Claims (16)
- Installation de coulée continue pour des produits longs en acier, comprenant une lingotière (1) à partir de laquelle est coulée en continu une barre de coulée (2) présentant plusieurs côtés de barre (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d), menée et guidée de manière uniforme le long d'une voie de guidage en forme d'arc définie par des galets de guidage (11, 12, 13, 14) dans une chambre de refroidissement avec des organes d'aspersion,
ces galets de guidage (11, 12, 13, 14) étant contenus dans plusieurs modules de centrage (10) agencés les uns à la suite des autres, et pouvant être réglés en étant déplacés de manière commandée, concentriquement à l'axe de la barre de coulée, caractérisée en ce que chaque module de centrage (10) présente au moins un galet (11) pour le côté de barre externe (2a), monté en position fixe et définissant le tracé de consigne de la voie de guidage, et les autres galets de guidage (12, 13, 14) peuvent être déplacés au moyen d'organes d'actionnement dans une direction perpendiculaire aux côtés de barre (2b, 2c, 2d) correspondants, jusqu'au contact avec la barre de coulée (2), dont la force d'application sur la barre de coulée (2) est à chaque fois réglable et mesurable. - Installation de coulée continue selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le déplacement de réglage des organes d'aspersion est couplé au déplacement de réglage des galets de guidage (12, 13, 14).
- Installation de coulée continue selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le galet de guidage (12) supérieur du module de centrage (10) respectivement considéré, qui est déplaçable ou réglable par rapport au galet (11) monté en position fixe, est porté par un support (22) en forme d'étrier de l'organe d'actionnement, qui est maintenu de manière pivotante sur un châssis (20) du module de centrage (10), un vérin hydraulique (25) ou un actionneur étant prévu pour faire pivoter le support (22) et pour appliquer ou presser le galet de guidage (12) sur la barre de coulée (2).
- Installation de coulée continue selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les deux galets de guidage latéraux restants (13, 14) sont portés chacun par une pièce en forme de manchon (33, 34) de l'organe d'actionnement, pouvant pivoter chacune autour d'un axe (31, 32) fixe avec le châssis, les deux pièces en forme de manchon (33, 34) étant liées mutuellement en rotation par l'intermédiaire de segments dentés (35, 36) en prise réciproque, et l'une des deux pièces (33, 34) peut être actionnée par un autre vérin hydraulique (40) en vue d'un pivotement symétrique des pièces (33, 34) par rapport à la barre de coulée (2) circulant dans sa position de consigne, à savoir en vue de l'application concentrique des galets de guidage (13, 14) sur celle-ci.
- Installation de coulée continue selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu une commande ou une régulation de la position et/ou de la force d'application des galets de guidage (12, 13, 14) sur la barre de coulée (2).
- Installation de coulée continue selon la revendication 3, 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que le vérin hydraulique (25, 40) respectif de l'organe d'actionnement peut, au moyen d'un circuit de commande, de préférence au moyen d'un circuit régénératif, être fixé dans une position avancée des galets de guidage (12, 13, 14) jusqu'à une force limite réglable très élevée.
- Installation de coulée continue selon l'une des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les vérins hydrauliques (25, 40) en liaison active avec le dispositif de commande sont agencés, en commun avec le dispositif de commande, dans un caisson (41) refroidi par eau, au-dessus des galets de guidage (11, 12, 13, 14).
- Installation de coulée continue selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les modules de centrage (10) peuvent être implantés et respectivement extraits à l'aide d'un manipulateur positionné à l'extérieur de la chambre de refroidissement respective.
- Installation de coulée continue selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que les modules de centrage (10) présentent au niveau des zones de raccordement à l'installation de coulée continue, des unités de connexion définies, à l'aide desquelles sont automatiquement raccordés ou branchés, lors du montage d'implantation du module, aussi bien des agents ou fluides de refroidissement et de commande que des signaux de mesure et de commande.
- Installation de coulée continue selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce qu'aux modules d'aspersion (3) sont associées des tringles d'aspersion (7) avec les organes d'aspersion réalisés en tant que buses d'aspersion (5) ou éléments similaires, ces tringles d'aspersion (7) et, avec elles, les organes d'aspersion, pouvant être déplacées ou réglées au moyens d'organes d'actionnement, dans une direction approximativement perpendiculaire aux côtés de barre (2b, 2c, 2d) respectivement correspondants.
- Procédé pour la coulée continue de produits longs en acier, d'après lequel l'acier sous forme liquide est introduit dans une lingotière (1) et est soutiré de manière continue dans le bas de cette lingotière (1), sous forme de barre de coulée (2), avec formation d'une coque, cette barre de coulée (2) étant guidée le long d'une voie de guidage formée par des galets de guidage (11, 12, 13, 14) tout en continuant à être refroidie en étant soumise à l'action d'agents ou de fluides de refroidissement, caractérisé en ce que la barre de coulée (2) traverse plusieurs modules de centrage (10) agencés les uns à la suite des autres, le tracé de consigne de la voie de guidage étant prescrit dans chaque module de centrage (10) respectif par un galet (11) monté en position fixe et agissant sur un côté de barre (2a), et la barre de coulée (2) étant guidée de manière centrée au moyen d'autres galets de guidage (12, 13, 14) qui agissent sur les autres côtés de barre (2b, 2c, 2d) et peuvent être déplacés et réglés dans une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire à ceux-ci, la force d'application du galet de guidage respectivement considéré sur la barre de coulée (2) pouvant être réglée de manière commandée, et en ce que l'on mesure la force d'application d'au moins une partie des galets de guidage (11, 12, 13, 14) sur la barre de coulée (2), et on délivre un signal à un dispositif de commande.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'on mesure la force d'application de la barre déplacée le long de sa voie de guidage en forme d'arc, contre chacun des galets de guidage supérieurs (12), et l'on utilise des signaux qui en sont dérivés, pour la surveillance des forces de friction dans la région de la lingotière.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que la force d'application mesurée par les galets de guidage (12, 13, 14) refroidis par eau et déplacés par la barre de coulée, est exploitée pour commander le refroidissement de la barre.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'on mesure les positions des galets de guidage (12, 13, 14) en relevant ainsi à partir de celles-ci les dimensions de section transversale actuelles de la barre de coulée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 14, caractérisé en ce que dans le cas d'un changement de format de la barre de coulée (2), le déplacement de réglage des galets de guidage (12, 13, 14) peut commander automatiquement un déplacement de tringles d'aspersion (7, 41) équipées d'organes d'aspersion (42) ou d'éléments similaires, qui forment une partie du module de refroidissement (3).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 15, caractérisé en ce que les galets de guidage (12, 13, 14) sont appliqués approximativement avec la même pression contre la barre de coulée (2).
