Claims (6)

  1. Klebstoff-Verteilvorrichtung zum Verteilen einer gewünschten Menge von Klebstoff auf ein zu klebendes Element (2) umfassend ein Walzenmittel (5), ein Behältermittel (4) zur Aufnahme des Klebstoffs und das mit einer Versorgungskammer (24) zum Versorgen des Walzenmittel (5) mit dem Klebstoff versehen ist, ein Öffnungsmittel (30, 31, 33), das mit dem Behältermittel (4) verbunden ist und das ausgelegt ist, um ein Reinigen des Behältermittels (4) zu ermöglichen, eine Vor-Schmelzeinheit (3) zum Schmelzen und Fließbarmachen des Klebestoffs, ein Zuführ-Leitungsmittel (25), das angeordnet ist, um den Klebstoff von der Vor-Schmelzeinheit (3) zu dem Behältermittel (4) fließen zu lassen, und ein Reinigungs-Leitungsmittel (26), das ausgelegt ist, um den Klebstoff aus dem Behältermittel (4) zu entfernen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Zuführ-Leitungsmittel (25) das Reinigungs-Leitungsmittel (26) in einem Schneidebereich (28) der Vorrichtung (1) schneidet, und dadurch, dass ein Verschlussmittel (27) bereitgestellt ist, das im Wesentlichen in dem Schneidebereich (28) positioniert ist, und zwischen einer ersten Arbeitsposition (A), in der das Verschlussmittel (27) es dem Klebstoff ermöglicht, entlang des Zuführ-Leitungsmittels (25) zu der Versorgungskammer (24) zu fließen, und einer zweiten Arbeitsposition (B) bewegbar ist, in der das Verschlussmittel (27) es dem Klebstoff ermöglicht, von dem Behältermittel (4) zu einem Auslass (100) von dem Reinigungs-Leitungsmittel (26) zu fließen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das Öffnungsmittel eine Reinigungs-Öffnung (33) umfasst, die in einem unteren Bereich (32) des Behältermittels (4) erstellt ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, weiter umfassend ein Einsteckmittel (34), das mit der Reinigungs-Öffnung (33) lösbar verbunden ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei der das Öffnungsmittel ein Wand-Mittel (30, 31) umfasst, das mit dem Behältermittel (4) lösbar verbunden ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, bei der das Wandmittel (30, 31) eine erste Wand (30) und eine zweite Wand (30) des Behältermittels (4) umfasst.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, bei der die erste Wand (30) und die zweite Wand (31) einander gegenüberliegen.
