Claims (6)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un ciment, dans lequel- on moud au moins une matière à moudre dans au moins deux dispositifs de mouture (1, 2, 16, 17, 18) en une matière moulue différente avec des distributions de taille de grains différentes l'une de l'autre,- on envoie la matière moulue de chacun desdits au moins deux dispositifs de mouture (1, 2, 16, 17, 18) séparément l'une de l'autre avec respectivement un courant d'air de séparation particulier (3a, 3b) respectivement à un d'au moins deux séparateurs à panier à barres (4, 5),- on sépare dans chacun desdits au moins deux séparateurs à panier à barres (4, 5) une fraction à grains fins (9, 10) et on évacue une fraction à gros grains (7, 8),caractérisé par la réunion des courants d'air de séparation sortant desdits au moins deux séparateurs à panier à barres (4, 5) et portant les fractions e matière fine (9, 10) à l'intérieur d'un dispositif de sortie commun (11), dans lequel on effectue un mélange intime uniforme des fractions de matière fine (9, 10).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits au moins deux dispositifs de mouture (1, 2, 16, 17, 18) sont de préférence des presses à rouleaux (1, 2).
- Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que- on extrait la matière moulue hors desdits au moins deux dispositifs de mouture (1, 2, 16, 17, 18) et on l'envoie dans des flux de matière extraite séparés l'un de l'autre (20a, 20b) respectivement à un d'au moins deux pré-séparateurs statiques (21, 22),- on effectue dans les pré-séparateurs statiques (21, 22) une évacuation de matière grossière (26a, 26b) et une séparation de matière fine (27a, 27b) des pré-séparateurs statiques (21, 22),- on envoie la matière fine (27a, 27b) desdits au moins deux pré-séparateurs statiques (21, 22) séparément l'une de l'autre avec respectivement un courant d'air de séparation particulier (19a, 19b) respectivement à un desdits au moins deux séparateurs à panier à barres (4, 5).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on évacue les fractions à gros grains (7, 8) hors desdits au moins deux séparateurs à panier à barres (4, 5) et on les envoie séparément l'une de l'autre au dispositif correspondant desdits au moins deux dispositifs de mouture (1, 2, 16, 17, 18).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux desdits au moins deux séparateurs à panier à barres (4, 5) sont disposés dans un seul boîtier (6c).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un desdits au moins deux dispositifs de mouture (1, 2, 16, 17, 18) est un broyeur à boulets (16), un broyeur vertical (17) ou un broyeur à percussion (18).
