Due to the pivotable mounting the holder assemblies can be pivoted between an upright position to the receptacle of pipe ends and a lying position in the direction of the pallet base. When empty, the holder assemblies can be folded so that they can be easily stacked. This saves transport volume. Furthermore, the retracted holder assemblies pose no risk of accidents. Conveniently, the holder assemblies each have a locking element can be assigned, which prevents pivoting of the holder assembly beyond the upright position. This facilitates the attachment of the fence elements and increases transport safety.
