chaque couche (L1, L2, L3, L4) définissant une largeur de pose moyenne (bV) et sur les disques latéraux sont réalisés des points de changement de direction (U1, U2, U3, U4), en chacun desquels une direction de pose du fil (14) change et lesquels forment de cette manière à chaque fois un passage entre deux couches (L1, L2, L3, L4) superposées,
caractérisée en ce que tous les points de changement de direction (U1, U2, U3, U4) sont agencés de manière décalée en direction périphérique (U) par rapport aux points de changement (U1, U2, U3, U4) respectivement voisins, et la largeur de pose moyenne (bV) augmente de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur en direction radiale (R) entre les couches (L1, L2, L3, L4). - Bobine de fil enroulé selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la largeur de pose moyenne (bV) des couches individuelles (L1, L2, L3, L4) correspond au produit d'un diamètre de couche (DL) et d'une épaisseur de fil (dD) divisé par un diamètre de noyau (DSp) de la bobine de fil (2).
- Procédé de fabrication d'une bobine de fil enroulé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le fil (14) est amené à une vitesse de fil (vG) à la bobine réceptrice (4) qui tourne à une vitesse de rotation (vD), tandis que le fil est guidé par un appareil de pose (28) qui se déplace en va et vient entre deux points d'inversion (32) sur une longueur (l) du noyau de bobine (6) parallèlement à un axe de rotation (AD) de la bobine réceptrice (4), caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de pose (28) présente entre les points d'inversion (32) une vitesse linéaire moyenne (vL) qui diminue de façon monotone par rapport à la vitesse de rotation (vD) de la bobine réceptrice (4) pendant l'opération de pose.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque fois qu'un des points d'inversion (32) est atteint par l'appareil de pose (28), la vitesse de rotation (vD) de la bobine réceptrice (4) est réduite sous forme de gradin pendant que la vitesse linéaire (vL) de l'appareil de pose (28) est maintenue sensiblement constante entre les points d'inversion (32).
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lorsque les points d'inversion (32) sont atteints par l'appareil de pose (28), la vitesse de rotation (vD) de la bobine réceptrice (4) est réduite de sorte qu'une vitesse périphérique (vU) est maintenue sensiblement constante sur la couche (L1, L2, L3, L4) extérieure respective de l'enroulement (12) de fil.
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, comprenant un équipement de sortie (22) du fil, depuis lequel le fil (14) peut être amené par l'intermédiaire de l'appareil de pose (28) à un réceptacle de bobine (26), sur lequel la bobine réceptrice (4) peut être actionnée par un actionneur de bobine (34), l'appareil de pose (28) comportant un actionneur de pose (30) séparé de l'actionneur de bobine (34) de la bobine réceptrice (4), caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de pose (28) est actionné de sorte qu'il forme une largeur de pose (bV) croissante de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'actionneur de pose (30) est actionné avec une vitesse linéaire moyenne (vL) qui est proportionnelle à la vitesse de fil (vG).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de pose (30) est actionné avec une vitesse linéaire moyenne demeurant constante.
