Claims (15)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Uhrmacherei-Applike (100), umfassend eine obere Fläche (10), die dazu vorgesehen ist, von einem Benutzer gesehen zu werden, und eine untere Fläche (2) für deren Auflage auf einem Zifferblatt oder einer Struktur eines Zeitmessers und mindestens einen Fuß (3), der von der unteren Fläche (2) hervorragt, für deren Befestigung auf einem solchen Zifferblatt oder einer solchen Struktur, wobei gemäß dem Verfahren in einem ersten Arbeitsgang ein Profil oder ein Barren (1) vorgesehen wird, an dem eine maschinelle Rohbearbeitung eines Rohwerks der Füße (3) und der unteren Fläche (2) durchgeführt wird, bevor das Profil oder der Barren (1) in einem zweiten Arbeitsgang gekappt wird und dann mit mindestens einem letzten Arbeitsgang eine maschinelle Fertigbearbeitung der oberen Fläche (10) mit einem Diamantwerkzeug bearbeitet durchgeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während dem ersten Arbeitsgang mindestens zwei maschinelle Bearbeitungen kreuzweise durchgeführt werden, um jeden solchen Fuß (3) mit einem polygonalen Umriss mit Facetten (4; 5; 6; 7) zuzurichten.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Uhrmacherei-Applike nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach der Umsetzung des polygonalen Umrisses und vor der Durchführung des letzten mit einem Diamantwerkzeug bearbeitet Arbeitsgangs jeden solchen Fuß (3) gelagert wird, um eine im Wesentlichen zylindrische Fläche (8) maschinell zu bearbeiten, die direkt zur Befestigung der Applike (100) auf einer Stütze in einem Zeitmesser verwendbar ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Uhrmacherei-Applike nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während der Lagerung jedes solchen Fußes (3) eine vordere Kehle (89) umgesetzt wird, die zum Aufnehmen jedes etwaigen Grats oder jeder etwaigen Lippe während einer Einpassung der Applike (100) auf einem solchen Zifferblatt oder einer solchen Struktur eingerichtet ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Uhrmacherei-Applike nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerung jedes solchen Fußes (3) während dem ersten Arbeitsgang vor dem Arbeitsgang des Kappens umgesetzt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Uhrmacherei-Applike nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während dem ersten Arbeitsgang eine maschinelle Endbearbeitung der unteren Fläche (2) umgesetzt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Uhrmacherei-Applike nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Fläche (2) gewölbt umgesetzt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Uhrmacherei-Applike nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die maschinelle Endbearbeitung der unteren Fläche (2) mit einem Diamantwerkzeug bearbeitet umgesetzt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Uhrmacherei-Applike nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während dem ersten Arbeitsgang zwei maschinelle Bearbeitungen kreuzweise in 90° zueinander umgesetzt werden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Einheit, umfassend ein Zifferblatt (200) eines Zeitmessers und mindestens eine Applike (100), die durch das Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 umgesetzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zifferblatt (200) mit mindestens einer polygonalen Öffnung (201) umgesetzt wird, die zum Zusammenwirken mit einem solchen Fuß (3), der einen polygonalen Umriss mit Facetten (4; 5; 6; 7) umfasst, eingerichtet ist, um die exakte Winkelausrichtung der Applike (100), die den Fuß (3) umfasst, auf dem Zifferblatt (200) sicherzustellen, oder/und dass das Zifferblatt (200) mit mindestens einer kreisförmigen Öffnung (202) umgesetzt wird, die zum Aufnehmen eines solchen Fußes (3), der einen polygonalen Umriss mit Facetten (4; 5; 6; 7) umfasst, mit Einspannen auf Höhe von Verbindungspunkten zwischen seinen Facetten eingerichtet ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Einheit nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zifferblatt (200) mindestens eine polygonale Öffnung (201) umfassend umgesetzt wird, die zum Zusammenwirken mit einem solchen Fuß (3), der einen polygonalen Umriss mit Facetten (4; 5; 6; 7) umfasst, eingerichtet ist, um die exakte Winkelausrichtung der Applike (100), die den Fuß (3) umfasst, sicherzustellen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Einheit nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zifferblatt mindestens eine solche Applike (100) umfasst, die einen solchen einzigen polygonalen Fuß (3) umfasst.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Einheit nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zifferblatt (200) mindestens eine kreisförmige Öffnung (202) umfassend umgesetzt wird, die zum Aufnehmen eines solchen Fußes (3), der einen polygonalen Umriss mit Facetten (4; 5; 6; 7) umfasst, mit Einspannen auf Höhe von Verbindungspunkten zwischen seinen Facetten eingerichtet ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Zeitmessers (300), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zeitmesser mit einer Struktur (301) umgesetzt wird, die zum Tragen mindestens einer Applike (100), die durch das Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 umgesetzt wird, eingerichtet ist, oder/und dass der Zeitmesser (300) eine solche Einheit umfassend umgesetzt wird, die von einem solchen Zifferblatt (200) und mindestens einer solchen Applike (100), die durch das Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12 umgesetzt wird, gebildet wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Zeitmessers (300) nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zeitmesser (300) eine solche Struktur (301) oder auch mindestens eine polygonale Öffnung (302), die zum Zusammenwirken mit einem solchen Fuß (3), der einen polygonalen Umriss mit Facetten (4; 5; 6; 7) umfasst, eingerichtet ist, um die exakte Winkelausrichtung der Applike (100), die den Fuß (3) umfasst, sicherzustellen, oder auch mindestens eine kreisförmige Öffnung (303) umfassend umgesetzt wird, die zum Aufnehmen eines solchen Fußes (3), der einen polygonalen Umriss mit Facetten (4; 5; 6; 7) umfasst, mit Einspannen auf Höhe von Verbindungspunkten zwischen seinen Facetten eingerichtet ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Zeitmessers (300) nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zeitmesser (300) in der Form einer Uhr umgesetzt wird.
