Abstract

Es wird eine Anlage zum Trocknen mindestens einer mehrteiligen Gießform (26) beschrieben. In der Gießform (26) ist ein Formhohlraum (28) für einen Gegenstand, wie einem Sanitär-Keramikgegenstand, ausgebildet. Der Formhohlraum (28) weist eine Eingießöffnung (30) für ein Gießmaterial, wie einen Keramikschlicker, und mindestens eine Entlüftungsöffnung (32) auf. Die zu trocknende Gießform (26) wird an ihrer Außenoberfläche (36) mit Warmluft und durch Einleiten von Warmluft durch die Eingießöffnung (30) an der Innenoberfläche (34) des Formhohlraumes (28) getrocknet. Eine optimale Trocknung der Gießform (26) wird dadurch erreicht, dass für die zu trocknende Gießform (26) eine Palette (10) vorgesehen ist, die mindestens einen Hohlraum (12) aufweist, der an eine Warmluftquelle anschließbar ist. Die Palette (10) ist an ihrer für die zu trocknende Gießform (26) vorgesehenen Standfläche (18), zur gezielten Beaufschlagung der Außenoberfläche (36) der zu trocknenden Gießform (26), mit Löchern (20) ausgebildet. Die Palette (10) weist außerdem eine an die Eingießöffnung (30) anschließbare flexible Leitung (24) auf.
