Claims (13)

  1. System (1, 21, 41, 61) für die Herstellung eines Verkleidungsteils (3, 23, 43, 63, 83, 103) für ein Zeitmessgerät, das eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (5, 25, 45, 65) mit einer um eine erste Achse (A1, A3) drehbar montierten Trommel (11, 31, 51, 71), die wenigstens einen Rohling (3', 23') des Teils trägt, und eine Bearbeitungsvorrichtung (7, 27, 47, 67), die Schleifmittel (13, 33, 53, 73) aufweist, die um eine zweite Achse (A2, A4) drehbar montiert sind und dazu bestimmt sind, den wenigstens einen Rohling zu bearbeiten, um eine erste Krümmung (C1, C3) zu bilden, umfasst, wobei die Bearbeitungsvorrichtung (7, 27, 47, 67) außerdem Mittel (15, 35, 55, 75) zum Verlagern der zweiten Achse (A2, A4) umfasst, damit diese Letztere beweglich längs einer gekrümmten Leitlinie montiert ist, um wahlweise eine zweite Krümmung (C2, C4) an dem wenigstens einen Rohling zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Achse (A1, A3) und die zweite Achse (A2, A4) zueinander senkrecht sind, um die Bearbeitungslinien zu kreuzen.
  2. System (1, 21, 41, 61) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Richtung der Verlagerungsmittel symmetrisch ist, um die zweite Krümmung mit einem einzigen Radius zu bilden.
  3. System (1, 21, 41, 61) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Richtung der Verlagerungsmittel asymmetrisch ist, um die zweite Krümmung mit mehreren Radien zu bilden.
  4. System (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommel (11) ein Ring ist, an dessen Innenwand der wenigstens eine Rohling (3) befestigt ist, und dass die Schleifmittel (13) in die Aushöhlung des Rings verlagert werden, um eine erste und eine zweite konkave Krümmung (C1, C2) zu bilden.
  5. System (21, 41, 61) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommel (31, 51, 71) eine Scheibe ist, an deren Außenwand der wenigstens eine Rohling (23', 43, 63) befestigt ist, und dass die Schleifmittel (33, 53, 73) vor der Scheibe verlagert werden, um eine erste und eine zweite konvexe Krümmung (C3, C4) zu bilden.
  6. System (1, 21, 41, 61) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleifmittel (13, 33, 53, 73) durch eine Schleifscheibe gebildet sind.
  7. System (1, 21, 41, 61) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlagerungsmittel (15, 35, 55, 75) durch einen Aktor gebildet sind, der an dem Profil eines festen Nockens, das der zweiten Krümmung entspricht, hin und her verlagert wird.
  8. System (1, 21, 41, 61) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlagerungsmittel (15, 35, 55, 75) durch einen programmierten Automaten gebildet sind, damit sie sich längs der zweiten Krümmung verlagern.
  9. System (1, 21, 41, 61) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Teil anhand kristallisierten Aluminiumoxids gebildet ist.
  10. Verkleidungsteil (3, 23, 43, 63, 83, 103), das eine obere Oberfläche (82, 102) und eine untere Oberfläche (84, 104) aufweist, wobei wenigstens eine der Flächen (82, 84, 102, 104) eine longitudinale Krümmung (C2, C4) und eine transversale Krümmung (C1, C3), die verschieden sind, aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die longitudinale und/oder die transversale Krümmung (C1, C2, C3, C4) asymmetrisch sind.
  11. Teil (3, 23, 43, 63, 83, 103) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere und die obere Fläche (82, 84, 102, 104) eine longitudinale Krümmung (C2, C4) und eine transversale Krümmung (C1, C3), die verschieden sind, aufweisen.
  12. Teil (3, 23, 43, 63, 83, 103) nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es anhand von kristallisiertem Aluminiumoxid gebildet ist.
  13. Zeitmessgerät, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Verkleidungsteil (3, 23, 43, 63, 83, 103) nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12 umfasst.
