Claims (10)
- Entraînement de crémone (1) pour fenêtres ou portes, dans lequel un pignon denté (7) est monté à rotation dans un boîtier (4) et est entraîné par exemple manuellement par un levier manuel, une crémone (3) apte à coulisser le long du boîtier (4) étant associée au pignon denté (7) et coopérant directement ou indirectement avec la denture du pignon denté (7), des contre-appuis (13) pour des éléments de fixation du levier manuel étant prévus dans le boîtier (4) et s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe de rotation (14) du pignon denté (7), le boîtier (4) étant constitué de deux moitiés (5, 6) de boîtier dans lesquelles est monté le pignon denté (7), une pièce d'écartement (8) étant installée entre les moitiés de boîtier (5, 6), contenant les contre-appuis pour les éléments de fixation du levier manuel et contenant des moyens de fixation permettant la liaison aux moitiés (5, 6) du boîtier,
caractérisé en ce que
les moitiés du boîtier sont constituées de plaques (5, 6) identiques, en ce que la pièce d'écartement (8) est constituée d'une pièce en tôle coudée située entre ces plaques et présentant au moins une traverse (15) qui s'étend le long de l'axe longitudinal (14) du pignon denté (7) et qui est associée aux plaques (5, 6) pour la fixation et en ce que la dimension en longueur de la pièce d'écartement (8) correspond approximativement à la distance entre les éléments de fixation et reprend les deux contre-appuis (13). - Entraînement de crémone selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la traverse (15) qui s'étend transversalement est associée au pignon denté (7) sur son côté tourné vers la crémone (3) et est traversée par le pignon denté (7) par une ouverture oblongue (19) située à proximité de son palier.
- Entraînement de crémone selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le pignon denté (7) ne coopère avec la crémone (3) qu'indirectement, par l'intermédiaire d'une pièce intermédiaire (30), la pièce intermédiaire (30) étant guidée par les moitiés du boîtier ou par les plaques (5, 6) et la pièce d'écartement (8).
- Entraînement de crémone selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le palier du pignon denté (7) est formé dans la plaque (5, 6) par une ouverture (35) en forme d'entonnoir qui se rétrécit vers l'intérieur.
- Entraînement de crémone selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'écartement (8) présente une section transversale essentiellement en forme de T.
- Entraînement de crémone selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les plaques (5, 6) sont symétriques par rapport à l'axe longitudinal.
- Entraînement de crémone selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le pignon denté (7) est configuré comme corps en disque englobé de matière synthétique, les tourillons de palier (34) qui débordent du plan du disque étant formés de matière synthétique.
- Entraînement de crémone selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les plaques (5, 6) présentent des coudes (43) tournés l'un vers l'autre et qui s'appuient sur la pièce d'écartement (8).
- Entraînement de crémone selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'écartement (8) a une configuration asymétrique dans le sens transversal.
- Entraînement de crémone selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de fixation qui relient la pièce d'écartement (8) aux plaques (5, 6) sont constitués de parties de matériau (12) en saillie qui traversent des ouvertures (11) ménagées dans les plaques (5, 6).
