Abstract

Es wird eine Anlage (10) zum Trocknen mindestens einer mehrteiligen Gipsform (12) beschrieben. In der Gipsform (12) ist ein Formhohlraum (14) für einen Sanitär-Keramikgegenstand ausgebildet. Der Formhohlraum (14) weist eine Schlicker-Eingießöffnung (16) und eine Entlüftungsöffnung (18) auf. Die Anlage (10) besitzt eine Warmluft-Trockenkammer (20) für die mindestens eine zu trocknende Gipsform (12). Um nicht nur eine Trocknung der mindestens einen Gipsform (12) von deren Außenoberfläche (36) her sondern gleichzeitig auch eine Trocknung der Gipsform (12) von deren Formhohlraum (14) her zu ermöglichen, weist die Anlage (10) eine Warmluft-Gebläseeinrichtung (28) auf, die zum Trocknen der mindestens einen Gießform (12) an deren Schlicker-Eingießöffnung (16) oder an deren Entlüftungsöffnung (18) anschließbar ist. Durch die mit der erfindungsgemäßen Anlage (10) bewirkte Trocknung von außen und die gleichzeitig bewirkte Kerntrocknung ergibt sich eine Reduktion der Trocknungszeiten und eine Verringerung des Energiebedarfs der Anlage (10).
