Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif pour séparer une par une d'une pile (12) des découpes de boîtes en carton (14), avec plusieurs premières bandes transporteuses (20) pour apporter la pile (12) à un dispositif de blocage (18) qui est disposé au-dessus du plan de transport (40) des premières bandes transporteuses (20), sachant qu'il existe, entre le plan de transport (40) et le bord inférieur (38) du dispositif de blocage (18), un espace libre (30) qui permet le passage d'une découpe de boîte en carton (14), et avec des deuxièmes bandes transporteuses (32) qui présentent la même direction de transport (16) que les premières bandes transporteuses (20), sachant que la pile (12) repose exclusivement sur les premières bandes transporteuses (20), caractérisé en ce que les premières bandes transporteuses (20) sont réalisées pour une partie d'entre elles sous la forme de bandes transporteuses à vide (36) et la découpe de boîte en carton (14) en position la plus basse est transportée hors de la pile (12) sans patinage sur ces premières bandes transporteuses (20), et en ce que les premières bandes transporteuses (20) sont directement entraînées, au moyen d'un servomoteur.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes bandes transporteuses (32) se situent en totalité après le dispositif de blocage (18), dans la direction de transport (16).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les premières et les deuxièmes bandes transporteuses (20 et 32) sont constituées du même matériau.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les premières et les deuxièmes bandes transporteuses (20 et 32) exercent les mêmes forces de friction sur la découpe de boîte en carton (14).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les premières et les deuxièmes bandes transporteuses (20 et 32) présentent le même coefficient de friction.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, considéré dans la direction de transport, des deuxièmes bandes transporteuses (32) réalisées sous la forme de bandes transporteuses à vide (44) font suite aux premières bandes transporteuses (20) réalisées sous la forme de bandes transporteuses à vide (36).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le même vide est appliqué aux deuxièmes bandes transporteuses (32) et premières bandes transporteuses (20) réalisées sous la forme de bandes transporteuses à vide (36).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie des premières bandes transporteuses (20) est entraînée par un premier servomoteur, et une autre partie des premières bandes transporteuses (20) par un deuxième servomoteur.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des rouleaux de pression (48) font suite au dispositif de blocage (18) et pressent la découpe de boîte en carton (14) contre les deuxièmes bandes transporteuses (32).
