Abstract

The system has rotatable uplifting wheels (61, 62) provided in one of stations, and a drive operating unit (2) movable between upper and lower planes by the wheels. Guide rails (41-43) are attached to the wheels and the operating unit is attached to one of the wheels so that the unit is moved from one plane to the other plane. The unit is moved along one of the rails through entrance and/or exit area (20) for passengers and into the other wheel so that the unit is re-guided into the upper plane in which the unit is moved along a third guide rail and is connected to the third rail. An independent claim is also included for a method of operating a cable car system.

Description

The subject invention relates to a cable car system with at least one hoisting rope, which is guided in the stations via deflecting, with engageable with the hoist, trained with drives driving equipment, such as cabins and armchairs, and with provided in the stations guide rails, along which the uncoupled from the hoisting rope Driving resources in the stations through the entry or exit area for the passengers are moved through.

In known cableway systems with station buildings and with an attachable to a support and hoisting rope or to a traction cabins, the entry and exit area for the passengers is usually in such a plane, which is above the station building surrounding terrain. The reason for this is that thereby the terrain surrounding the station building is not needed for the operation of the cable car facilities, making this area as access for passengers, as a road surface, as a parking lot and the like. is available. For this purpose, the station buildings are zweiggeschoßig, wherein in the lower floor an access hall, mounting rooms and the like. whereas on the upper floor there is the entry and exit area for the passengers.

However, this spatial arrangement requires that passengers only reach the entrances and exits of cable car installations via stairs, elevators or ramps. As far as cable car systems are concerned, which are designed with armchairs for passengers with strapped skis, would have to be built for the skiers own access ramps.

The document US 5 069 140 A describes a station building for a cable car system with an upper and a lower level, wherein there is an entry and exit area for passengers in each level. The driving means are moved by means of oblique or vertical conveyor rails between the upper and lower levels.

The present invention has for its object to provide a cable car system in which at least one of the stations is designed so that the entry and exit area is located approximately in the plane of the station building surrounding terrain, so the entry and exit area for any passengers without stairs, elevators, ramps and the like regardless, the entire area surrounding the station building is available for any use.

This object is achieved in that in at least one of the stations two rotatable about at least approximately horizontally aligned axes Height conveyor wheels are provided, by which the driving means between an in-station upper level and located in the station lower level are movable and connect in the upper level and in the lower level, the guide rails to the elevator wheels, wherein the uncoupled from the hoist rope driving resources in the upper level of the station along a first guide rail to a first elevator wheel are supplied, by which they are moved from the upper level in the lower level, whereupon along a provided in the lower level second guide rail through the entry and exit area for the Passengers are moved through and moved to the second Höhenförderrad, by which they are conveyed back to the upper level, in which they are moved along a third guide rail to the hoist rope and subsequently coupled to this.

Preferably, the hoist rope, which is self-contained, each with a pair of moving in the same direction, running concurrently Trumen, to which the driving means are coupled by means of at least one pair of jaws.
Furthermore, the two elevating wheels are preferably formed by two wheels each, which are at a distance from each other, which is approximately equal to the distance between the two mutually associated strands of the hoisting rope. In this case, in the stations, the outer run and the inner run of a first pair of the hoisting rope can be guided over at least one deflection wheel and pass into the outer run or the inner run of the second pair of the conveying rope. Preferably, a part of the deflection wheels, which are aligned at least approximately vertically, loaded with a tension weight.

According to a further preferred embodiment, the at least approximately vertically aligned height conveyor wheels are formed with support strips, in which the terminals of the driving means are used and which are rotatable during the rotation of the elevating wheels for their movement between the upper and lower levels relative to the Höhenförderrädern. Furthermore, preferably the trajectory of the driving means in the lower level of the station is in plan view between the range of uncoupling or coupling of the driving means from or to the hoisting rope and the two elevating wheels. In addition, the two elevator wheels can be assigned to groups of drive rollers.

According to a preferred method for operating a cable car installation according to the invention, the driving means uncoupled in a station from the hoisting cable, in particular cable car cabins, moved along a first guide rail to a first elevator wheel, by which they are moved from an upper level of the station in a lower level of the station, whereupon the driving means in the lower level along a second guide rail through the entry and exit area for the Passengers are moved through and then moved to a second elevator wheel, by which they are moved back into the upper level, in which they are moved along a third guide rail to the hoisting rope and subsequently coupled to this.
Preferably, the front end of the second guide rail is pivotable by means of an adjusting device.

In the Fig.1 and 2 a valley station or a mountain station of a cable car system is shown, which has a closed support and hoisting rope 1 for the promotion of cabins 2 between the valley station and the mountain station, wherein the support and hoisting rope 1 with two pairs of each moving in the same directions Trumen 11 and 12 or 13 and 14 is formed. The individual cable car cabins 2 can be coupled by means of at least one pair of clamps to the in the same direction moving strands 11 and 12 or 13 and 14 of the support and hoisting rope 1. Furthermore, the cable car cabins 2 are formed with drives.

In the station, the strand 11 of the support and conveying cable 1 is discharged via a vertically oriented first deflecting pulley 31 down and guided over two further vertically aligned deflection pulleys 32 and 33, which are transversely aligned to the first deflection plate 31, whereupon it has a parallel to the first deflecting 31 arranged fourth deflecting plate 34 is guided and passes in the sequence in the strand 14. The strand 12 is also guided vertically downwards via a fifth deflection pulley 35, further guided via a sixth deflection pulley 36 and then via a seventh deflection pulley 37 aligned parallel to the fifth deflection pulley 35, whereupon it merges into the strand 13. The group of deflection pulleys 32, 33 and 36 is formed with a tension weight 30 through which the support and hoisting rope 1 is tensioned.

The station is formed with an upper level and with a lower level. In the upper level of the station are in continuation of the two strands 11 and 12 of the support and hoisting rope 1 two support rails of a first guide rail 41 are provided, which groups of delay wheels 50 and 51 are assigned conveyor wheels, by means of which the cable car cabins 2 in the upper level of Station along the first guide rail 41 are moved to a first Höhenförderrad 61, which is located on the side facing away from the entrance to the station end thereof. By means of this elevator wheel 61, the cable car cabins 2 are moved from the upper level, in which they are moved into the station, to the lower level, in which they are boarded or left by the passengers. In the lower level of the station, the height conveyor wheel 61 is adjoined by a second guide rail 42 formed by two support rails with associated conveyor wheels 52, by means of which the cable car cabins 2 are moved through the entry or exit area 20 for the passengers. Then the cable car cabins 2 are moved along the second guide rail 42 to a second elevator wheel 62, by which they are raised again in the upper level of the cable car station. In this connects to the second elevation wheel 62 a two support strips having third guide rail 43, which are associated with further conveyor wheels 53 and subsequently accelerating wheels 54. When leaving the cable car station the third guide rail 43, the Seiltrume 13 and 14 of the support and hoisting rope 1 are assigned.
Like this further 1a it can be seen, the two elevation wheels 61 and 62 are formed by two mutually spaced apart wheels 61a, 61b and 62a, 62b, which are rigidly connected to each other via axes 61c and 62c, respectively.

Out Fig.2 is the leadership of Seiltrume 11 and 12 or 13 and 14 on the pulleys 31 to 37 visible. By caused by these deflecting discs Guiding the hoisting rope 1, the strands 11 and 12 on the one hand and the strands 13 and 14 on the other hand respectively in the same direction, namely in the station in or out of the station moves, causing these pairs of dreams clamped to this cable car cabins. 2 be promoted from a first station to a second station.
When entering a station, the cable car cabins 2 are uncoupled from the support and hoist rope 1 and they are moved by means of the deceleration wheels 50 and the conveyor wheels 51 along the first guide rail 41 to the first elevation wheel 61, which is rotated counterclockwise. Then the cable car cabins 2 are moved by means of the first elevation wheel 61 in the lower level, in which they are moved by means of the conveyor wheels 52 along the second guide rail 42 through the entry and exit area 20 for the passengers. Subsequently, the cable car cabins 2 reach the second elevator wheel 62, which is rotated clockwise and through which the cable car cabins 2 are promoted from the lower level to the upper level. In the upper level, the cable car cabins 2 by means of the conveyor wheels 53 along the third guide rail 43 are moved back to the support and hoisting rope 1. By means of the acceleration wheels 54, the cable car cabins 2 are brought to the speed of the support and hoisting rope 1, whereupon they are coupled to the strands 13 and 14 of the hoisting rope 1.

From the Figure 3 is that operating position can be seen, in which a along the first guide rail 41 supplied cable car cabin 2 is taken over by the first elevation wheel 61. When taking over a cable car cabin 2, a support bar 71 located on the elevator wheel 61 runs from below into the open cable clamps of this cable car cabin 2, whereby the cable car cabin 2 is lifted out of the first guide rail 41 by means of the first elevator wheel 61. Like this further Figure 3 can be seen, the front ends 42a of the two support rails of the guide rail 42 relative to this by means of an adjusting device 44 along an inclined axis 45 to each other and upwardly pivotable.
As soon as, as in 3a is dargesellt, located on the first elevation wheel 61 cable car cabin 2 of the guide rail 42 approaches, the front ends 42a of the guide rail 42 are swung up, with the cable car cabin 2 moves past this. As a result, the front ends 42a of the guide rail 42 are returned to the plane of the guide rail 42 again.

Once the cable car cabin 2 has reached the lower level, as in 3b is shown, the drives of the cable car cabin 2 reach the second guide rail 42, along which the cable car cabin 2 is moved through the entry and exit area 20 for the passengers.
The transfer of a cable car cabin from the second guide rail 42 through the second elevator wheel 62 and the transfer of the cable car cabin 2 to the third guide rail 43 carried in an analogous manner.

Like this from the 4 and 4a it can be seen, the support strips 71 are rotatably mounted on the elevator wheels 61, 62 about a horizontal axis 72 and is assigned to them at least one drive chain 73, which is placed over a fixed bearing sleeve 74 of the elevator wheels 61, 62. As a result, during the rotation of the elevator wheels 61, 62, the shaft 72 is rotated so that the carrier bars 71 always remain in the horizontal position. This ensures that the cable car cabins 2 carried by the elevator wheels 61, 62 always remain in the vertically aligned position, irrespective of the rotational position of the elevator wheels 61, 62.
It can also be seen from these illustrations that the elevator wheels 61, 62 are assigned four drive rollers 63 formed with drive motors 64.

From the Figure 5 and 5a Furthermore, the drives 21 and the jaws 22 of the cable car cabins 2 can be seen. Furthermore, it can be seen that on each shaft 72, a support lever 7 is mounted about a transverse to the shaft 72 aligned axis 75, wherein the support bars 71 are located at the upper end of the support lever 7 and at the lower end thereof a control roller 76 is provided. Furthermore, in the area of the lower level of the cable car station, the control rollers 76 are each assigned a control rail 77.

If the levers 7 are not controlled by the control rails 77, they are in the from the Fig. 5 apparent position in which the support bars 71 are pivoted to each other and are spaced from each other at the distance of the jaws 22. As a result, the support strips 71 can move from below into the open clamping jaws 22 or out of them, whereby the cable car cabins 2 can be lifted off the guide rails 41, 42 and 43 by the height-conveying wheels 61 and 62, respectively. However, in order to prevent in the lower level of the cable car station, that the support lever 7 collide with the cable car cabins 2, they are like this 5a can be seen, pivoted apart by means of the control rails 77.

Such Höhenförderräder can both in such a cable car system, which is provided with a support and hoisting rope for the driving resources, as well as in Such a cableway system, in which fixed suspension ropes and movable traction cables are provided for the promotion of the driving resources used. Under a hoisting rope according to the claims is either a support and hoisting rope or a pull rope to understand.

The driving means 2, which are moved over the distance at a speed of about 6 m / sec are moved in the station and in particular in the entry and exit area at a speed of about 0.3 m / sec.

By providing the driving resources in both the upper level of the station and the lower level of the station between the entrance and exit areas to and from the station and elevator wheels in opposite directions, the equipment is very constructive space-saving.
