Claims (23)
- Transport arrangement with at least one fencing element (ZE) which has upright tubes (SR) and a lower edge (UK) between the upright tubes (SR), and a transport pallet (1) in which longitudinal spars (2, 3) and transverse spars (5, 6) form a horizontal rectangular support frame (7) of the transport pallet (1) and in which upward-facing retainer arrangements (8) are provided for the plug-insertion of the ends (RE) of the upright tubes (SR) of the fencing elements (ZE), characterised in that a pallet base (9) extends between the longitudinal spars (2, 3) and the transverse spars (5, 6) with at least one retaining foot (F) being arranged on the transport pallet (1) and the separation between the lower edges (UK) of the inserted fencing elements (ZE) in a section between the upright tubes (SR) from the pallet base (9) corresponds to at least 1.2 times the free length of the tube end (RE) projecting downwards over the lower edges (UK).
- Transport arrangement according to claim 1, characterised in that at least one transverse spar (6) has an L-shaped cross-section.
- Transport arrangement according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the longitudinal spars (2, 3) and the transverse spars (5) are arranged in a single plane.
- Transport arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the transverse spars (5) extend over the entire width (B) of the support frame (7) and are arranged at a distance (AM) so as to accommodate a lift fork.
- Transport arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the support frame (7) is stiffened against deflection in the longitudinal direction by flat steels (13).
- Transport arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that at least one of the retainer arrangements (8) is detachably connected to the support frame (7).
- Transport arrangement according to claim 6, characterised in that the reciprocal spacing of the retainer arrangements (8) is variable in order to adapt to fencing elements (ZE) of different lengths.
- Transport arrangement according to one of claims 6 to 7, characterised in that the flat steels (13) have several borings (17, 18) arranged in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal spars (2, 3) at a distance from each other for plug-in fastening of a retainer arrangement (8).
- Transport arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the retainer arrangements (8) are pivotably mounted on the support frame (7).
- Transport arrangement according to one of claims 6 to 9, characterised in that the retainer arrangements (8) are fastened to the flat steels (13).
- Transport arrangement according to one of claims 9 to 10, characterised in that the retainer arrangements (8) can be folded between an upright position for the plug insertion of tube ends and a horizontal position in the direction of the pallet base (9).
- Transport arrangement according to claim 11, characterised in that each of the retainer arrangements (8) is assigned a locking element (31) which prevents the retainer arrangements (8) from pivoting beyond the upright position.
- Transport arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterised in that each retainer arrangement (8) has a traverse (15), on which plug elements (14) are arranged for the plug insertion of the tube ends (RE), the traverse (15) having two plug insertion areas (SAB), and a middle area (MB) arranged between the plug insertion areas (SAB), the plug elements (14) being arranged only in the plug insertion areas (SAB).
- Transport arrangement according to claim 13, characterised in that the plug elements for the plug insertion of the tube ends (RE) are angle steels (14) or flat steels.
- Transport arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 14, characterised in that a tube end (RE) is inserted alternately in one of the retainer arrangements (8).
- Transport arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 15, characterised in that the pallet base (9) is formed from metal sheets which are fastened to the longitudinal spars (2, 3) and transverse spars (5, 6).
- Transport arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 16, characterised in that the pallet base (9) is fastened to the upper edge (16) of the longitudinal spars (2, 3) and transverse spars (5).
- Transport arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 16, characterised in that the pallet base (9) is fastened to the lower edge of the longitudinal spars (2, 3) and transverse spars (5).
- Transport arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 15, characterised in that the pallet base (9) rests on the support frame (7).
- Transport arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 19, characterised in that end plates (22) are arranged laterally on the retainer arrangements (8).
- Transport arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 20, characterised in that longitudinal spars (2, 3) or transverse spars (5) and the pallet base (9) extending between them are produced in a single piece from a multiple-folded sheet of metal.
- Transport arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 21, characterised in that the pallet base (9) has water drainage holes.
- Transport arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 22, characterised in that inner and outer longitudinal spars (2, 3) are provided, configured in such a way that inner longitudinal angle steels (29) and a lower flat steel (30) fastened to the lower edge of the transverse spars (5) and also a supporting metal sheet (32) is arranged at a distance from the longitudinal angle steel (29) and the lower flat steel (30).
