Claims (9)

  1. Maschine zum mehrfachen Entformen von Blöcken (2, 2') mit:
    einer Förderkette für Formen (1), wobei jede Form (1) eine Basis (11), zwei Seitenwände (12) und zwei Endwände (13) zum Aufnehmen eines Blocks (2, 2') aufweiset;
    einer Führung (1') zum Leiten der Blöcke (2, 2') durch die Formen (1) und die Führung von einer Zuführebene A zu einer Entformungsebene D zum Wegnehmen der Blöcke, wobei die Zuführebene A über der Entformungsebene D liegt;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Folgendes umfasst:
    einen Stützmechanismus (3) zum Auffangen der Blöcke (2, 2') auf der Entformungsebene D, wobei der Stützmechanismus (3) ein einziehbares Element (3) ist, aufweisend:
    ein erstes Stützende (31), das zum Auffangen der Blöcke (2, 2') konfiguriert ist;
    ein zweites Verbindungsende (32), das gelenkig mit dem ersten Betätigungsmittel (34) verbunden ist und zum Verschieben des Stützmechanismus (3) zwischen
    einer Entformungsposition, in der sich das erste Stützende (31) auf der Entformungsebene D in einem ausgefahrenen Zustand zum Aufnehmen der Blöcke (2, 2') aus den Formen (1) befindet, und
    einer Übertragungsposition, in der sich das erste Stützende (31) in einem zurückgezogenen Zustand zum Ablagern der Blöcke (2, 2') auf der Absenkvorrichtung (6) befindet, konfiguriert ist;
    eine Absenkvorrichtung (6)
    zum selektiven Absenken der Blöcke, die entformt werden sollen:
    durch Absenken von zumindest einem ersten Block (2) von der Entformungsebene D zu einer Transportebene T;
    durch Absenken von zumindest einem zweiten Block (2) von der Entformungsebene D zu einer Warteebene E;
    wobei:
    die Entformungsebene D über der Warteebene Eliegt;
    wobei die Warteebene E über der Transportebene T liegt;
    wobei die Absenkvorrichtung (6) ein aufwärts/abwärts verschiebbares Element ist, aufweisend:
    eine erste Stützfläche (61), die zum Stützen der Blöcke (2, 2') konfiguriert ist;
    eine erste Verbindungsfläche (62), die die gelenkig mit dem zweiten Betätigungsmittel (64) verbunden ist und zum Verschieben der Absenkvorrichtung (6) alternativ zwischen
    einer oberen Position SUP, in der sich die erste Stützfläche (61) auf der Entforrriungsebene D befindet, um die Blöcke (2, 2') aus dem Stützmechanismus (3) aufzunehmen; und
    einer unteren Position INF unter der Transportebene T konfiguriert ist, um eine Strecke zwischen der oberen Position SUP und der unteren Position INF zum definieren, in der sich die erste Stützfläche (61) auf
    einer Warteebene E zum Ablagern von zumindest eines zweiten Blocks (2) auf einem Beabstandungsmechanismus (4),
    der Transportebene T zum Ablagern von zumindest dem ersten Block (2') auf dem Transportmittel (5) befindet;
    einen Beabstandungsmechanismus (4) zum Zurückhalten von zumindest einem zweiten Block (2) auf der Warteebene E und Verschieben des zurückgehaltenen Blocks (2) von der Warteebene E zur Transportebene T;
    wobei der Beabstandungsmechanismus (4) ein Schaukelelement ist, das:
    ein erstes Stützende (41), das zum Zurückhalten von zumindest einem zweiten Block (2) konfiguriert ist;
    ein zweites Verbindungsende (42), das gelenkig an einem Rahmen der Maschine angebracht ist;
    einen zwischenliegenden Abschnitt (43) zwischen dem ersten Stützende (41) und dem zweiten Ende (42), der gelenkig mit einem dritten Betätigungsmittel (44) verbunden ist, aufweist, welches zum Verschieben des Beabstandungsmechanismus (4) alternativ zwischen
    einer Auffangposition, in der sich das ersten Stützende (41) auf der Warteebene E befindet, um zumindest den zweiten Block (2) aus der Absenkvorrichtung (6) zu empfangen; und
    einer Abladeposition konfiguriert ist, in der sich das erste Stützende (41) auf der Transportebene T befindet, um zumindest den zweiten Block (2) auf dem Transportmittel (5) abzulagern;
    Transportmittel (5) zum Verschieben der Blöcke (2, 2') von der Transportebene T zu einer Ausgangsebene SA.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Förderkette für Formen (1) durch ein Kettenrad (10) angetrieben ist, und wobei die Führung
    eine Form aufweist, die mit dem Abschnitt der Förderkette für Formen konjugiert ist, der mit dem Kettenrad (10) in Eingriff steht;
    der Förderkette für Formen (1) in einem Sektor gegenüberliegt, der zwischen der Zuführebene A und der Entformungsebene D beinhaltet ist.
  3. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die ersten Betätigungsmittel (34) ein Zylinder sind, der aus einem hydraulischen und einem pneumatischen Zylinder ausgewählt ist, aufweisend:
    eine erste Befestigung (341), die gelenkig an dem zweiten Verbindungsende (32) angebracht ist;
    eine zweite Befestigung (342), die gelenkig an einem Rahmen der Maschine angebracht ist.
  4. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die zweiten Betätigungsmittel (64) ein Zylinder sind, der aus einem hydraulischen und einem pneumatischen Zylinder ausgewählt ist, aufweisend:
    eine erste Verbindung (641), die gelenkig an der ersten Verbindungsfläche (62) angebracht ist;
    eine zweite Verbindung (642), die gelenkig an einem Rahmen der Maschine angebracht ist.
  5. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die dritten Betätigungsmittel (44) ein Zylinder sind, der aus einem hydraulischen und einem pneumatischen Zylinder ausgewählt ist, aufweisend:
    eine dritte Verbindung (441), die gelenkig an dem zwischenliegenden Abschnitt (43) angebracht ist;
    eine vierte Verbindung (442), die gelenkig an einem Rahmen der Maschiene angebracht ist.
  6. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, ferner umfassend Wegnahmemittel zum Entfernen eines Blocks (2, 2') aus einer Form (1).
  7. Maschine nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Wegnähmeffiittel ausgewählt sind aus:
    einem Abstreifer (21), der die Form (1) in einem Abschnitt, der aus der Basis (11), einer Seitenwand (12), einer Endwand (13) und Kombinationen daraus ausgewählt ist, abstreift;
    einem Ausstößer (22), der den Block (2, 2') durch einen Abschnitt, der aus der Basis (11), einer Seitenwand (12), einer Endwand (13) und Kombinationen daraus ausgewählt ist, stößt;
    und Kombinationen daraus.
  8. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Transportmittel (5) aus einer Endloskette, einem Endlosgurt oder Kombinationen daraus ausgewählt sind.
  9. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei sich die Ausgangsebene SA in einer Position befindet, die aus über, unter oder auf derselben Höhe mit der Transportebene T ausgewählt ist.
