Claims (9)
- System (21) zum Polieren einer konkaven Oberfläche eines Verkleidungsteils (3) für ein Zeitmessgerät, das eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (25), die einen Träger (31) aufweist, der das Teil trägt, und eine Schleifvorrichtung (27), die Reibmittel (33) aufweist, die durch eine Scheibe gebildet sind, die drehbar um eine erste Achse (A3) montiert ist, um das Teil längs einer ersten Krümmung (C1) zu polieren, umfasst, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung (25) außerdem Mittel (35) zum Verlagern des Trägers (31) umfasst und wobei die Kontaktoberfläche der Reibmittel (33), die an der Umfangswand der Scheibe gebildet ist, gekrümmt ist, um das Teil längs einer zweiten Krümmung (C2) zusätzlich zu der ersten Krümmung zu polieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger nur das Teil trägt und dass die Verlagerungsmittel des Trägers derart sind, dass der Träger (31) eine Hin- und Herbewegung (B) in Bezug auf eine zweite Achse (A4) ausführt.
- System (21) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlagerungsmittel (35) durch einen Drehaktor (32) gebildet sind, der eine Kurbel (34) antreibt, die dezentriert mit einer Stange (36) verbunden ist, die mit der zweiten Achse fest verbunden ist, um die Hin- und Herbewegung zu bilden.
- System (21) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlagerungsmittel (35) an einer Gesamtheit (41) wahlweise verlagerbarer Schlitten (C, D, E) montiert sind, um das zu polierende Teil (3) zu drängen, auf die Reibmittel eine Beanspruchung (C) auszuüben.
- System (21) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Achse (A3) und die zweite Achse (A4) im Wesentlichen zueinander senkrecht sind.
- System (21) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reibmittel (33) durch eine Schleifscheibe gebildet sind.
- System (21) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Krümmung (C1) ein einziger konkaver Radius ist.
- System (21) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Krümmung (C2) eine symmetrische konkave Krümmung ist.
- System (21) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Krümmung (C2) eine nicht symmetrische konkave Krümmung ist.
- System (21) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Krümmung (C2) durch mehrere konkave Radien gebildet ist.
