Definitions

  • the invention relates to a Bohnerêt according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • a floor care device which has a carrier, are arranged on the three not actively driven a care condition having individual discs.
  • earthenware disks are known, such as from the DE 43 40 367 C2
  • three floor slices are provided facing the floor to be cared for.
  • Each polishing pad is disposed on a rotatably drivable carrier, which carriers are centrally offset by a common drive in rotation about a carrier axis.
  • the EP 0 051 046 A1 discloses a Bohner réelle according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the object of the invention is to specify a polishing tool in the form of a floor cleaning machine, which makes possible an advantageous floor care.
  • each carrier has three or more rotatable and not actively driven single discs.
  • the individual disks are arranged rotatably on the support in each case about a disk rotation axis.
  • the disk rotation axes are radially spaced from the support rotation axis and in the circumferential direction on the support are arranged distributed.
  • the reception and mounting of the disk rotation axes on a carrier disk is provided on a common peripheral line of the carrier disk.
  • the defined by a Plow disc processing surface is divided by the arrangement of a plurality of individual slices, wherein the further given rotation of the carrier about its axis of rotation results in a working image, which is equal to the one that would be given only a Pohner.
  • the possible rotational movement of each individual disc is superimposed by the rotation of the entire carrier achieved via the drive of the polishing tool, whereby, for example, the abrasive effect of the entire polishing pad is improved while maintaining the force exerted on the device on the floor to be maintained.
  • the disc rotation axes can be radially spaced at least by the radius of a single disc to the carrier axis, for example by a measure which corresponds to 1.1 times to 1.6 times the radius.
  • the arrangement of the individual panes is further selected so that these or the coating applied to these are not or not substantially touch, so that the individual panes in their own rotation do not support each other or even disturb.
  • the disc axes are arranged on a circumferential line evenly spaced from each other, which further supports a homogenization of the disc running.
  • the angle spanned between two adjacent individual-axis axes of rotation is always the same with respect to the axis of rotation of the carrier, for example in the case of an arrangement of four individual panes 90 °.
  • the arrangement continues to be such that during a transfer a first single disc in a second single disc along a line connecting the disc rotation axes to avoid the third single disc got to.
  • the third individual disk engages circumferentially in the gusset formed between the two other individual disks.
  • the greatest possible approximation of the individual panes is achievable to one another, so as to form an approximately closed care surface further by the arrangement of a plurality of individual panes. Furthermore, as a result of the given rotation of the support disk, as a result of this meshing of the individual work surfaces, at least partially a movement path overlay of the individual disks is achieved.
  • the straight-line distance of two disc rotation axes to one another corresponds to three times the disk radius or less, so more preferably two to three disk radius, with a tendency of little more than twice the disk radius, thereby taking into account a non-investment of the individual disks to each other an approximately closed or approximately contiguous Form surface formed by the individual disks.
  • the straight-line distance preferably corresponds to about 2.1 to 2.5 times the disk radius.
  • each individual disk is achieved by the relative movement to the carrier disk as a result of the irregularly occurring holding force achieved by friction on the floor to be maintained.
  • a stick-slip effect known from earthen disks is counteracted. This occurs, for example, in a tillage on which not completely dried floor wax is present. It comes here to a so-called Hoppeln, which can lead to damage to the drive system. Due to the independent rotation the individual disks to each other and to the carrier disk, this negative effect is avoided. It is an undisturbed workflow achieved without the drive system could be damaged due to a stick-slip effect. The polishing or polishing result is thereby further improved.
  • a single pane can be arranged protruding radially outward over the carrier in vertical projection, thus for enlarging the processing area of the entire pelmet disk relative to the base area of the carrier pane.
  • the individual disks can also be arranged so that they affect the circumference of the carrier disk in a projection with their circumference.
  • the individual disks can also be selected circumferentially such that they are completely accommodated within the carrier disk in a projection.
  • the individual discs are releasably mounted in a preferred embodiment on the carrier, in particular by forming a detent coupling or the like.
  • the individual slices can be arranged so placed that a tumbling them is allowed to the single-disc axis of rotation, to compensate for any uneven ground, which wobbling is then limited to a few degrees of tilt in relation to the ground horizontal.
  • the individual slices can also be embedded in the support, for example in such a way that only the care cover of the individual slices project beyond the support disc surface facing the floor to be maintained.
  • the carrier disk can be mounted in a removable cassette.
  • a shaving discs receiving removable cassette is from the DE 19728927 A1 known.
  • on both sides of the carrier individual disks may be provided, each facing a carrier surface same, but wearing opposite to the opposite support surface pads.
  • the interchangeable cassette it is possible to change a covering in the simplest way. It does not require the exchange of individual discs. Rather, if necessary, the entire cassette is removed from the device and exchanged for another.
  • each individual disk is partially projecting beyond an edge of the removable cassette.
  • arrangements are conceivable in which the individual disks are completely accommodated in vertical projection within the removable cassette.
  • three carriers, each with three individual disks are accommodated in an exchangeable cassette, so that a total of nine individual disks are assigned to an exchangeable cassette.
  • the three carriers are in this case provided in a triangular arrangement of the connecting lines of the carrier axes of rotation.
  • Such a contact-proximate arrangement is also preferred with respect to the individual disks on each individual carrier, so that a coherent processing image results from carrier rotation and the freely rotatable individual disks located on the carriers.
  • the individual discs can, due to their contact-near arrangement, so in particular in an arrangement of three individual discs on a support, in which arrangement a single disc in the gusset between two other Single discs engages, with carrier rotation form an almost complete processing surface with a minimized central portion, which would remain unworked without sliding movement of the device.
  • This central area can be minimized by selecting the individual disc and carrier diameter. It proves to be advantageous if each individual disc has a full-surface, disc-like care surface. Alternatively, an annular care surface can be provided.
  • FIG. 1 Shown and described is first with reference to FIG. 1 a Ringer 1 for connection to a vacuum cleaner, in particular to a household vacuum cleaner.
  • the Ringer 1 has three a device bottom 2 substantially penetrating Bohnerusionn 3.
  • the device base 2 has a cutout 4, the contour of which is predetermined by the arrangement of the polishing plates 3.
  • the Ringer 1 is provided on the bottom side with a peripheral end strip 5.
  • a peripheral suction device may be provided for receiving coarse and fine dust.
  • the polishing implement 1 has a connecting piece 6. This also serves to connect to the suction line of the vacuum cleaner.
  • the Ringer 1 is provided with three shawls 3.
  • the arrangement is provided here oriented on a triangle. Accordingly, the axes of rotation of the Bohnerusionn 3 are positioned in the vertices of an approximately isosceles triangle.
  • Each PohnerArray 3 has a circular in plan, plate-like base support 7, at its peripheral edge a peripheral toothing 8 is formed. In the middle, the carrier 7 is provided with a hub 9.
  • This hub 9 can extend on both sides of the carrier 7 in the axial direction, independently of which in the hub 9, if appropriate, each surface side of the polishing plate 3 facing centrally a Stauerausformung 10 is formed. This is arranged opposite a hub end face sunk.
  • each polishing pad 3 serves to drive the respective polishing pad, one of these polishing pads 3 being driven by a drive shaft of the polishing tool 1.
  • This Bohnerefficiency 3 is an adjacent Bohnerefficiency driven by engagement of the respective peripheral teeth 8 and indirectly via this the last of the three Bohnerusionn 3. Accordingly, one of the Bohnerefficiencyn 3, which is not driven directly on the device-side drive shaft, to both adjacent Bohnerusionn 3 in Intervention, while the two other earthen plates 3 to each other have no driving contact.
  • each Pohnerarray 3 is designated in the illustrations with x. This corresponds to the hub axle of the earth disk 3.
  • Care-bearing side 3 three individual discs 12 are rotatably mounted on each support 7 of the Bohnerusionn. These individual disks 12 are rotatable about disk rotation axes y, which are aligned parallel to the respective carrier rotation axis x.
  • the disk rotation axes y are arranged uniformly spaced from one another on a circumferential line extending concentrically with respect to the carrier rotation axis x.
  • imaginary connecting lines between the disc rotation axes y form an equiangular triangle.
  • the individual disks 12 each have in turn a base support 13 with a lining side.
  • This pad 14 may, as shown, have bristles. Also fleece-like coverings are possible in this regard.
  • the arrangement of the lining 14 results in a care surface 15. This is according to the embodiments in the FIGS. 1 to 6 each with respect to a Pohner disc 3 circular. Alternatively, as in FIG. 7 represented, the care surface be formed almost completely circular disk-shaped.
  • the individual disks 12 are freely rotatable about the disk rotation axes y and are accordingly not actively driven. A rotation of the same takes place by irregular frictional engagement with the floor surface to be cleaned, while the carrier 7 of the earthwheel 3 is actively rotated directly or indirectly via the electric drive in rotation.
  • the diameters of the individual disks 12 are the same. Further, these are so dimensioned that upon rotation of the entire Bohnerario 3 and the support 7 and the concomitant friction-induced rotation of the individual disks 12 around the support axis of rotation x a uniform floor image is generated.
  • the positioning of the disc rotation axes y and the individual disc diameters are selected so that the individual discs 12 are in a projection on the carrier 7 within the plane defined by this carrier 7 surface.
  • the distances between the individual disks 12 to each other are minimized.
  • the distance of the axes of rotation y of two adjacent individual disks 12 corresponds approximately to 2.1 to 2.5 times a disc radial dimension r.
  • the individual disks 12 as shown in FIG. 7 be selected in diameter and with respect to the arrangement of their disc rotation axes y so that the individual discs 12 protrude beyond the edge of the carrier 7.
  • the disk rotation axes y are positioned at a radial distance from the support edge which is selected to be smaller than the radius r of the individual disks 12.
  • the latter embodiment can be achieved by placing the individual disks 12 on the carrier 7, as shown for example in the sectional view in FIG. 4 is shown.
  • the support disks 13 of the individual disks 12 extend, leaving a small axial distance of a few millimeters below the surface of the actively driven support 7 facing the floor to be maintained.
  • An axle body 17 fastened to the support disk 13 passes through the support 7 in the region of a correspondingly positioned bore 18, while fixing the axle body 17 on the side facing away from the single disc 12 side of the carrier 7.
  • the free rotational mobility of the single disc 12 to the carrier 7 is ensured by a bearing, not shown.
  • the individual disks 12 may also be embedded in the carrier 7.
  • the carrier 7 adapted to the single disc diameter, the individual discs 12 receiving depressions 19 have, in their axial Depth are chosen so that when inserted single disc 12 whose coating 14 protrude freely over the facing carrier surface.
  • each recess 19 is provided with a support and fixing mandrel 20, which provides a central support of the associated individual disc 12.
  • the latter is provided for this purpose with a hub 20 receiving hub 21.
  • each individual disc 12 is provided with a radial collar 22 in the region of the lining 14 remote from the end.
  • This radial collar 22 engages in a correspondingly shaped annular groove 23 of a receiving aperture 24 of the carrier 7 a.
  • This receiving aperture 24 is adapted to the diameter of the single disc 12.

  • the Bohnerusionn 3 and the carrier 7 are freely rotatably supported, under positive engagement of a carrier 7 with the adjacent carrier by means of the provided peripheral teeth.
  • the respective circular disk-shaped openings of the removable cassette 25 for the passage of the carrier 7 are adapted accordingly to the carrier diameter, so that in one embodiment according to the representations in the FIGS. 1 to 6 the individual disks 12 do not protrude beyond the edge 26 of these cassette openings, while according to the in FIG. 7 illustrated embodiment in which the individual discs 12 protrude beyond the carrier 7 and a corresponding projection of the opening edge 26 is achieved.
  • a change of care pads can be done in the simplest way by changing appropriately equipped removable cassettes. Alternatively, however, a change of the individual slices can also take place, in particular in a determination according to the in FIGS FIG. 5 illustrated embodiment, in which further the disk rotation axis y is preferably positioned so that the peripheral edge of the support disk 13, the peripheral edge of the carrier 7 is tangent.
