Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an interlocking device for a car door of an elevator which prevents passengers from manually opening the car door from inside the car when the elevator has stopped between landings due to a power failure or the like.
  • An elevator door is composed of a car door provided on the car side and a landing door provided at a landing doorway on each floor of a building. Opening and closing of these doors is performed by door opening equipment generally mounted on the car side; movement of the car door is transmitted to the landing door to simultaneously open or close the car door and the landing door by means of an engaging plate (not shown in the drawing) provided on the car door and an engaging plate engaging device (not shown in the drawing) provided on the landing door.
  • an engaging plate not shown in the drawing
  • an engaging plate engaging device not shown in the drawing
  • the landing door also opens along with the opening of the car door and passengers can escape from the inside of the car to a landing, though a slight step is generated between the car floor and the landing floor. Meanwhile, if the elevator is in a range (section) where the car door is not engaged with the landing door, the car door independently opens and passengers are approachable within a hoistway.
  • an interlocking device for a car door of an elevator as disclosed in patent document 1 has been proposed.
  • a control plate for restricting pivoting of a lever mechanism which blocks opening operation of the car door needs to be provided in the hoistway and therefore there is a problem in that mounting operation of the control plate is troublesome.
  • the lever mechanism which blocks opening operation of the car door is of a single axle type and therefore there is a problem in that a mounting position thereof is restricted.
  • Patent Document 1 Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 10-45360

  • a landing 21 is provided at each floor and a hanger rail 22 is extendedly provided in the width direction of the doorway on a hoistway side above the doorway of the landing 21.
  • a landing door 23 is hung on the hanger rail 22 by a hanger 25, which is fixed to an upper edge of the landing door, and guided by the hanger rail 22 to open and close the doorway of the landing 21.
  • Opening and closing of the car door and the landing door is performed by door opening equipment is often mounted on the car side; movement of the car door is transmitted to the landing door to simultaneously open or close the car door and the landing door by means of an engaging plate provided on the car door and an engaging plate engaging device (not shown in the drawing) provided on the landing door.
  • Reference numeral 24 denotes a cam (restriction plate) provided on the landing door and, as to be described below, the lever mechanism 7 restricts operation which blocks opening operation of the car door 3.
  • Fig. 3 is a view showing the lever mechanism 7 for use in the first embodiment and the retaining state (unlocked state) of the lever mechanism 7 will be described.
  • Fig. 4 is a view for explaining a locking state (locked state) of the lever mechanism 7 shown in Fig. 3.
  • a first lever 31 of the lever mechanism 7 is pivotally supported by the car door 3 by means of the first axle 8, thereby allowing the first lever to pivot in a locking direction (counter-clockwise direction) and in an unlocking direction (clockwise direction).
  • One end 31a of the first lever 31 has a roller 31b guided by the guide 10 (Fig. 5) and an engaged part 31c engaged with the part to be engaged 11 (Fig. 5).
  • a second lever 32 of the lever mechanism 7 is pivotally supported by the car door 3 by the second axle 9, thereby allowing the second lever to pivot in a locking direction (clockwise direction) and in an unlocking direction (counter-clockwise direction).
  • One end 32a of the second lever 32 has a roller 32b that comes into contact with the cam 24 (Fig. 6).
  • a coupling rod 33 for coupling both levers 31 and 32 is disposed between the other end 31d of the first lever 31 and the other end 32c of the second lever 32; and the locking direction and the unlocking direction of the first lever 31 pivot in conj unction with the locking direction and the unlocking direction of the second.lever 32, respectively.
  • the lever mechanism 7 having the first lever 31, the second lever 32, and the coupling rod 33 generates a moment 32d at the center of the second axle 9 of the second lever 32 due to an imbalance in mass; and the one end 31a of the first lever 31 is designed so as to be lowered at the center of the first axle 8 in a state where there is no external force.
  • Arrows 33a, 31e, and 31f show a moving direction of the lever mechanism 7 due to an imbalance in mass. That is, it becomes a state shown in Fig. 4, as to be described below; it becomes a locking state (locked state).
  • a tensile spring 34 is provided so that a force of an arrow 34a is exerted between the second lever 32 and the car door 3 to generate the moment 32d of the same direction, thereby allowing assistance of operation.
  • the state shown in Fig. 3 is the retaining state (unlocked state); and the roller 32b is pushed in a direction of an arrow A or the roller 31b is pushed in a direction of an arrow B, whereby the one end 31a of the first lever 31 rotates at the center of the first axle 8 to be raised.
  • opening operation of the car door 3 (and the landing door 23) can be performed without the car door 3 being locked.
  • the roller 31b disposed on the first lever 31 is forcibly raised by the guide (raising plate) 10 provided on the car (fixing side of the car), so that the one end 31a of the first lever 31 is raised.
  • This state is a state where the roller 31b is pushed in the direction of the arrow B in the retaining state shown in Fig. 3. If this state is retained, opening operation of the car door 3 (and the landing door 23) can be performed; however, when the car door 3 starts to open, the roller 31b moves downward along an inclined surface of the guide 10 and therefore locking is performed at a time when the car door 3 is opened by L mm in the case where a force of the arrow A is not exerted.
  • FIG. 5 to Fig. 7 are views for explaining in the case of an engagement formation range where the car floor is located within a specific range from above to below the landing floor.
  • Fig. 5 is a view for explaining a completely closed state of the car door in which there exists a gap Ls between the roller 32b of the car door 3 and the cam 24 on the landing door 23 side.
  • the roller 31b of the first lever 31 is retained by being raised to a first position of the guide 10.
  • Fig. 6 is a view for explaining when the car door starts to open and showing a state where the roller 32b on the car door 3 side comes into contact with the cam 24 on the landing door 23 side.
  • Fig. 7 is a view for explaining opening of the car door and showing that it is possible to open the car door 3 and the landing door 23 together while the roller 32b on the car door 3 side comes into contact with the cam 24 on the landing door 23 side.
  • the car door 3 can pass so that the engaged part 31c of the first lever 31 is not caught by the part to be engaged 11 on the car 1 side (fixing side of the car), thereby allowing opening operation of the car door 1.
  • the distance Ls between the roller 32b (end of the second lever 32) on the car door 3 side and the cam 24 on the landing door 23 side is set to be slightly larger than the gap (distance) of the engagement between the engaging plate provided on the car door 3 and the engaging plate engaging device provided on the landing door 23 so that the roller 31b of the first lever 31 can be securely moved to the middle between the first position and the second position of the guide 10. That is, the first lever 31 is configured so as to be retained with a slightly lowered position.
  • FIG. 8 to Fig. 10 are views for explaining a case outside of the engagement formation range where the car floor is located outside of the specific range from above to below the landing floor. Therefore, the cam 24 of the landing door 23 side is not existed in the pivoting range of the roller 32b of the second lever 32 of the car door 3.
  • Fig. 8 is a view for explaining a completely closed state of the car door in which the roller 31b of the first lever 31 is retained by being raised to a first position of the guide 10.
  • Fig. 9 is a view for explaining when the car door starts to open and the roller 31b of the first lever 31 starts to open from the first position of the guide 10 to the second position to lower the one end 31a of the first lever 31.
  • FIG 10 is a view for explaining locking of the car door in which the roller 31b of the first lever 31 moves to the second position of the guide 10 and the engaged part 31c of the first lever 31 on the car door 3 side is engaged with the part to be engaged 11 on the car side (fixing side of the car).
  • the cam 24 is provided on the landing door 23, operability is improved, as compared with the case of the cam 24 being provided in a hoistway.
  • the lever mechanism 7 provided on the car door 3 is composed of the first lever 31 pivotally supported by the first axle, the second lever 32 pivotally supported by the second axle, and the coupling rod 33 for coupling both the levers 31 and 32. Therefore, locations of both the levers 31 and 32 can be appropriately set, the first lever 31 can be located in the vicinity of the part to be engaged 11 of the car 1, and the second lever 32 can be located in the vicinity of the cam 24 of the landing door 23, respectively.
  • a part expressed as pivoting in the clockwise direction becomes a part expressed as pivoting in the counter-clockwise direction when the lever mechanism 7 is disposed on the opposite car door symmetrical to the center line of both the car doors.
  • Fig. 11 is a view for explaining a completely closed state of a car door having an interlocking device for a car door of an elevator according to a second embodiment.
  • a point different from the first embodiment is that a pad (protruded stud) 41 for promoting pivoting when the first lever 31 does not pivot is provided on the car 1 side (fixing side of the car).
  • Fig. 12 is a view for explaining a condition where the one end 31a of the first lever 31 comes into contact with the pad 41 when the car door 3 starts to open while the first lever 31 is not pivoted due to failure.
  • Fig. 13 is a view for explaining a condition where the one end 31a of the first lever 31 is lowered downward while in contact with the pad 41.
  • the pad 41 comes into contact with the one end 31a of the first lever 31 and it is possible for people nearby to be informed of the abnormality by means of a collision sound.
  • the one end 31a of the first lever 31 is pushed down by the pad 41 as shown by the arrow 41a due to the above-mentioned contact, and it is possible for the locked state to be again obtained.
  • a position on which the pad 41 is mounted on the car 1 side (fixing side of the car) is located so that the one end 31a of the first lever 31 does not come in contact with the pad 41 during everyday operation, but it comes in contact with the pad 41 when failure occurs. That is, the one end 31a of the first lever 31 is lowered at the middle position between the first position and the second position during everyday operation even in the state shown in Fig. 6; during occurrence of failure, it is not lowered while located at the first position of the position guide 10 and therefore the position of the pad 41 of the car 1 is located between the first position and the middle position.
  • a situation where the car door 3 is not locked can be detected by abnormal sound outside of an engagement formation range and it is possible to promote pivoting. Furthermore, a detector, which informs people outside of the contact of the one end 31a of the first lever 31 and the pad 41, may be provided.
  • the interlocking device for the car door of the elevator of the present invention can be applied without being dependent on a door-opening system (double opening, single opening, or the like) and a driving system (belt type, link type, or the like). Furthermore, although it is described that the locking range is the same as the engagement formation range between the car door and the landing door, the locking range can be individually set because constitutional equipment is independent.
