Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for controlling the opening sequence of two-leaf swing doors, wherein the one wing is a under regardder so-called passive leaf and the second wing is an overturning so-called scroll.
  • the invention is useful in particular for such doors, which have to meet a security claim, especially for fire doors with so-called panic and escape function, useful.
  • Fire doors must prevent the spread of fire from the room on one side to the room on the other side of the door for a certain amount of time specified by the relevant standard. Of course they can only do that if they are properly closed.
  • Two-leaf fire doors have a first wing with a second wing facing fold, which extends as a projection of the door leaf on the side facing away from the pivot axis of this wing in the surface area of the second door leaf. When the door leaves are closed properly, the second door leaf lies on the right side of this fold with an edge region lying parallel to the plane of the wing.
  • Two-leaf doors are properly closed when first the passive leaf is moved to the closed position and then the active leaf.
  • the wings are not only provided with a drive which automatically moves the door in the closed position, but also with a closing sequence device, which is intended to cause the two leaves are closed in the correct order.
  • the active leaf also open active leaf, for example, driven by a spring performs a leading edge closing movement, this closing movement is stopped by the action of the closing sequence control at a certain opening angle until the inactive leaf in its closing movement of the active leaf sufficiently far ahead hurries that this ensures the correct closing sequence.
  • the AT 403400 B shows an opening sequence control by means of a so-called drive flap.
  • the catch flap is deflected from its normal position relative to the inactive leaf against the action of a spring in the same direction as the opening movement of the inactive leaf relative to the fixed door frame. As a result, it can slide on the active leaf during the closing movement of the inactive leaf, while it is overtaken by the inactive leaf due to the effect of the closing sequence control.
  • the DE 102004031937 A1 shows an opening sequence control by means of a so-called driving finger.
  • This is guided on the inactive leaf linearly movable radially to the axis of rotation and protrudes when the door is closed with an end portion of the opening movement at the rear surface of the active leaf so that it forcibly opens the active leaf with the opening of the inactive leaf.
  • Mitauerfinger and active leaf are on a lying on the moving leaf inclined plane in engagement, on which an extension of the driving finger unrolls as intended. This inclined plane is oriented in such a way that you point out of the material outstanding surface normal vector away from the moving wing.
  • the driver finger is so high that it can no longer be inconspicuously attached to the upper end face of the door, but at the opening of the rear large surface of the door, which he is very noticeable even when the door is closed and visually extreme disturbs. In fact, this design does not seem to be used at all.
  • the inventor has set himself the task of improving the device for an opening sequence control for a double-winged swing door by means of linearly moving on the fixed leaf driver fingers so that it is largely invisible when the door is closed.
  • the Mitauerfinger invention is moved by the closing movement of a door leaf from its other position slightly from the axis of rotation of the inactive linear, radially away.
  • this linear movement of the driver finger is not done by a mechanical translation of the closing movement of the active leaf relative to the inactive leaf, but by a translation of the closing movement of the inactive leaf relative to the stationary door frame.
  • the components required for this translation can be readily formed so that they can easily be placed in the closed end leaf in this or on the upper end face, which they are virtually invisible when the closed leaf is closed.
  • the driver part on the passive leaf is either immediately moved towards the pivot axis, or only when he in the subsequent closing movement of the active leaf at the closing sequence by the control in a slightly open position impinging active wing abuts. This displacement of the driver part is required, since otherwise the active leaf could not come past the fixed leaf as the first of the two wings in the closed position.
  • the driver part In the last part of the closing movement of the inactive leaf, the driver part is again moved radially away from its pivot axis into that position which it has at the beginning of the next opening movement of the inactive leaf.
  • the driver part 3 according to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 for the opening sequence control is mounted in a recess on the upper end face of the inactive leaf 1. It consists of a respect to the passive leaf 1 fixed housing 3.1, which is inserted into said recess and secured therein. It has substantially the shape of an elongated, open-topped box and is arranged substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the upper end face of the inactive leaf, that is radially with respect to the pivot axis of the inactive leaf.
  • the housing 3.1 is closed at its top by a lid 3.2, which is broken by a longitudinal slot 3.2.1.
  • a sliding part 3.3 In the housing there is a sliding part 3.3. It is movable in the housing in its longitudinal direction and thereby guided by the insides of the long side walls of the housing.
  • Connecting parts 3.4 which may be screws, for example, extend from the sliding part 3.3 in the interior of the housing 3.1 through the longitudinal slot 3.2.1 through to an overlying driving finger 3.5, which projects into the pivoting area of the upper fold 2.1 of the active leaf 2.
  • Two compression springs 3.6 act in the opposite direction from the end faces of the housing 3.1 on the slide 3.3 and keep it in the absence of other forces with respect to the housing longitudinal direction in a central position.
  • a Leitplättchen 4 is attached to the door frame above the inactive leaf. His side facing away from the pivot axis of the inactive side is formed as an inclined plane 4.1. It is oriented in such a way that with movement on it contrary to the opening direction of the inactive blade of the radial distance to the pivot axis of the inactive leaf increases, which is synonymous with the fact that the distance to the active leaf decreases.
  • the active leaf 2 facing side of Mit psychologyfingers 3.5 is equipped with such an oblique plane 3.5.2, that their lying in the closing movement of the front part closer to the axis of rotation of the closing movement is as their back lying part.
  • the driving finger protrudes as far as possible into the pivoting range of the active leaf. In the event that it is set so that it then strikes something in the closing movement but something to the active leaf, which can slide through the inclined plane 3.5.2 still on the active leaf, and the closing movement is not blocked. This means that by training the inclined plane 3.5.2 with equally good effect of the driver part over a version without this inclined plane with a smaller stroke of the driver part Aus GmbH can be found.
  • a protective plate 5 can be mounted on the upper end face of the active leaf 2 at the level of the driver finger 3.5, which largely covers a barrier rod 6 passing through this surface, and protects it against contact with the driver finger 3.5. In this case, not only the tread-side end 3.5.1 of the driver finger 3.5 comes into contact with parts of the active leaf, but also a remote from this end area.
  • Fig. 3 is shown in a sectional view of an advantageous embodiment of the protective plate 5 and the driving finger 3.5 described above.
  • the driver finger 3.5 and the protective plate 5 describe on their vertical side surfaces to each other a tongue and groove connection. As a result, a precise guidance between these parts is conditioned in a simple manner and an undesired gliding of the finger 3.5 over the protective plate 5 is prevented.
  • Fig. 4 is an example of one of many alternative ways to drive the required linear movements of the driver finger 13.5 sketched.
  • a force acting between the housing of the driver part and driving finger spring 13.6 is biased so that it seeks the driver fingers as far as possible to push away radially from the pivot axis of the inactive leaf 11.
  • An elastic cable 13.7 extends away from the driver finger radially along the stationary leaf along its pivot axis, and then over a deflection roller 13.8 around to a fixedly located away from the pivot axis on the door frame fixing 13.9. The distance between fixing point 13.9 and pulley 13.8 is dependent on the opening angle of the inactive leaf.
  • a rod 23.7 extends between Mit instructionalfinger 23.5 and door frame 7.0 radially along the solid leaf 21 along and lies with its free end to the door frame 23.9.
  • a spring 23.8 is attached at one end approximately centrally to the rod 23.7 and attached to the other end of the inactive leaf 21.
  • the driver finger 23.5 is in its end position in the direction of the active leaf due to the action of the rod 23.7; the spring 23.8 is so taut that it tends to pull the rod and thus the driving finger away from the moving leaf to the door frame 7.0.
  • the spring 23.8 moves the rod and thus the driver finger in the direction of the pivot axis of the inactive leaf.
  • a spring 23.8 could cause the retraction of the rod, for example, by means of a weight on a deflection or an inclined plane. If in this case the pivot axis 7.1 of the inactive leaf with respect to the point of contact between rod 23.7 and door frame 7.0 would not be on that side of the door frame 7.0 to which the passive leaf rises, then one could, in order to achieve the desired effect, divide the rod and transfer the two parts connect a gear ratio, for example by means of a rotatably mounted on the stationary leaf gear on which abut the two rod parts at opposite peripheral regions.
  • FIG. 6 A construction variant with the help of which this danger is reliably avoided is in Fig. 6 outlined.
  • the acting between the housing 33.1 and the slider 33.3 spring 33.6 is biased so that it tends to move the slider 33.3 away from the active leaf 2, ie to the axis of rotation of the inactive leaf 1.
  • this displacement is not possible as long as the slider is hooked with its catch on the latching recesses in the housing.
  • the sliding part 33.3 and with it the driver finger 3.5 remains in the end position facing away from the rotation axis of the passive leaf until the part of the driving finger facing the active leaf reaches the forward side of the active leaf during the closing movement of the passive leaf bumps, because this is held by the closing sequence control in an open position until the active leaf has moved past him during its closing movement.
  • the sliding part is rotated out of the latching and can thus be moved in the direction of the axis of rotation of the inactive leaf due to the action of the spring 33.6.
  • the entanglement on the sliding part is either from the side facing the active leaf to install at the opening movement of the inactive leaf rear side, or diagonally opposite to, the axis of rotation of the inactive side facing the during the opening movement of the inactive leaf front side.
  • the invention has hitherto been described on the basis of a driver part arranged on the upper end surface of the inactive leaf, since the essential advantage of "invisibility" is given. However, it is equally applicable if the driver part is attached to the rear surface of the stationary leaf during the opening movement or to the lower end surface of the inactive leaf.
