Claims (13)
- Procédé de pose d'un produit à enrouler étiré tel que fil métallique, toron isolé ou non isolé, fibre de verre ou produit similaire, où le produit en forme de corde est enroulé par couches sur des bobines (11) à symétrie de rotation, où le produit à enrouler (20) est acheminé via une poulie (34) vers une bobine afin d'être posé et où, pour répartir le produit à enrouler sur la bobine, la poulie est mise en mouvement au moins sensiblement parallèlement en direction axiale sur un dispositif de pose (31),
caractérisé
en ce qu'une unité de détection (37) détecte la position des flasques de bobine (13, 14) ainsi que le diamètre d'enroulement du produit à enrouler (20) ;
en ce que la vitesse d'amenée du produit à enrouler est détectée au moyen d'un dispositif de mesure de vitesse (57) ; et
en ce que des signaux de commande pour le mouvement de la poulie (34) sont déduits de cette valeur ainsi que des valeurs de mesure de l'unité de détection. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bobine (11) tourne pendant l'enroulement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bobine (11) est à l'arrêt pendant l'enroulement, et en ce que le dispositif de pose (31) tourne autour de la bobine.
- Procédé selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les points de commutation sur les flasques de bobine (13, 14) sont détectés par le dispositif de détection, et en ce que le sens de pose est inversé dès qu'un signal de l'unité de détection (37) indique que le côté d'un flasque de bobine (13, 14) opposé à l'âme de bobine (12) est atteint.
- Procédé selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la forme et le type de la bobine sont déterminés à partir des signaux de l'unité de détection.
- Installation pour l'exécution du procédé selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 5 en vue de la pose d'un produit à enrouler étiré sur une âme de bobine (12) à symétrie de rotation et pourvue de flasques, contre laquelle sont disposées une première et une deuxième flasques (13, 14), ladite installation comportant un dispositif de pose (31) auquel est affectée une unité de pose (32) qui se déplace par rapport au dispositif de pose (31), sensiblement parallèlement à la direction de l'axe de la bobine, ainsi qu'un dispositif de commande (51),
caractérisée
en ce que le produit à enrouler (20) est acheminé vers la bobine (11) via une poulie (34) montée sur l'unité de pose (32),
en ce qu'une unité de détection (37) est affectée à l'unité de pose (32), laquelle détecte au moins la position des flasques de bobine (13, 14) ainsi que le diamètre d'enroulement du produit à enrouler déjà posé, et
en ce que le dispositif de commande (51) comporte l'unité de détection (37) et un dispositif de mesure de vitesse (57) pour l'amenée du produit à enrouler. - Installation selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de pose (32) est déplacée sur un axe à vis (39).
- Installation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que l'axe à vis (39) est entraîné en rotation par un moteur (38).
- Installation selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que l'angle de bobine ou l'angle du produit à enrouler sont déterminés à partir des valeurs de mesure de l'unité de détection (37).
- Installation selon au moins une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de commande (51) comporte une unité de calcul à microprocesseur (55) commandée par un programme sauvegardé dans une mémoire (53) affectée à l'unité de calcul à microprocesseur (55).
- Installation selon au moins une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le moteur (38) et l'entraînement d'enroulement (56) sont commandés par le dispositif de commande (51).
- Installation selon au moins une des revendications 6 à 11, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de détection (37) comporte au moins un capteur optique.
- Installation selon au moins une des revendications 6 à 12, caractérisée en ce que, dans le cas où un seul capteur optique est affecté à l'unité de détection (37), le capteur de celle-ci est réalisé de manière à pouvoir être déplacé ou tourné vers les points de commutation.
