A drawing and buffing device (100) with a coupling arm (2) for central buffer couplings of rail vehicles, which is attached with flange mount in the chassis (1) of a rail vehicle and which supports the coupling arm (2) with a coupling head via a joint (3), preferably a stabilisation joint, which is hinged on a joint bolt (4), with elastic support, together with the pressure forces in a play-free manner via a pressure plate (8) in the direction of pressure (56) after a joint play spring mechanism (7) has been transgressed, and a downstream, pre-tensioned energy consumption system (9) on the pressure side on the chassis (1) via an external housing (10), and which also supports in the draw direction (6) the drawing forces via the joint bolt (4) and an energy consumption system (11) on the drawing side in a play-free manner via buffers (12), together with the external housing (10) on the chassis (1), characterized in that the multi-layered energy consumption system (9) on the pressure side and the energy consumption system (11) on the drawing side are arranged within the housing (10) in such a manner that they are connected in series, wherein the energy consumption system (9) on the pressure side and/or the energy consumption system (11) on the drawing side is equipped with an irreversible, deformable deformation element (23), and that the deformation element (23) as an impact buffer member is a pipe (29) which when subjected to impact can be pushed by the deformation part, namely a pressure ring (21), and is designed to be irreversibly deformable in its profile, and that in the direction of pressure (5), the pressure plate (8) rests on the energy consumption system (9) on the pressure side with the reversible energy consumption elements, the damper (13) and the pre-stroke spring (14) via an inner lid (15) on an internal housing (16), and furthermore, the internal housing (16) rests via a stop (17) on the irreversible energy consumption elements, the deformation pipe (23) with shearing ring (20), which are pre-tensioned over the screw connections (18) of the external lid (19) and over the conical pressure ring (21) against the stop (22), and the external housing (10) rests on the chassis (1).
  2. A drawing and buffing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the deformation element (23) is a mechanical impact buffer member which is deformable via a deformation part.
  3. A drawing and buffing device according to either of preceding claims 1 or 2, characterized in that an irreversible deformation of a deformation element (23) or of the energy consumption element (9), and/or of the energy consumption element (11) can only be conducted after a specifiable pressure and/or drawing load value has been transgressed on the shearing element, the shearing ring (20), and/or on the shearing bolt of the drawing and buffing device (100).
  4. A drawing and buffing device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the characteristic curve of the spring of the energy consumption element (9, 11) on the pressure or drawing side is preferably designed in a non-linear and vibration-reducing manner.
  5. A drawing and buffing device according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that, in the drawing direction (6), the joint bolt (4) rests against the external housing (10) via the internal housing (16) and the inner lid (15), via the energy consumption system (11) on the drawing side with the reversible energy consumption elements damper (13) and pre-stroke spring (14), the pressure plate (8), the buffer (12), and the screw connections (24) against the chassis (1).
  6. A drawing and buffing device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the joint bolt (4) is secured against falling out via a hood (26) which is screwed against the flange (27) of the housing (10).
  7. A drawing and buffing device according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that a display element which is interactively connected with the coupling arm is provided in order to display an irreversible deformation of the deformation element which is beginning or which has been completed.
  8. A drawing and buffing device according to claim 7, characterized in that the display element is a shearing bolt or shearing screw (28) which is partially inserted into the internal housing (16), which with an irreversible deformation of the deformation element (23) can be destroyed via the hood (26) by shearing.
