Transport assembly comprising fencing- or barrier elements (2) having upright tubes (14) which have tube ends (15), and retaining feet (3, 4) for fencing- or barrier elements (2), the transport assembly further comprising a transport pallet (1), the transport pallet (1) comprising a horizontal supporting frame (6), which comprises longitudinal beams (7, 7a) and transverse beams (8, 8a), and a pallet base (5) for transporting retaining feet (3, 4) for fencing- or barrier elements (2), and the transport pallet (1) comprising retaining assemblies (11) into which tube ends (15) of upright tubes (14) of the fencing- or barrier elements (2) are inserted, the tube ends (15) projecting downwards beyond a lower edge (16) extending between the upright tubes (14) of a fencing- or barrier element (2), the fencing- or barrier elements (2) being arranged so as to be higher in a central region of the transport pallet (1) than at least one fencing- or barrier element (2) positioned in a side region of the transport pallet (1), characterised in that the tube ends (15) of a fencing- or barrier element (2) arranged at the side of the transport pallet (1) engage in recesses (13) arranged laterally in the longitudinal beams (7, 7a) without resting on the supporting frame (6) in this case orover the height of the pallet base (5), such that the tube ends of a fencing- or barrier element that is arranged at the side are positioned in the recesses, beside the supporting frame, and such that the fencing- or barrier elements that are arranged at the side are positioned so as to be lower than all the other fencing- or barrier elements on the transport pallet, so that a longitudinal side wall is formed by the fencing- or barrier element (2) which is inserted into the recesses (13), which is designed, together with retaining devices in the region of the retaining assemblies (11), to prevent retaining feet (3, 4) of the pallet base (5) from slipping downwards.
  2. Transport assembly according to claim 1, characterised in that the retaining assemblies (11) can be tilted between an upright position for receiving the tube ends (15) and a horizontal position in the direction of the pallet base (5), it being possible to block pivoting of the retaining assemblies (11) by a fencing- or barrier element (2) retained at the side.
  3. Transport assembly according to either claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that the recesses (13) are provided with spacer elements (18) which point upwards and on which the lower edge (16) of an inserted fencing- or barrier element (2) rests.
  4. Transport assembly according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the recesses (13) are of a height which corresponds to the height of the longitudinal beams (7, 7a).
  5. Transport assembly according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the recesses (13) comprise insertion openings extending in the longitudinal direction of the transport pallet (1).
  6. Transport assembly according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that inner transverse beams (9, 9a) project on the longitudinal side beyond the longitudinal beams (7, 7a).
  7. Transport assembly according to claim 6, characterised in that the inner transverse beams (9, 9a) extend beyond the longitudinal beams (7, 7a) so far as to be flush with the recesses (13).
  8. Transport assembly according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that brackets (25) which can be folded down are arranged on the retaining assemblies (11) as an additional contact region for tube ends (15).
