Claims (23)
- Dispositif de transport comprenant au moins un élément de clôture (ZE), qui comprend des tubes verticaux (SR) et une arête inférieure (UK) entre les tubes verticaux (SR), et une palette de transport (1), dans lequel des barreaux longitudinaux (2, 3) et des barreaux transversaux (5, 6) forment un cadre porteur horizontal (7), de configuration rectangulaire, pour la palette de transport (1), dans laquelle sont prévus des dispositifs de maintien (8) dirigés vers le haut pour recevoir en enfichage des extrémités (RE) des tubes verticaux (SR) des éléments de clôture (ZE),
caractérisé en ce qu'un fond de palette (9) s'étend entre les barreaux longitudinaux (2, 3) et les barreaux transversaux (5, 6), et sur la palette de transport (1) est agencé au moins un pied de maintien (F), la distance des arêtes inférieures (UK) des éléments de clôture (ZE) enfichés dans un tronçon entre les tubes verticaux (SR) vis-à-vis du fond de palette (9) correspondant à au moins 1,2 fois la longueur libre, qui dépasse vers le bas au-delà des arêtes inférieures (UK), d'une extrémité (RE) d'un tube. - Dispositif de transport selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un barreau transversal (6) présente une section en forme de L.
- Dispositif de transport selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les barreaux longitudinaux (2, 3) et les barreaux transversaux (5) sont agencés dans un plan.
- Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les barreaux transversaux (5) s'étendent sur la totalité de la largeur (B) du cadre porteur (7) et sont agencés à une distance (AM) pour recevoir une fourche d'un appareil à gerber.
- Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le cadre porteur (7) est rigidifié en direction longitudinale à l'encontre d'un fléchissement par des fers plats (13).
- Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'un au moins des dispositifs de maintien (8) est relié de manière détachable au cadre porteur (7).
- Dispositif de transport selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la distance réciproque des agencements de maintien (8) est variable en vue d'une adaptation à des éléments de clôture (ZE) de longueurs différentes.
- Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 6 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les fers plats (13) présentent plusieurs perçages (17, 18), agencés à distance les uns des autres dans la direction longitudinale des barreaux longitudinaux (2, 3), pour la fixation par enfichage d'un dispositif de maintien (8).
- Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de maintien sont montés en pivotement sur le cadre porteur (7).
- Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de maintien (8) sont fixés sur les fers plats (13).
- Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 9 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de maintien (8) sont rabattables entre une position dressée pour la réception en enfichage des extrémités (RE) des tubes et une position couchée en direction du fond de palette (9).
- Dispositif de transport selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'à chaque dispositif de maintien (8) est associé un élément de blocage respectif (31) qui empêche un pivotement des dispositifs de maintien (8) au-delà de la position dressée.
- Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que chaque dispositif de maintien (8) comprend une traverse (15) sur laquelle sont agencés des éléments d'enfichage (14) pour la réception par enfichage des extrémités (RE) des tubes, ladite traverse (15) comprenant deux zones de réception par enfichage (SAB), et possédant une zone médiane (MB) disposée entre les zones de réception par enfichage (SAB), les éléments d'enfichage (14) étant agencés uniquement dans les zones de réception par enfichage (SAB).
- Dispositif de transport selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'enfichage pour la réception par enfichage des extrémités (RE) des tubes sont des fers en équerre (14) ou des fers plats.
- Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'une extrémité (RE) de tube est reçue alternativement dans l'un des dispositifs de maintien (8).
- Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le fond de palette (9) est formé par des tôles qui sont fixées sur les barreaux longitudinaux (2, 3) et sur les barreaux transversaux (5, 6).
- Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que le fond de palette (9) est fixé sur l'arête supérieure (16) des barreaux longitudinaux (2, 3) et des barreaux transversaux (5).
- Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que le fond de palette (9) est fixé sur l'arête inférieure des barreaux longitudinaux (2, 3) et des barreaux transversaux (5).
- Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le fond de palette (9) repose sur le cadre porteur (7).
- Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 19, caractérisé en ce que des tôles de terminaison (22) sont agencées latéralement sur les dispositifs de maintien (8).
- Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 20, caractérisé en ce que les barreaux longitudinaux (2, 3) ou les barreaux transversaux (5) et le fond de palette (9) qui s'étend entre eux sont réalisés d'un seul tenant en une tôle plusieurs fois rabattue.
- Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 21, caractérisé en ce que le fond de palette (9) comprend des ouvertures d'évacuation d'eau.
- Dispositif de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 22, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des barreaux longitudinaux intérieurs et extérieurs (2, 3), et dans lequel sont réalisées des équerres longitudinales intérieures (29) et un fer plat inférieur (30) fixé à l'arête inférieure des barreaux transversaux (5), de même qu'une tôle de soutien (32) qui tient à distance les équerres longitudinales (29) et le fer plat inférieur (30).
