlaubt im Übergangsbereich eine für die Fahrgäste angenehme große lichte Öffnung in der Breite und Höhe.
Claims (1)
- Schiebetür eines Schienenfahrzeuges, insbesondere eines Reisezugwagens, die stirnwandseitig angeordnet ist und als Wagenübergangstür eingesetzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schiebetür als einflügelige Tascheninnenschiebetür (1) ausgebildet ist und mit einer Portalverkleidung (2) zusammenwirkt, die von der Fahrzeugaußenseite demontierbar ausgeführt sind.
