Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Vorrichtung mit einem Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. So eine Vorrichtung ist aus
DE 9416057 U1 bekannt. - Es sind Vorrichtungen bekannt, die einen Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer mit einem Aufnahmebereich für eine Handwerkzeugmaschine, einen Akku und eine Ladevorrichtung umfassen. Zum Laden des Akkus müssen die Ladevorrichtung und der Akku aus dem Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer entnommen werden. Ähnliche Vorrichtungen sind aus
EP 1273397 A undUS 4703852 A bekannt. - Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Vorrichtung mit einem Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer, der wenigstens einen Aufnahmebereich für eine Handwerkzeugmaschine aufweist, und mit einer Ladevorrichtung, wie im Anspruch 1 dargestellt.
- Die Ladevorrichtung und der Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer sind dazu vorgesehen, während eines Ladevorgangs mit der Ladevorrichtung verbunden zu bleiben. Unter "vorgesehen" soll in diesem Zusammenhang insbesondere speziell "ausgestattet", "ausgebildet" und/oder "positioniert" verstanden werden. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Lösung kann der Komfort gesteigert werden und es kann insbesondere einfach sichergestellt werden, dass die Handwerkzeugmaschine und die Ladevorrichtung mittels dem Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer gemeinsam zu einer Arbeitsstelle transportiert und von dieser auch wieder abtransportiert werden.
- Der Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer weist einen Stauraum für die Ladevorrichtung auf und die Ladevorrichtung ist, dazu vorgesehen während des Ladevorgangs im Stauraum des Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffers zu verbleiben. Die Ladevorrichtung kann stets vorteilhaft geschütz im Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer transportiert und die Handwerkzeugmaschine und/oder ein Akku können komfortabel direkt im Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer beladen werden, ohne dass die Ladevorrichtung von einem Bediener zuvor aus dem Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer entnommen werden muss.
- Alternativ oder zusätzlich könnte die Ladevorrichtung an einer Außenseite des Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffers angeordnet sein und/oder könnte auch über ein spezielles Verbindungsmittel mit dem Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer während des Ladevorgangs verbunden sein, so dass die Ladevorrichtung aus dem Stauraum des Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffers entnommen oder von der Außenseite abgenommen werden kann, ohne dass eine Verbindung zwischen der Ladevorrichtung und dem Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer aufgehoben wird. Als Verbindungsmittel wären hierbei ein Seil und/oder eine an den Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer angeformte flexible Lasche usw. denkbar.
- Gemäß Anspruch 1, ist die Verbindung zwischen der Ladevorrichtung und dem Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer lösbar ausgeführt, so dass die Anwendungsflexibilität gesteigert werden kann.
- Die Ladevorrichtung ist dabei über wenigstens ein lösbares Befestigungsmittel mit dem Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer verbunden, wodurch eine unerwünschte Lösung der Verbindung sicher vermieden werden kann.
- Vorzugsweise ist das Befestigungsmittel zur werkzeuglosen Betätigung vorgesehen, wodurch insbesondere ein schnelles und komfortables Lösen und wieder Herstellen der Verbindung zwischen der Ladevorrichtung und dem Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer erreicht werden kann. Das Befestigungsmittel kann dabei von verschiedenen, dem Fachmann als sinnvoll erscheinenden Mitteln gebildet sein, wie beispielsweise von einem Rastmittel, einem Schnapphaken usw.
- Ferner kann der Komfort gesteigert werden, wenn die Ladevorrichtung eine Aufwickelvorrichtung für ein Netzkabel aufweist. Die Aufwickelvorrichtung kann dabei ein Lagermittel aufweisen, auf das das Kabel manuell aufgewickelt werden kann oder vorteilhaft ein angetriebenes Lagermittel, mittels dem zumindest teilautomatisiert das Kabel aufwickelt werden kann.
- In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Ladevorrichtung als Ständer für die Handwerkzeugmaschine ausgebildet ist. Dabei soll unter dem Begriff "Ständer" insbesondere zum Ausdruck gebracht werden, dass die Handwerkzeugmaschine an ihrem Handgriff gehalten komfortabel in die Ladevorrichtung positioniert und in der Ladevorrichtung positioniert über ihren zumindest im Wesentlichen frei zugänglichen Handgriff wieder entnommen werden kann.
- Weist die Ladevorrichtung einen Aufnahmebereich auf, in den die Handwerkzeugmaschine zumindest im Wesentlichen in Bearbeitungsrichtung derselben positionierbar, insbesondere einsteckbar ist, kann wiederum der Komfort gesteigert werden, und zwar insbesondere aufgrund dessen, weil die Handwerkzeugmaschine grundsätzlich von ihrer Gestalt zur Bewegung in ihrer Bearbeitungsrichtung ausgelegt ist. Es ist jedoch auch denkbar, dass die Handwerkzeugmaschine dazu vorgesehen, d.h. ausgelegt und/oder ausgestattet ist, in eine von der Bearbeitungsrichtung abweichenden Richtung in die Ladevorrichtung eingesteckt zu werden, beispielsweise mit einem Griffende voraus usw.
- Ferner wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Ladevorrichtung eine Kopplungseinheit umfasst, die dazu vorgesehen ist, mit einer Kopplungseinheit einer Handwerkzeugmaschineneinheit, d.h. einer Handwerkzeugmaschine und/oder einem Akku, während der Wahrnehmung der Ständerfunktion zu korrespondieren und zumindest Ladeenergie zu übertragen, wodurch einfach erreicht werden kann, dass, solange die Handwerkzeugmaschine in der Ladevorrichtung abgestellt ist, diese insbesondere auch beladen werden kann.
- Die Ladevorrichtung kann dazu ausgebildet sein, einen Akku im montierten Zustand an der Handwerkzeugmaschine oder im demontierten Zustand aufzuladen. Vorteilhaft weist die Ladevorrichtung jedoch einen Aufnahmebereich für eine Handwerkzeugmaschine und für einen Wechselakku auf, wodurch stets ein Wechselakku während dem Betrieb der Handwerkzeugmaschine mit einem anderen Wechselakku parallel geladen werden kann, so dass, insbesondere auch bei einem Dauerbetrieb, eine Energieversorgung gewährleistet ist.
- Weitere Vorteile ergeben sich aus der folgenden Zeichnungsbeschreibung. In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt. Die Zeichnung, die Beschreibung und die Ansprüche enthalten zahlreiche Merkmale in Kombination. Der Fachmann wird die Merkmale zweckmäßigerweise auch einzeln betrachten und zu sinnvollen weiteren Kombinationen zusammenpassen.

Figur 1 zeigt eine Vorrichtung mit einem geöffneten Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer 10 mit einem Aufnahmebereich 12 für eine von einem Akkuschrauber gebildete Handwerkzeugmaschine 16, in dem die Handwerkzeugmaschine 16 in ihrer Transportstellung gelagert ist. Die Vorrichtung umfasst ferner eine Ladevorrichtung 14, die innerhalb eines Stauraums 24 des Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffers 10 angeordnet ist. - Die Ladevorrichtung 14 und der Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer 10 sind dazu vorgesehen, während eines Ladevorgangs eines in der Handwerkzeugmaschine 16 integrierten Akkus mit der Ladevorrichtung 14 verbunden zu bleiben, und zwar ist die Ladevorrichtung 14 insbesondere dazu vorgesehen, im Stauraum 24 des Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffers 10 zu verbleiben (
Figuren 2 und3 ). Die Ladevorrichtung 14 ist als Ständer für die Handwerkzeugmaschine 16 ausgebildet, und zwar weist die Ladevorrichtung 14 an ihrer Deckseite einen Aufnahmebereich 26 auf, in den die Handwerkzeugmaschine 16 in Bearbeitungsrichtung 28 derselben bzw. in Längsrichtung eines aufgesetzten Schrauberbits 34 positionierbar ist, ohne dass die Ladevorrichtung 14 aus dem Stauraum 24 entnommen werden muss. Im eingesteckten Zustand der Handwerkzeugmaschine 16 ist dieselbe mittels ihrem Handgriff 50 in einem speziell ausgebildeten Aufnahmebereich 42 der Ladevorrichtung 14 zusätzlich lagestabil gesichert und steht über eine den Stauraum 24 umfassende Handwerkzeugmaschinenkofferhälfle über, wodurch sicher vermieden wird, dass der Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer 10 bei einem Beladevorgang geschlossen wird. - Die Ladevorrichtung 14 umfasst eine Kopplungseinheit 30 mit zwei Ladekontakten 36, 38 im Aufnahmebereich 26, die dazu vorgesehen ist, mit einer Kopplungseinheit 32 der Handwerkzeugmaschine 16, die ebenfalls zwei an gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Handwerkzeugmaschine 16 angeordnete Ladekontakte 40 umfasst, zu korrespondieren und Ladeenergie zu übertragen, während die Handwerkzeugmaschine 16 in die Ladevorrichtung 14 eingesteckt ist. Über die Kopplungseinheiten 30, 32 wird ein Ladestrom von der Ladevorrichtung 14 in die Handwerkzeugmaschine 16, und zwar zum integrierten Akku, geleitet.
- Die Ladevorrichtung 14 umfasst ferner eine Aufwickelvorrichtung 20 für ein Netzkabel 22. Die Aufwickelvorrichtung 20 weist ein drehbar gelagertes und über eine nicht näher dargestellte Spiralfeder angetriebenes kabeltrommelförmiges Lagermittel 44 auf. Das Lagermittel 44 der Aufwickelvorrichtung 20 ist unterhalb des Aufnahmebereichs 42 der Ladevorrichtung 14 in einem Stauraum 52 angeordnet, und das Netzkabel 22 ist seitlich aus einer Öffnung des Stauraums 52 herausgeführt.
- Wird nach dem Öffnen des Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffers 10 am Netzkabel 22 gezogen, dreht sich das Lagermittel 44 und das Netzkabel 22 wird vom Lagermittel 44 abgewickelt. Gleichzeitig wird die nicht näher dargestellte Spiralfeder vorgespannt. Wird der Zug am Netzkabel 22 unterbrochen, rastet ein Rastmechanismus 54 am Lagermittel 44 ein, wodurch dieses entgegen der Federkraft der Spiralfeder in seiner Stellung gesichert wird. Um das Netzkabel 22 auf das Lagermittel 44 aufzuwickeln, wird ein den Rastmechanismus 54 lösender Betätigungsknopf 46 an der Deckseite der Ladevorrichtung 14 gedrückt, das Lagermittel 44 wird durch die Spiralfeder angetrieben und das Netzkabel 22 wird aufgewickelt.
- Die Verbindung zwischen der Ladevorrichtung 14 und dem Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer 10 ist lösbar ausgeführt. Die Ladevorrichtung 14 ist im Stauraum 24 über ein an die Ladevorrichtung 14 angebrachtes, von einem Rasthaken gebildetes, zur werkzeuglosen Betätigung vorgesehenes, lösbares Befestigungsmittel 18 gesichert. Ist die Ladevorrichtung 14 im Stauraum 24 angeordnet, ragt das Befestigungsmittel 18 durch eine Ausnehmung 48 einer Gehäusewand des Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffers 10. Soll die Ladevorrichtung 14 aus dem Stauraum 24 entnommen werden, muss das Befestigungsmittel 18 von einem Bediener durch die Ausnehmung 48 der Gehäusewand des Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffers 10 gedrückt und dabei elastisch ausgelenkt werden. Im entnommenen Zustand kann die Ladevorrichtung 14 entsprechend wie im Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer 10, insbesondere auch als Ständer für die Handwerkzeugmaschine 16, genutzt werden (
Figur 4 ). - Sollen die Ladevorrichtung 14 und der Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer 10 wieder verbunden werden, wird die Ladevorrichtung 14 mit ihrer der Deckseite abgewandten Unterseite voraus in den in Richtung des Aufnahmebereichs 12 der Handwerkzeugmaschine 16 durch eine Zwischenwand 56 begrenzten Stauraum 24 eingeschoben. Bei der Bewegung der Ladevorrichtung 14 in den Stauraum 24 schlägt das Befestigungsmittel 18 an die Gehäusewand des Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffers 10 an und wird elastisch ausgelenkt. Bei einer fortgesetzten Bewegung der Ladevorrichtung 14 in den Stauraum 24 rastet das Befestigungsmittel 18 in die Ausnehmung 48 der Gehäusewand ein und die Ladevorrichtung 14 ist im Stauraum 24 verliersicher gehalten.
Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung mit einem Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer (10),
der wenigstens einen Aufnahmebereich (12) für eine Handwerkzeugmaschine (16) aufweist, und mit einer Ladevorrichtung (14), wobei die Ladevorrichtung (14) und der Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer (10) dazu vorgesehen sind, während eines Ladevorgangs verbunden zu bleiben, wobei der Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer (10) einen Stauraum (24) für die Ladevorrichtung (14) aufweist und die Ladevorrichtung (14) dazu vorgesehen ist, während des Ladevorgangs im Stauraum (24) des Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffers (10) zu verbleiben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen der Ladevorrichtung (14) und dem Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer (10) lösbar ausgeführt ist, und die Ladevorrichtung (14) über wenigstens ein lösbares Befestigungsmittel (18) mit dem Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer (10) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungsmittel (18) zur werkzeuglosen Betätigung vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ladevorrichtung (14) eine Aufwickelvorrichtung (20) für ein Netzkabel (22) aufweist.
- Ladevorrichtung (14) einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die dazu vorgesehen ist, über wenigstens ein lösbares Befestigungsmittel (18) mit dem Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer (10) der Vorrichtung verbunden zu werden.
- Ladevorrichtung (14) nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch die Ausbildung als Ständer für die Handwerkzeugmaschine (16).
- Ladevorrichtung (14) nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch einen Aufnahmebereich (26), in den die Handwerkzeugmaschine (16) zumindest im Wesentlichen in Bearbeitungsrichtung (28) derselben positionierbar ist.
- Ladevorrichtung (14) nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, gekennzeichnet durch eine Kopplungseinheit (30), die dazu vorgesehen ist, mit einer Kopplungseinheit (32) einer Handwerkzeugmaschineneinheit (16) während der Wahrnehmung der Ständerfunktion zu korrespondieren und zumindest Ladeenergie zu übertragen.
- Handwerkzeugmaschinenkoffer (10) für eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, der dazu vorgesehen ist, über wenigstens ein lösbares Befestigungsmittel (18) mit der Ladevorrichtung (14) der Vorrichtung verbunden zu werden.
