Abstract

An einer vorderen oberen Kante des Korpus (1) eines Unterbau-Haushaltsgeräts ist ein Profilelement (3) mit wenigstens einer Lasche (8) angebracht. Die Lasche (8) ist aus einer Stellung, in der sie sich auf der Oberseite des Korpus (1) erstreckt, in eine Stellung schwenkbar, in der sie wenigstens zu einem Teil über die vordere obere Kante übersteht.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Unterbau-Haushaltsgerät, d. h. ein Haushaltsgerät mit einem schrankähnlichen Korpus wie etwa ein Kühlschrank, ein Backofen, eine Geschirrspülmaschine oder dergleichen, das für den Einbau in einer Möbelnische oder unterhalb einer Arbeitsplatte geeignet ist.
  • Um sicherzustellen, dass die Frontseite eines solchen Einbaugerätes dauerhaft korrekt in Bezug auf die Fronten benachbarter Möbel oder Geräte ausgerichtet bleibt, ist es erforderlich, das Gerät an seinem Einbauort zu fixieren. Hierfür wird herkömmlicherweise ein langgestrecktes Überbrückungsteil aus Metall oder Kunststoff benutzt, das einerseits am Korpus des Gerätes in der Nähe einer vorderen oberen Kante desselben und andererseits an der Arbeitsplatte oder einer beliebigen anderen geeigneten Oberfläche oberhalb des Haushaltsgerätes verschraubt wird. Die Anbringung dieses Teiles an dem Korpus des Gerätes erhöht den Arbeitsaufwand beim Einbau der Montage; außerdem muss bei der Konstruktion des Gerätekorpus die Notwendigkeit, das Teil zu befestigen, berücksichtigt werden, indem zum Beispiel Schraublöcher oder zumindest Wandstücke, die geeignet sind, eine Schraube oder ein anderes geeignetes Befestigungsmittel zu halten, an dem Korpus vorgesehen werden. Dies ist insbesondere bei solchen Haushaltsgeräten aufwändig, bei denen der Korpus eine mit Isolationsmaterial ausgeschäumte Wand aufweist, denn zur Befestigung einer Schraube oder dergleichen an einer solchen Wand reicht es nicht aus, nur ein Loch in einer festen Außenhaut der Wand zu schaffen, an dem die Schraube Halt findet, sondern es muss außerdem sichergestellt sein, dass während des Ausschäumens der Wand mit dem Isolationsmaterial kein Schaum aus einem solchen Loch austreten kann.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist daher, ein Unterbau-Haushaltsgerät anzugeben, dessen Montage am Einbauort vereinfacht ist und bei dem Randbedingungen an den Aufbau des Korpus, die sich herkömmlicherweise aus der Notwendigkeit, das Überbrückungsteil zu befestigen, ergeben, wegfallen.
  • Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch ein Unterbau-Haushaltsgerät mit einem Korpus, der eine Vorderseite und eine Oberseite aufweist, die an einer vorderen oberen Kante aufeinandertreffen, und wenigstens einer benachbart zu der vorderen oberen Kante angeordneten Lasche, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Lasche aus einer Stellung, in der sie sich auf der Oberseite des Korpus erstreckt, in eine Stellung schwenkbar ist, in der sie wenigstens zu einem Teil über die vordere Kante übersteht. Eine solche Lasche kann bereits ab Werk an dem Haushaltsgerät vormontiert sein, wobei sie sich im Auslieferungszustand des Gerätes vorzugsweise in der sich auf der Oberseite des Korpus erstreckenden Stellung befindet, in der sie vor Beschädigung beim Transport gut geschützt ist. Erst bei der Montage des Haushaltsgerätes an einem Einbauort wird die Lasche über die vordere obere Kante ausgeschwenkt, um sie an einer Arbeitsplatte oder einer anderen den Einbauort des Gerätes begrenzenden Oberfläche verschrauben oder anderweitig befestigen zu können.
  • Für eine genaue Fixierung des Haushaltsgerätes an seinem Einbauort sind zweckmäßigerweise wenigstens zwei wie oben beschrieben schwenkbare Laschen vorgesehen. Diese sind vorzugsweise mit einem sich entlang der oberen vorderen Kante erstreckenden Profilelement verbunden.
  • Zweckmäßigerweise sollten die Laschen einteilig mit dem Profilelement ausgebildet sein.
  • Vorzugsweise hat das Profilelement einen sich auf der Oberseite des Korpus erstreckenden ersten Schenkel, aus dem die Laschen freigeschnitten sind.
  • Dieser erste Schenkel ist durch die Lasche in Abschnitte gegliedert, die zweckmäßigerweise entlang eines hinteren und/oder vorderen Randes des Schenkels durch einen Steg verbunden sind. Wenn das Profilelement allein aus diesem ersten Schenkel besteht, ist der die Abschnitte entlang des vorderen Randes verbindende Steg erforderlich, um eine Verbindung der Lasche mit den Abschnitten herzustellen und die Lasche über den Steg nach vorn schwenken zu können. Wenn das Profilelement ferner einen sich entlang der Vorderseite erstreckenden zweiten Schenkel aufweist, könnte auch dieser die Verbindung zwischen der Lasche und den benachbarten Abschnitten des ersten Schenkels herstellen; dennoch ist auch hier bevorzugt, dass der die Abschnitte verbindende Steg vorhanden ist, damit sich keine aus dem Schwenken der Lasche nach vorn resultierende Materialverformung an dem - eventuell für einen Benutzer sichtbaren - zweiten Schenkel abzeichnet. Ein die Abschnitte entlang des hinteren Randes verbindender Steg trägt erheblich zur Biegefestigkeit, genauer gesagt zur Formbeständigkeit des Profilelementes gegen eine in Tiefenrichtung des Korpus wirkende Zugkraft bei.
  • In dem zweiten Schenkel sind vorzugsweise Öffnungen für an der Vorderseite des Gehäuses montierte Bedien- und/oder Anzeigeelemente gebildet, so dass der von dem zweiten Schenkel überdeckte Teil der Vorderseite des Korpus zur Unterbringung dieser Elemente nutzbar ist. Bei vielen Haushaltsgeräten ist die Vorderseite durch einen aus mehreren Profilelementen zusammengefügten Rahmen eingefasst. Daher kann es sich bei dem die Laschen tragenden Profilelement vorteilhafterweise um eines der Profilelemente eines solchen Rahmens handeln.
  • Um die Lasche bequem und an einer exakt vorgegebenen Stelle schwenken zu können, ist eine Schwenkachse der Lasche vorzugsweise durch eine Schwachstelle des Profilelementes festgelegt. Wenn das Profilelement zum Beispiel ein Strangpressprofil ist, kann eine solche Schwachstelle durch eine lokale Querschnittsverengung gebildet sein.
  • Bevorzugtermaßen ist das Profilelement aus Flachmaterial zugeschnitten und gebogen. In einem solchen Fall kann die Schwachstelle durch eine in das Flachmaterial geschnittene Öffnung gebildet sein.
  • Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügten Figuren.

  • Der in Fig. 1 gezeigte Kühlschrank hat in an sich bekannter Art und Weise einen kastenförmigen Korpus 1 mit einer daran angelenkten Tür 2. Eine der Tür zugewandte Vorderseite des Korpus 1 ist zusammengesetzt aus vier Profilelementen 3, 4, 4, 5, die jeweils einen in etwa L-förmigen Querschnitt mit zwei rechtwinklig zueinander orientierten Schenkeln haben. Ein Schenkel der Profilelemente 3, 4, 5 liegt jeweils an der Oberseite, den Seitenwänden bzw. der Unterseite des Korpus 1 nahe deren vorderem Rand an, während die anderen Schenkel zusammen einen rechteckigen Rahmen an der Vorderseite des Korpus 1 bilden, der die Öffnung von dessen Innenraum umgibt.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt das obere dieser Profilelemente 3 in einer vergrößerten perspektivischen Ansicht. In dem oberen, horizontalen Schenkel 6 des aus Blech geformten Profilelementes 3 sind zwei U-förmige Schlitze 7 eingebracht, die jeweils eine Lasche 8 begrenzen. Der Schlitz 7 erstreckt sich beabstandet sowohl von einem vorderen als auch von einem hinteren Rand 9 bzw. 10 des Schenkels 6, so dass dessen jeweils durch die Laschen 8 voneinander abgesetzten Abschnitte 11 jeweils durch einen zwischen der Lasche 8 und dem vorderen Rand 9 verlaufenden Steg 12 und einem zwischen der Lasche 8 und dem hinteren Rand 10 verlaufenden Steg 13 verbunden sind.
  • Zwischen jeder Lasche 8 und dem ihr benachbarten vorderen Steg 12 ist auf einer die zwei Enden des Schlitzes 7 verbindenden Linie ein Langloch 14 eingeschnitten. Das Langloch 14 erleichtert es, die Lasche 8 unter Ausbildung eines scharfen Knicks entlang besagter Linie nach vorn in eine in Fig. 2 am Beispiel der rechten Lasche 8 gestrichelt dargestellte Stellung zu schwenken. In dieser Stellung greift die Lasche 8 über den vorderen Rand 9 aus. Indem der Kühlschrank mit nach vorn geschwenkten Laschen 8 in eine Einbaunische eingeschoben wird, ist es bequem möglich, ihn an einer die Einbaunische nach oben begrenzenden Platte zu fixieren.
  • Ein zweiter, vertikaler Schenkel 15 des Profilelementes 3 erstreckt sich entlang der Vorderseite des Korpus 1. Der Schenkel 15 trägt an seinen zwei Längsenden jeweils eine gekröpfte Lasche 16, die vorgesehen ist, um hinter den vorderen Schenkel eines der zwei seitlichen Profilelemente 4 einzugreifen und so das Profilelement 3 zu fixieren. In den Schenkeln 15 sind Öffnungen 17 geschnitten. Die Öffnungen 17 sind jeweils Bedien- und/oder Anzeigeelementen des Kühlschranks wie etwa einem Temperaturregler zum Einstellen einer gewünschten Lagertemperatur des Kühlschranks, einer Anzeigevorrichtung für die Lagertemperatur oder einem von der Tür 2 betätigten Schalter zum Ein- und Ausschalten einer Innenraumbeleuchtung zugeordnet. Diese Bedien- und Anzeigeelemente können in den Öffnungen 17 selbst oder in einem dahinter liegenden Bereich des Korpus 1 verankert sein, und sie können sich durch die Öffnungen 17 erstrecken oder durch diese hindurch sichtbar bzw. betätigbar sein.
  • Wenn das Profilelement 3 bei geöffneter Tür 2 am Korpus 1 sichtbar sein soll, kann es insbesondere aus einem plastisch biegsamen Kunststoff oder aus lackiertem Blech bestehen. Vor allem in letzterem Fall ist es zweckmäßig, dass die Schwenkachse der Laschen 8 von dem vorderen Rand 9 durch die Breite der Stege 12 getrennt ist, damit Lackfehler, die sich im Bereich der Biegung zwischen Steg 12 und Lasche 8 ergeben können, das Aussehen des sichtbaren Teiles des Profilelementes 3 nicht beeinträchtigen.
  • Falls das Profilelement 3 am eingebauten Gerät bei geöffneter Tür nicht sichtbar sein soll, kann es durch hier nicht gezeigte Blendprofile verdeckt sein, für deren Aufhängung in dem Schenkel 15 weitere Öffnungen 18 vorgesehen sein können.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt einen schematischen Schnitt durch die vordere obere Kante des Korpus 1 im unter einer Arbeitsplatte 19 montierten Zustand. Man erkennt die vorgeschwenkte und durch eine Schraube 20 in der Arbeitsplatte 19 verankerte Lasche 8 sowie ein Bedienelement 21, das die Öffnung 17 des vorderen Schenkels 15 durchsetzt.
  • Der Schenkel 15 ist an seinem unteren Rand in sich zurückgebogen, um eine nach unten offene Nut 22 zu bilden, in der ein Rand eines aus Kunststoff tiefgezogenen, den Lagerraum des Kühlschranks begrenzenden Innenbehälters 23 gehalten ist.
  • Fig. 4 zeigt einen Schnitt durch eine alternative Ausgestaltung des Profilelementes 3. Das Profilelement 3 ist hier als ein Strangpressprofil, zum Beispiel aus Aluminium, realisiert, das wie zuvor beschrieben einen oberen, horizontalen Schenkel 6 und einen vorderen, vertikalen Schenkel 15 mit nach unten offener Nut 22 aufweist. Eine Schwachstelle zwischen der in nach vorne geschwenkter Stellung gezeigten Lasche 8 und dem oberen Schenkel 6 ist hier durch eine Querschnittsverengung 24 des oberen Schenkels gebildet.

Claims (11)

  1. Unterbau-Haushaltsgerät mit einem Korpus (1), der eine Vorderseite und eine Oberseite aufweist, die an einer vorderen oberen Kante aufeinandertreffen, und wenigstens einer benachbart zu der vorderen oberen Kante angeordneten Lasche (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (8) aus einer Stellung, in der sie sich auf der Oberseite des Korpus (1) erstreckt, in eine Stellung schwenkbar ist, in der sie wenigstens zu einem Teil über die vordere obere Kante übersteht.
  2. Unterbau-Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (8) mit einem Profilelement (3) verbunden ist, dass sich entlang der oberen vorderen Kante erstreckt.
  3. Unterbau-Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (8) einteilig mit dem Profilelement (3) ausgebildet ist.
  4. Unterbau-Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (8) aus einem sich auf der Oberseite des Korpus (1) erstreckenden ersten Schenkel (6) des Profilelements (3) freigeschnitten ist.
  5. Unterbau-Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Schenkel (3) durch die wenigstens eine Lasche (8) in Abschnitte (11) gegliedert ist, die entlang eines hinteren und/oder vorderen Randes (9, 10) durch einen Steg (12, 13) verbunden sind.
  6. Unterbau-Haushaltsgerät nach einen der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profilelement (3) als Winkelprofil ausgebildet ist und an seinem ersten Winkelschenkel wenigstens zwei voneinander beabstandete Laschen (8) aufweist.
  7. Unterbau-Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profilelement (3) einen sich entlang der Vorderseite erstreckenden zweiten Schenkel (15) aufweist.
  8. Unterbau-Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Schenkel (15) Öffnungen (17) für an der Vorderseite des Gehäuses montierte Bedien- und/oder Anzeigeelemente (21) aufweist.
  9. Unterbau-Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profilelement (3) Teil eines aus mehreren Profilelementen (3, 4, 5) gebildeten, die Vorderseite des Korpus (1) einfassenden Rahmens ist.
  10. Unterbau-Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Schwenkachse der wenigstens einen Lasche (8) durch eine Schwachstelle (14, 24) des Profilelements (3) festgelegt ist.
  11. Unterbau-Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Profilelement (3) aus Flachmaterial zugeschnitten und gebogen ist.
