Claims (7)
- Installation de broyage comprenant au moins un circuit de broyage grossier (1) et au moins un circuit de broyage fin (2), le circuit de broyage grossier présentant un classificateur (10) et un broyeur à cylindres à lit de matière (11), et la matière, préalablement broyée, du broyeur à cylindres à lit de matière, étant conduite dans le classificateur, duquel la matière grossière (5) est conduit, à son tour, au broyeur à cylindres à lit de matière, tandis que la matière fine est amenée, au moins en majeure partie, dans le circuit de broyage fin, sachant que le circuit de broyage fin présente un tube broyeur (20), qui est doté d'au moins trois chambres de broyage (20a, 20b) et d'une sortie centrale (20c), et un séparateur (21), et sachant qu'au moins une partie de la matière broyée du circuit de broyage grossier est séparée dans le séparateur et conduite aux deux chambres de broyage, et que les matières broyées sont évacuées, en commun, hors des deux chambres de broyage, par la sortie centrale, caractérisée en ce que le rapport entre la longueur et le diamètre de chaque chambre de broyage (20a, 20b) est de ≤ 2,2.
- Installation de broyage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les deux chambres de broyage (20a, 20b) sont de conception identique et que le séparateur (21) est réglé de sorte que la matière à broyer (6), à destination du séparateur, soit amenée en parties égales dans les deux chambres de broyage.
- Installation de broyage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, dans le circuit de broyage fin, est prévu un classificateur (22), auquel est conduite au moins la totalité de la matière broyée (7) en provenance de la sortie centrale du tube broyeur.
- Installation de broyage selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que, dans le circuit de broyage fin, est prévu un classificateur (22), auquel sont conduites au moins la totalité de la matière broyée (7), en provenance de la sortie centrale du tube broyeur, et au moins une partie de la matière broyée (6) en provenance du circuit de broyage grossier.
- Installation de broyage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, dans le circuit de broyage fin, est prévu un classificateur (22), auquel sont conduites au moins la totalité de la matière broyée (7), en provenance de la sortie centrale du tube broyeur, et, le cas échéant, la matière broyée (6) en provenance du circuit de broyage grossier, la matière grossière (8) étant conduite du classificateur à un séparateur (23), et la matière fine (9) étant évacuée.
- Installation de broyage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les deux chambres de broyage (20a, 20b) sont équipées de corps de broyage.
- Installation de broyage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, dans les chambres de broyage (20a, 20b) du tube broyeur (20), sont prévues des billes de broyage, dont le diamètre est de ≤ 25 mm.
