Claims (11)

  1. Verfahren zum Fassen von einer Vielzahl von Steinen (24), die jeweils einen Kopf, einen Kranz (26) und eine Stirn aufweisen, in einem Trägerelement (1) aus Metall, das die Schritte umfasst, die darin bestehen:
    - eine Nut (6) in eine erste Fläche des Trägerelements (1) zu fräsen;
    - ausgehend von einer zweiten Fläche des Trägerelements (1), die der ersten Fläche gegenüberliegt, eine Vielzahl von Löchern (10) zu bohren, die jeweils einen Durchmesser aufweisen, der merklich dem Durchmesser der Stirn des Steines, für dessen Aufnahme es bestimmt ist, entspricht, derart, dass jedes Loch (10) in die Nut (6) einmündet und dass jeder tiefste Teil des Lochs (10) eine Auflagewandung (14) für den Kranz des Steines (24) bildet;
    - in der zweiten Fläche des Trägerelements (1) in der Nähe der Auflagewandungen Körner (20) auszubilden;
    - die Steine (24) in die Löcher (10) einzusetzen, derart, dass sich der Kranz (26) jedes Steins (24) gegen die Auflagewandung (14) seines Lochs stützt; und
    - die Körner (20) gegen den Kopf jedes Steins (24) zu drücken, um die Steine (24) im Trägerelement (1) zu befestigen.
  2. Fassverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite der Nut (6) an der Stelle, wo die Löcher (10) in die Nut (6) einmünden, merklich gleich oder grösser als der Durchmesser der Löcher (10) ist.
  3. Fassverfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittelpunkte der Löcher (10) auf der Achse der Nut (6) angeordnet sind.
  4. Fassverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Löcher (10) durch einteilig ausgebildete Brücken voneinander getrennt sind.
  5. Fassverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Nut (6) entlang einer gekrümmten Linie erstreckt.
  6. Fassverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (6) eine Breite aufweist, die von einem Ende bis zum anderen variabel ist.
  7. Fassverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei Körner (20) jedem Loch (10) zugeordnet sind.
  8. Fassverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Körner (20) in Aufnahmen ausgeführt sind, die von Senkungen (18), die seitlich in die Löcher (10) einmünden, gebildet sind, wobei die Körner (20) auf dem Boden der Senkungen (18) ausgebildet sind.
  9. Fassverfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, in dem die Löcher (10) durch einteilig ausgebildete Brücken voneinander getrennt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Körner (20) in den einteilig ausgeführten Brücken ausgebildet sind und dass ein gleiches Korn (20) die Befestigung von zwei nebeneinanderliegenden Steinen (24) ermöglicht.
  10. Fassverfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser, gemäss dem die beiden Körner (20) angeordnet sind, in Bezug auf die Richtung, die quer zu der Richtung der Nut (6) verläuft, geneigt ist.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in dem das Trägerelement (1) von einer Platte gebildet ist, die ein Zifferblatt (32) für ein Zeitmessgerät bildet.
