Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a fitting arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a fitting arrangement is for example made EP 1 421 245 A1 such as DE 32 40 452 A1 known.
  • a blocking device the faceplate and drive rod fixed in a predetermined mounting position by preventing displacement of the drive rod relative to the faceplate.
  • Known blocking devices comprise, for example, a shearing element connected to the face-plate, which engages in a recess of the drive rod for fixing the position of the drive rod and can be sheared off during the first actuation of the drive rod by the thrust transmitted by the drive rod in order to release the positional fixation.
  • the known blocking devices on the one hand have the disadvantage that the fixation of the faceplate and drive rod is irrecoverable repealed by the first-time cancellation of the fixation, since the blocking Part is sheared off respectively. Once the fixation is released, it can not be restored, for example, to allow re-installation of the fitting assembly in another frame or a subsequent displacement of the fitting assembly. In addition, the sheared part remains loose and uncontrolled between faceplate and drive rod, which can lead to the stiffness of the fitting operation or to an undesirable locking of the drive rod.
  • the fitting arrangement comprises a faceplate, a drive rod displaceably arranged relative to the faceplate and a blocking device.
  • the blocking device has at least one resiliently elastic latching element and is attached to one of the elements faceplate and drive rod, wherein the other of the elements faceplate and drive rod has at least one counter-latching.
  • the locking element is adjustable between a blocking position and a release position. In this case, the latching element is in the blocking position in engagement with the counter-locking in order to limit the mutual displacement of the faceplate and drive rod, and biased in the release position and out of engagement with the counter-latching.
  • the blocking device is attached to the faceplate and the counter-detent is provided on the drive rod, so that faceplate and blocking device permanently connected to each other and the drive rod can be moved in the released state relative to the faceplate and blocking device.
  • the blocking device is attached to the drive rod and the counter-locking is provided on the face plate, so that in the dissolved state drive rod and blocking device can be moved together relative to the faceplate.
  • the locking element is brought from the blocking position to the release position.
  • the locking element In the release position, the locking element is out of engagement with the counter-locking, so that faceplate and drive rod on the preset mounting position can also be moved against each other and the fitting assembly can be operated as intended.
  • the drive rod If the fitting arrangement is subsequently brought back into the fixed state, the drive rod is first brought into its predetermined mounting position defined relative to the faceplate and then the locking element of the blocking device is moved from the release position into the blocking position.
  • the resilient design of the locking element makes it possible to cancel the position fixation as required by appropriate adjustment of the locking element as often as desired and restore.
  • fixation can be repealed and restored as often as desired according to the invention.
  • it can be completely omitted in the context of the invention that elements are sheared or torn off and loose parts remain between the faceplate and drive rod.
  • the blocking device preferably has at least two resiliently elastic latching elements, which are arranged in particular on opposite sides of the blocking device and are particularly preferably formed symmetrically to each other.
  • Each of the resiliently elastic latching elements can be adjustable between a respective blocking position and a respective release position, wherein each locking element in its blocking position in engagement with a respective latching element associated counter-latching the faceplate and the drive rod and is biased in its release position and out of engagement with the respective counter-lock is.

  • the actuating portion may in this case be designed so that the locking element by manually pressing a user is possible and / or that an adjustment of the locking element is automatically effected when inserting the fitting assembly in a correspondingly designed fitting receiving groove by a correspondingly designed wall portion of the fitting. In the latter case, the lifting of the blockage thus takes place automatically when the fitting arrangement is inserted into a correspondingly designed fitting receiving groove.

  • the width of the blocking device is limited by the operating portion of the locking element and is reduced when the locking element is adjusted by actuation of the actuating portion of the blocking position in the release position.
  • the locking element must be adjusted to the release position inevitably, when the fitting assembly is inserted into a fitting receiving groove, which has a smaller width than that of the blocking device in the locked state. Thus, unwanted locking of the fitting assembly in the installed state can be excluded.
  • the actuating portion of the locking element may form a run-on slope for insertion of the fitting assembly.
  • the operating section can form an obtuse-angled wedge with a bottom section of the blocking device.
  • the drive rod has a slot which has a recess for forming the counter-locking, wherein the locking element engages in the blocking position in the recess of the elongated hole and is moved out of the recess in the release position.
  • the counter-locking can thus be formed by a recess bounding wall sections of the drive rod.
  • the counter-locking is designed as provided on the drive rod approach. This represents a particularly simple embodiment of a counter-detent.

  • the latching element In the release position, in which the latching element is biased, the latching element exerts a resilient elastic restoring force, which urges the latching element back into its blocking position.
  • the blocking device according to a not embraced by the invention embodiment could be designed so that the locking element automatically returns from the release position to the blocking position by the resilient elastic restoring force when no external force is exerted on the locking element and the drive rod and the faceplate in the specified mounting position.
  • an automatic return of the fitting assembly can be achieved in the fixed state when the face plate and drive rod are positioned in the mounting position to each other and the locking element is not held by a user or the walls of a Beschlagabilitynut in the blocking position.
  • an automatic restoration of the position fixing can be achieved when the fitting assembly is taken out of the fitting receiving groove.
