Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de fabrication de longerons en aluminium (1) d'un cadre (2) et/ou d'un vantail (3) d'une fenêtre, d'une porte-fenêtre ou similaire pour produire différents évidements (10) dans les longerons (1), un dispositif de découpage (5) présentant un support inférieur (7) destiné à soutenir les longerons (1) et un support supérieur (6) mobile perpendiculairement au support inférieur (7) et destiné à retenir plusieurs poinçons (4) destinés à produire les évidements (10), le dispositif de découpage (5) présentant une butée (15, 16) destinée à positionner les longerons (1) dans le dispositif de découpage (5), les poinçons (4) étant conçus de manière correspondante pour respectivement un des différents évidements (10) dans les longerons (1) et respectivement un moule (8) étant associé aux poinçons (4), ledit moule comprenant une ouverture (12) correspondant à la section transversale des poinçons (4), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de découpage (5) comprend plusieurs butées (11, 15, 16) associées respectivement à un ou plusieurs poinçons (4) et une valeur d'échelle (14) coopérant avec au moins une des butées (15, 16) et en ce qu'au moins la butée (15, 16) coopérant avec la valeur d'échelle (14) est réglable.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'échelle (14) d'au moins une des butées (15) pour un évidement (10) destiné à être disposé au centre dans le longeron (1) est diminuée de l'échelle 1:2.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'en fonction du nombre de différents évidements (10) à produire, un nombre correspondant de poinçons (4) est disposé sur un seul support supérieur (6) commun.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que deux butées (11, 15, 16) destinées à fixer le plan des longerons (1) sont associées aux poinçons (4).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une des butées (11) est conçue comme un guidage longitudinal pour les longerons (1).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités des poinçons (4) tournées vers le support inférieur (7) présentent différents écarts par rapport au support inférieur (7).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support inférieur (7) présente des éléments d'appui (9) destinés à soutenir les longerons (1) à la hauteur prévue par rapport aux poinçons (4).
