Verfahren zum Färben von Textilien mit Küpenfarbstoff
Beschreibung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Färben von Textil mit einem oder mehreren Küpenfarbstoffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ungefärbtes Textil behandelt mit einer wässrigen Flotte, enthaltend
(a) mindestens einen Küpenfarbstoff, (b) mindestens ein Reduktionsmittel, oder (a1) mindestens einen Küpenfarbstoff in reduzierter Form, (c) mindestens eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel I a oder I b
wobei die Variablen wie folgt definiert sind:

AO steht für Alkylenoxid, EO steht für Ethylenoxid, C2H4O, a gleich oder verschieden und gewählt aus Zahlen im Bereich von O bis 150, b gleich oder verschieden und gewählt aus Zahlen im Bereich von 15 bis 250, wobei b ≥ a, d gleich oder verschieden und gewählt aus null und eins, M gleich oder verschieden und gewählt aus Alkalimetallen.
Beim Färben mit Küpenfarbstoffen unterscheidet man drei Schritte: In einem ersten Schritt reduziert man den als solchen schlecht oder gar nicht in Wasser löslichen Küpenfarbstoff mit einem starken Reduktionsmittel, beispielsweise Na2S2O4, und überführt ihn in die reduzierte Form, die sogenannte Leukoform. In einem zweiten Schritt zieht man den Küpenfarbstoff in seiner reduzierten Form auf das zu färbende Textil auf. Das kann durch Ausnutzen der Affinität des Küpenfarbstoffs in seiner reduzierten Form, vielfach Leukoform genannt, zur Faser in sogenannten Ausziehverfahren geschehen. In einem dritten Schritt reoxidiert man die reduzierte Form des Küpenfarbstoffs mit beispielsweise Luft oder Wasserstoffperoxid (H2O2) und erhält die schlecht oder gar nicht in Wasser lösliche Form des betreffenden Küpenfarbstoffs, nun auf der Faser, zurück. Es ist auch möglich, Küpenfarbstoff in seiner oxidierten Form durch einen Zwangsauftrag auf Textil aufzubringen, beispielsweise in kontinuierlichen Färbeverfahren durch das Klotzen, und dann das Textil mit dem aufgeklotzten Küpenfarbstoff zunächst durch ein Reduktionsbad zu ziehen und anschließend zu reoxidieren.
Häufig beobachtet man jedoch nach dem Reoxidieren, dass die farbige Form des Küpenfarbstoffs ungleichmäßig über das zu färbende Textil verteilt ist. Außerdem kann man mangelhafte Echtheiten feststellen, beispielsweise mangelhafte Reibechtheit und Waschechtheit.
Man versucht deshalb, mit Egalisiermitteln wie beispielsweise Fettalkoholsulfonaten, Ölsäureethoxylaten oder Naphthalinsulfonsäure-Formaldehyd-Kondensationsproduk- ten Abhilfe zu schaffen. Man beobachtet jedoch, dass die Affinität von Farbstoff in reduzierter Form zur Faser nachlässt und dass man schlechtere Färbausbeuten erhält. Zwar fällt nicht auf die Faser aufgezogener Küpenfarbstoff als schwer löslicher Stoff nach der Reoxidation aus und kann durch Aufarbeitung der Flotte wiedergewonnen werden, es ist dafür jedoch zusätzliche Arbeit notwendig.
Es bestand also die Aufgabe, ein Verfahren zum Färben mit Küpenfarbstoffen bereit zu stellen, das die oben genannten Nachteile vermeidet. Weiterhin bestand die Aufgabe, mit Küpenfarbstoff gefärbtes Textil bereit zu stellen, das besonders gute Färbung und insbesondere geringe Neigung zur Bildung einer Ringfärbung aufweist.
Demgemäß wurde das eingangs definierte Verfahren gefunden.
Unter Textil sind ein-, zwei- oder dreidimensionale Substrate aus textilem Material zu verstehen, beispielsweise Fasern, Garne, Zwirne, Maschenware, Webware, Non- wovens und konfektionierte Ware aus cellulosehaltigem Material, beispielsweise Baumwolle, Jute, Flachs, Hanf und Ramie sowie Baumwollmischgewebe mit Polyester, modifiziertem Polyester, Polyamid, Polyacrylnitril, Triacetat, Acetat, Polycarbonat, Polypropylen, Polyvinylchlorid, Viskose, Seide.
Weiterhin geeignet sind cellulosehaltige Substrate wie beispielsweise Papier, insbesondere Filterpapier, dazu Pappe und Kartonagen.
Vorzugsweise setzt man zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens unge- färbtes Textil ein. Wünscht man Baumwollmischgewebe mit Polyester einzusetzen, so kann man solches Baumwoll-Polyester-Mischgewebe einsetzen, in dem der Polyester vorgefärbt ist, und was im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung ebenfalls als ungefärbtes Textil bezeichnet wird. Ungefärbtes Textil kann gebleicht sein, beispielsweise mit Wasserstoffperoxid oder mit Chlorbleiche.
Man färbt ungefärbtes Textil erfindungsgemäß mit mehreren oder vorzugsweise einem Küpenfarbstoff. Wenn man ungefärbtes Textil mit mehreren, beispielsweise mit zwei Küpenfarbstoffen färben möchte, so setzt man den zweiten und gegebenenfalls weitere Küpenfarbstoffe als Nuancierfarbstoffe ein, d.h. ihr Anteil ist, bezogen auf den ersten Küpenfarbstoff, kleiner als 5 Gew.-%.
Zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens behandelt man Textil mit einer wässrigen Flotte, enthaltend
(a) mindestens einen Küpenfarbstoff,
(b) mindestens ein Reduktionsmittel, oder (a1) mindestens einen Küpenfarbstoff in reduzierter Form,
(c) mindestens eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel I a oder I b.

Geeignete Reduktionsmittel (b) sind beispielsweise NaHSO3, Na2S2O4, NaO2S-CH2OH (Natriumhydroxymethansulfinat), Hydroxyaceton und Borhydride wie beispielsweise
NaBH4 und Kombinationen der vorstehend genannten Reduktionsmittel; weiterhin ist es möglich, eine Kathode als Reduktionsmittel (b) einzusetzen und die Reduktion elektrochemisch durchzuführen, beispielsweise mit Eisensalzen als Elektronenmediator. Besonders bevorzugt ist der Einsatz von mindestens einem schwächeren Reduktions- mittel, beispielsweise Hydroxyaceton, gefolgt von mindestens einem stärkeren Reduktionsmittel wie beispielsweise Na2S2O4.
Statt Küpenfarbstoff (a) und Reduktionsmittel (b) kann man
(a1) mindestens einen Küpenfarbstoff in reduzierter Form (Leukoform) einsetzen, und zwar entweder in der Leukoform als solchen oder als Leukoküpenfarbstoffester, insbesondere als Ester der Schwefelsäure.
Natürlich kann man auch Gemische aus Küpenfarbstoff (a), Reduktionsmittel (b) und Küpenfarbstoff in reduzierter Form (a1) einsetzen.
Weiterhin enthält zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens eingesetzte Flotte mindestens eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel I a oder I b,
wobei die Variablen wie folgt definiert sind:

Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren kann man kontinuierlich oder diskontinuierlich durch- führen.
In einer Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung führt man das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren bei einer Flottenlänge im Bereich von 1 zu 4 bis 1 zu 100 durch, bevorzugt im Bereich von 1 zu 5 bis 1 zu 20.
In einer Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung führt man das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren bei einer Temperatur im Bereich von 20 bis 900C durch, bevorzugt im Bereich von 40 bis 700C, besonders bevorzugt im Bereich von 50 bis 70°C.
In einer Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung führt man das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren bei einem pH-Wert im Bereich von 8 bis 14 durch, bevorzugt im Bereich von 11 bis 14.
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren kann man beispielsweise bei Normaldruck durchführen.
In einer Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung enthalten im erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren eingesetzte Flotten im Bereich von 0,000001 bis 50 bevorzugt 0,0001 bis 20 Gew.-% Küpenfarbstoff (a), bezogen auf Gewicht von zu färbendem Textil, im Bereich von 1 bis 100 g/l Flotte, bevorzugt im Bereich von 2 bis 50 g/l Flotte Reduktionsmittel (b), und im Bereich von 0,00001 bis 200 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,0001 bis 100 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt zwischen 0,0001 und 50 Gew.-% Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel I a oder I b, bezogen auf Küpenfarbstoff (a).
In einer speziellen Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung setzt man 0,0001 bis 100 Gew.-% Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel I a oder I b, bezogen auf Küpenfarbstoff (a) bzw. Küpenfarbstoff in reduzierter Form (a1) ein.
Bei der Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens beobachtet man, dass sich Fehlfärbungen und/oder unegale Färbungen am Textil nicht oder nicht in wesentlichem Maße bilden, so dass man auf nachträgliches Egalisieren verzichten kann.
In einer Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung oxidiert man im Anschluss an die vorstehend beschriebene Behandlung mit mindestens einem Oxidationsmittel. Geeignete Oxidationsmittel sind beispielsweise Sauerstoff, insbesondere Luftsauerstoff, wei- terhin Wasserstoffperoxid, 3-Nitrobenzolsulfonsäure, 2-Nitrobenzolsulfonsäure, 4-Nitro- benzolsulfonsäure oder 2,4-Dinitrobenzolsulfonsäure oder 2-Nitrobenzoesäure, 3-Nitro- benzoesäure, 4 Nitrobenzoesäure oder 2,4-Dinitrobenzoesäure als freie Säure oder bevorzugt als Salz, beispielsweise als Alkalimetallsalz, insbesondere als Natriumsalz, und Perborate, insbesondere Natriumperborat, Natriumpercarbonat.
Vorzugsweise oxidiert man bei einem basischen pH-Wert, beispielsweise im Bereich von 8 bis 14, bevorzugt 10 bis 14.
In einer Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung oxidiert man bei einer Tempera- tur im Bereich von 20 bis 900C, bevorzugt im Bereich von 40 bis 700C, besonders bevorzugt im Bereich von 50 bis 7O0C.
Um zu oxidieren, kann man Oxidationsmittel zu der Flotte zusetzen, die Küpenfarbstoff (a), Reduktionsmittel (b) bzw. reduzierten Küpenfarbstoff (a1) und mindestens eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel Ia bzw. I b enthält. Es ist jedoch bevorzugt, die Flotte, die Küpenfarbstoff (a), Reduktionsmittel (b) bzw. reduzierten Küpenfarbstoff (a1) und mindestens eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel Ia bzw. I b enthält, nach der
erfindungsgemäßen Behandlung auszutauschen gegen eine Flotte, die ein oder mehrere Oxidationsmittel enthält.
In einer Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung setzt man zur erfindungsgemä- ßen Behandlung noch vor der Oxidation mindestens ein weiteres Hilfsmittel (d) zu, beispielsweise beim Ansetzen der im erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren eingesetzten Flotte, die Küpenfarbstoff (a), Reduktionsmittel (b) bzw. reduzierten Küpenfarbstoff (a1) und mindestens eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel Ia bzw. I b enthält. Geeignete Hilfsmittel (d) sind beispielsweise Amine, Diamine, Triamine, Tetramine und Polyami- ne, die niedermolekular oder hochmolekular sein können. Bevorzugte Triamine und Tetramine sind beispielsweise H2N-CH2CH2-NH-CH2CH2NH2 und H2N-(CH2CH2-NH)2-CH2CH2NH2. Auch Gemische von H2N-CH2CH2-NH-CH2CH2NH2 und H2N-(CH2CH2-NH)2-CH2CH2NH2 sind geeignet. Bevorzugte Polyamine sind beispielsweise Polyethylenimin, beispielsweise mit Molekulargewichten Mw im Bereich von 2000 bis 20.000 g/mol, Polyvinylpyrrolidon, beispielsweise mit Molekulargewichten Mw im Bereich von 2000 bis 20.000 g/mol, Polyvinylimidazol, beispielsweise mit Molekulargewichten Mw im Bereich von 2000 bis 20.000 g/mol, vorzugsweise statistische Po- lyvinylpyrrolidon-Polyvinylimidazol-Copolymere, beispielsweise mit Molekulargewichten Mw im Bereich von 2000 bis 20.000 g/mol, und Pfropfcopolymere, erhältlich durch Auf- pfropfen von Comonomeren, die Stickstoff-haltige Heterocyclen aufweisen, auf Polyal- kylenglykol, insbesondere Polyethylenglykol beispielsweise mit Molekulargewichten Mw im Bereich von 250 bis 2500 g/mol.
Ganz besonders bevorzugte Hilfsmittel (d) sind solche Pfropfcopolymere, zu deren Herstellung man auf Polyalkylenglykol, insbesondere Polyethylenglykol beispielsweise mit Molekulargewichten Mw im Bereich von 250 bis 2500 g/mol, mindestens zwei Co- monomere aufpfropft, von denen eines ausgewählt ist aus N-Vinylpyrrolidon, N-Vinyl-δ- valerolactam und N-Vinyl-ε-caprolactam genannt, wobei N-Vinylpyrrolidon bevorzugt ist, und das andere ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe der vinylierten Pyrrole, Pyrrolidine, Pyridine, Chinoline, Isochinoline, Purine, Pyrazole, Imidazole, Triazole, Tetrazole, Indo- lizine, Pyridazine, Pyrimidine, Pyrazine, Indole, Isoindole, Oxazole, Oxazolidone, Oxa- zolidine, Morpholine, Piperazine, Piperidine, Isoxazole, Thiazole, Isothiazole, Indoxyle, lsatine, Dioxindole und Hydantoine und deren Derivaten, z.B. Barbitursäure und Uracil und deren Derivaten, ganz besonders bevorzugt N-Vinylimidazol.
Weitere geeignete Hilfsmittel (d) sind organische Phosphorverbindungen, bevorzugt CrCio-Alkylphosphonate, bevorzugt Ethylphosphonat.
Weitere geeignete Hilfsmittel (d) sind mehrfach, beispielsweise drei- bis 100-fach alko- xylierte Ci0-C20-Carbonsäuren, insbesondere drei- bis 100-fach ethoxylierte Fettsäuren gewählt aus beispielsweise Stearinsäure, Ölsäure und Linolensäure.
In einer Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung verwendet man Kombinationen von zwei oder mehr Hilfsmitteln (d) zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens.
In einer Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung verwendet man insgesamt im Bereich von 0,01 bis 10 g Hilfsmittel (d) pro Liter Flotte, die Küpenfarbstoff (a), Reduktionsmittel (b) bzw. reduzierten Küpenfarbstoff (a1) und mindestens eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel Ia bzw. I b enthält, bevorzugt 0,1 bis 5 g/l.
In einer anderen Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung führt man das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren so durch, dass man ungefärbtes Textil zunächst unter oben beschriebenen Bedingungen mit einer Flotte behandelt, die Küpenfarbstoff (a), Reduktionsmittel (b) bzw. reduzierten Küpenfarbstoff (a1) und mindestens eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel Ia bzw. I b enthält, die Flotte austauscht und mit einer anderen Flotte, behandelt, die beispielsweise mindestens ein Hilfsmittel (d) enthält. Danach tauscht man die Flotte, die mindestens ein Hilfsmittel (d) enthält, gegen eine weitere Flotte aus, die mindestens ein Oxidationsmittel enthält, oder führt eine Oxidation mit Luft durch.
Wünscht man nach erfindungsgemäßer Behandlung mit Flotte, die Küpenfarbstoff (a), Reduktionsmittel (b) bzw. reduzierten Küpenfarbstoff (a1) und mindestens eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel Ia bzw. I b enthält, die Flotte auszutauschen und eine Flotte einzusetzen, die mindestens ein Hilfsmittel (d) enthält, so setzt man beispielsweise eine solche Flotte ein, die im Bereich von insgesamt 0,01 bis 10 g Hilfsmittel pro Liter Flotte, bevorzugt 0,1 bis 5 g/l enthält. Man kann dann beispielsweise ein Flottenverhältnis im Bereich von 1:1 bis 1:100, bevorzugt 1:4 bis 1:50 wählen. Geeignete Temperaturen sind beispielsweise im Bereich von 30 bis 95°C, bevorzugt 40 bis 800C.
In einer Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung kann man nach dem Färben im Anschluss an das Oxidieren nach an sich bekannten Methoden spülen, nachseifen und/oder trocknen. Geeignete Nachseifmittel sind beispielsweise Ammoniumsalze, insbesondere Alkanolammoniumsalze von CVC^-Alkylbenzolsulfonsäuren, Amine, Diamine und Polyamine. Ganz besonders geeignet sind Nachseifmittel, wie sie beispielsweise in WO 04/50982 beschrieben sind, und die in vorstehend genannter An- meidung beschriebenen Bedingungen. Beim Nachseifen kann man zusätzlich zu einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Nachseifmittel ein oder mehrere nichtionische Tensi- de einsetzen wie beispielsweise ein oder mehrere Cio-C30-Alkanolethoxylate, insbesondere der Formel ^C10-C30-AIkVl-O-(CH2-CH2O)W-H, wobei w eine Zahl im Bereich von 3 bis 100 bedeutet.
Ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung sind Textilien, gefärbt nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren. Erfindungsgemäße Textilien weisen keine oder keine
wesentlichen Fehlfärbungen auf, insbesondere keine Tendenz zur Bildung einer in vielen Fällen unerwünschten Ringfärbung. Weiterhin beobachtet man gute Echtheiten, beispielsweise gute Reib- und Waschechtheiten.
Ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung sind wässrige Flotten, enthaltend
(a) mindestens einen Küpenfarbstoff und
(b) mindestens ein Reduktionsmittel, oder (a1) mindestens einen Küpenfarbstoff in reduzierter Form (Leukoform),
(c) mindestens eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel I a oder I b
(d) gegebenenfalls mindestens ein Hilfsmittel,
wobei die Variablen wie vorstehend definiert sind.
Erfindungsgemäße wässrige Flotten sind beispielsweise erhältlich durch Vermischen von Wasser mit einem oder mehreren Küpenfarbstoffen (a), einem oder mehreren Re- duktionsmitteln (b) oder (a1) mindestens einen Küpenfarbstoff in reduzierter Form (Leukoform), einer oder mehrerer Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I a oder I b und gegebenenfalls mindestens einem Hilfsmittel (d), wobei die Reihenfolge der Zugabe von Wasser, einem oder mehreren Küpenfarbstoffen (a), einem oder mehreren Reduktionsmitteln (b) oder (a1) mindestens einen Küpenfarbstoff in reduzierter Form (Leuko- form), einer oder mehrerer Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I a oder I b und gegebenenfalls mindestens einem Hilfsmittel (d) beliebig ist.
Die Herstellung von Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I a und I b ist an sich bekannt und gelingt beispielsweise durch Umsetzung von Phenolen der allgemeinen Formel Il a
oder Bisphenolen der allgemeinen Formel Il b
in denen die Variablen wie oben stehend definiert sind, mit 2, 3 oder 4 Äquivalenten Styrol in Gegenwart von saurem Katalysator, vorzugsweise Lewissäure. Danach setzt man gegebenenfalls mit Alkylenoxid, insbesondere mit C3-C5-Alkylenoxid, und danach mit Ethylenoxid um, beispielsweise in Gegenwart von saurem oder basischem Katalysator. Wünscht man solche Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I a oder I b herzu- stellen, bei denen a = 0 ist, so setzt man sofort mit Ethylenoxid um und verzichtet auf eine Umsetzung mit Alkylenoxid wie beispielsweise C3-C5-Alkylenoxid. Danach kann man vollständig oder partiell sulfatieren, beispielsweise mit Sulfatierungsreagenzien, insbesondere Schwefeltrioxid oder Chlorsulfonsäure, und danach partiell oder vollständig mit wässrigem Alkalimetallhydroxid neutralisieren, beispielsweise mit wässriger Kalilauge oder insbesondere wässriger Natronlauge. Man kann jedoch auf eine Umsetzung mit Sulfatierungsreagenz verzichten.
Die Erfindung wird durch Arbeitsbeispiele erläutert.
I. Herstellung einer erfindungsgemäßen Flotte F.1 und Modellversuche
Man vermischte miteinander:
0,5 g Cl. Vat Violet i , 12 ml wässrige Natronlauge (38 Be),
4 g Na2S2O4, i g Verbindung der Formel I a.1 ,
füllte mit destilliertem Wasser auf 100 ml auf und rührte noch 10 Minuten bei 4O0C. Anschließend gab man 5 ml einer 6 Gew.-% wässrigen Wasserstoffperoxidlösung zu. Von der so erhältlichen Dispersion des reoxidierten Küpenfarbstoffs tropfte man 1 ml auf einen weißen Rundfilter (Blauband), trocknete bei Zimmertemperatur und beurteilte das Fließbild auf Grobanteil und Gleichmäßigkeit des ausfließenden Küpenfarbstoffs (Ringbildung), (erfindungsgemäßes Beispiel F.1).
Zum Vergleich ging man wie oben beschrieben vor, ersetzte jedoch Verbindung der Formel I a.1 durch analoge Mengen (Feststoffgehalt)
Naphthalinsulfonsäure-Formaldehyd-Kondensat (Natriumsalz) mit einem Molekulargewicht Mw von 6.000 g/mol (Vergleichsversuch V-F.2),
Naphthalinsulfonsäure-Formaldehyd-Kondensat (Natriumsalz) mit einem Molekulargewicht Mw von 16.000 g/mol (Vergleichsversuch V-F.3), oder verzichtete auf den Einsatz zusätzlicher Stoffe (c) (Vergleichsversuch V-F.4).
Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 1 zusammengefasst.

II. Herstellung von erfindungsgemäßen Flotten F.5 und F.6 und Färbeversuche
11.1 Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Flotte F.5
Man vermischte miteinander:
6 g Natriumdithionit,
22 ml Natronlauge 38°Be,
3 g Cl. Vat Blue θ 1 g Verbindung der Formel I a.1 ,
und füllte mit Wasser auf 1 I. Man erhielt erfindungsgemäße Flotte F.5.
11.2 Herstellung von Vergleichsflotte V-F.6
Man vermischte miteinander
6 g Natriumdithionit, 22 ml Natronlauge 38°Be, 3 g Cl. Vat Blue δ und füllte mit Wasser auf 1 I. Man erhielt Vergleichsflotte V-F.6.
11.3 Herstellung von Vergleichsflotte V-F.7
Man vermischte miteinander
6 g Natriumdithionit, 22 ml Natronlauge 38°Be, 3 g Cl. Vat Blue 61 g 1 g Naphthalinsulfonsäure-Formaldehyd-Kondensat (Natriumsalz) mit einem Molekulargewicht Mw von 6.000 g/mol und füllte mit Wasser auf 1 I. Man erhielt Vergleichsflotte V-F.7.
II.4 Färbeversuche mit erfinduηgsgemäßer Flotte F.5 bzw. Vergleichsflotten V-F.6 und V-F.7
Allgemeine Vorschrift:
100 ml von erfindungsgemäßer Flotte F.5 bzw. Vergleichsflotten V-F.6 oder V-F.7 wurden in ein Färbegefäß mit 10 g Baumwollwirkware, färbefertig gebleicht (Flächengewicht 160 g/m2) gegeben. Das Färbegefäß wurde verschlossen und die Baumwollwirk- wäre 45 min bei 600C behandelt. Anschließend wurde das Färbegefäß geöffnet, die Flotte abgegossen und einmal mit Wasser, 600C, Flottenverhältnis 1 :10, und gegebenenfalls mit Hilfsmittel 2 gespült. Anschließend wurde mit 500 ml einer Flotte, die von 1 ml 30 Gew.-% wässrige Wasserstoffperoxid Lösung enthielt, versetzt und 15 min bei 6O0C behandelt. Anschließend wurde das Färbegefäß geöffnet und die so gefärbte Baumwollwirkware entnommen.
Man seifte die so gefärbte Baumwollwirkware dann mit einer wässrigen Behandlungsflotte aus 1 ml/l einer 60 Gew.-% wässrigen Lösung des Diethanolaminsalzes von pa- ra-n-CgH! 9-C6H4-SO3H und 0,5 g/l Natriumcarbonat über 15 min bei 98°C im Flottenverhältnis von 1:20 nach. Anschließend wurde die so erhältliche gefärbte Baumwollwirkware bei Raumtemperatur getrocknet und die erhaltene Färbung farbmetrisch beurteilt.

Bei erfindungsgemäßer Behandlung erhält man eine verbesserte Farbtiefe der Färbung bei gleicher oder verbesserter Brillanz.
Anmerkung:
L: Lightness Werte zwischen 0 und 100, 0: ideales Schwarz, 100: ideales Weiß C: Chroma-Maß für die Farbtonreinheit, je höher desto reiner, brillanter der Ton H: Farbtonwinkel 0 - 360° 0° Magenta, 90° Gelb, 180° Grün, 270° Blau
II.5 Herstellung einer erfindungsgemäßen Flotte F.8 und Färbeversuch Man vermischte miteinander:
6 g Natriumdithionit,
22 ml Natronlauge 380Be1
3 g C.l. Vat Blue 6
0,1 g Verbindung der Formel I a.1 ,
3 g Hilfsmittel (d.1 ) und füllte mit Wasser auf 1 I. Man erhielt erfindungsgemäße Flotte F.8.
Den Färbeversuch führte man durch wie unter II.4 beschrieben, ersetzte jedoch erfindungsgemäße Flotte F.5 durch erfindungsgemäße Flotte F.8. Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 3 zusammen gefasst.

III. Herstellung von Hilfsmittel (d.1)
In einem Reaktor mit Stickstoffzuführung, Rückflusskühler, Rühr- und Dosiervorrichtung wurden 120 g Polyethylenglykol mit einem mittleren Molekulargewicht Mn von 600 g/mol und 80 g Wasser unter Stickstoffzufuhr auf ca. 800C Innentemperatur erhitzt. Dann wurde mit der Zugabe einer Mischung von 160 g N-Vinylpyrrolidon, 160 g N-Vi- nylimidazol und 3,2 g Mercaptoethanol begonnen. Dabei wurden zunächst 5 Gew.-% dieser Mischung auf einmal und der Rest nach 15 min kontinuierlich in 7 h zugegeben. Gleichzeitig mit der ersten Zugabe dieser Mischung wurde mit der kontinuierlichen 7- stündigen Zugabe von 4 g tert.-Butylperpivalat in 60 g Isopropanol begonnen. Nach Beendigung des Zulaufs wurde weitere 2 h bei 8O0C gerührt. Anschließend wurden weitere 1 ,6 g tert.-Butylperpivalat in 8 g Isopropanol und danach 100 g Wasser zugegeben und weitere 2 h bei 800C gerührt. Anschließend wurden noch zweimal je 1 ,6 g
tert.-Butylperpivalat in 8 g Isopropanol zugesetzt und zweimal weitere zwei Stunden bei 80cC gerührt. Anschließend wurde auf 100°C erhitzt und eine Wasserdampfdestillation (eine Stunde) durchgeführt. Nach beendigter Wasserdampfdestillation und Zugabe von 200 g Wasser wurde eine Lösung mit einem Feststoffgehalt von 31 ,9 Gew.-% erhalten. Das so erhältliche Pfropfcopolymer PC1 hatte einen einem K-Wert von 38,4. Der Gewichtsanteil der einpolymerisierten Monomere betrug Ethylenoxid : N-Vinylpyrrolidon : N-Vinylimidazol ca. 20:40:40.
Der K-Wert wurde nach H. Fikentscher, Cellulose-Chemie Bd. 13, S. 58-64 und 71-74 (1932) bei 25°C in 1 Gew.-% wässriger Lösung bestimmt.
Hilfsmittel (d.1) erhielt man durch Vermischen von
17 g PC1
30 g Ethylphosphonat
4 g Ölsäureethoxylat: Ölsäure ethoxyliert mit 5 Äquivalenten EO
aufgefüllt mit 49 ml Wasser.
Claims
Verfahren zum Färben von Textil mit einem oder mehreren Küpenfarbstoffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ungefärbtes Textil behandelt mit einer wäss- rigen Flotte, enthaltend
(a) mindestens einen Küpenfarbstoff und
(b) mindestens ein Reduktionsmittel, oder (a1) mindestens einen Küpenfarbstoff in reduzierter Form,
(c) mindestens eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel I a oder I b
wobei die Variablen wie folgt definiert sind:
R1 gewählt aus Wasserstoff, Phenyl, CH(CH3)C6H5 und CrCi0-Alkyl, R2 gleich oder verschieden und gewählt aus Wasserstoff, Phenyl und
C1-Ci0-AIkVl,
AO steht für Alkylenoxid, EO steht für Ethylenoxid, a gleich oder verschieden und gewählt aus Zahlen im Bereich von 0 bis 150, b gleich oder verschieden und gewählt aus Zahlen im Bereich von 15 bis
250, wobei b ≥ a, d gleich oder verschieden und gewählt aus null und eins, M gleich oder verschieden und gewählt aus Alkalimetallen.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Formel I a bzw. I b die Variablen wie folgt definiert sind:
AO gewählt aus Propylenoxid, a gleich oder verschieden und gewählt aus Zahlen im Bereich von 0 bis 20 b gleich oder verschieden und gewählt aus Zahlen im Bereich von 20 bis
200, M gewählt aus Natrium und Kalium.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man im An- schluss an die Behandlung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 mit mindestens einem Oxi- dationsmittel oxidiert.
4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 0,0001 bis 100 Gew.-% Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel I a oder I b, bezogen auf Küpenfarbstoff (a) bzw. Küpenfarbstoff in reduzierter Form (a1) einsetzt.
5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Formel I b die Variablen wie folgt definiert sind:
a null, b gleich oder verschieden und gewählt aus Zahlen im Bereich von 20 bis 35,
R2 jeweils gleich und Methyl, M gewählt aus Natrium und Kalium.
6. Textil, gefärbt nach einem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5.
7. Wässrige Flotte, enthaltend
(d) mindestens einen Küpenfarbstoff und
(e) mindestens ein Reduktionsmittel, oder (a1) mindestens einen Küpenfarbstoff in reduzierter Form,
(f) mindestens eine Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel I a oder I b
(g) gegebenenfalls ein oder mehrere Hilfsmittel,
wobei die Variablen wie folgt definiert sind:
R1 gewählt aus Wasserstoff, Phenyl, CH(CH3)C6H5 und CrC10-Alkyl,
R2 gleich oder verschieden und gewählt aus Wasserstoff, Phenyl und C1-C10-
Alkyl,
AO steht für Alkylenoxid, EO steht für Ethylenoxid, a gleich oder verschieden und gewählt aus Zahlen im Bereich von O bis 150, b gleich oder verschieden und gewählt aus Zahlen im Bereich von 15 bis
250, wobei b ≥ a, d gleich oder verschieden und gewählt aus null und eins, M gleich oder verschieden und gewählt aus Alkalimetallen.
8. Wässrige Flotte nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Formel I a bzw. I b die Variablen wie folgt definiert sind:
AO gewählt aus Propylenoxid, a gleich oder verschieden und gewählt aus Zahlen im Bereich von O bis 20 b gleich oder verschieden und gewählt aus Zahlen im Bereich von 20 bis
200, M gewählt aus Natrium und Kalium.
9. Wässrige Flotte nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Formel I b die Variablen wie folgt definiert sind:
a null, b gleich oder verschieden und gewählt aus Zahlen im Bereich von 20 bis 35,
R2 jeweils gleich und Methyl,
M gewählt aus Natrium und Kalium.
