Claims (7)

  1. System (1) zum Bearbeiten (1) einer Fase (32, 34) an einer Scheibe (31) eines Zeitmessgeräts, das umfasst: eine Schleifvorrichtung (3), die Abschleifmittel (4) enthält, eine Vorrichtung (5) zum Befestigen der Scheibe (31), die einen Träger (13) aufweist, an dem die Scheibe justiert wird und der mit einer Drehwelle (16) fest verbunden ist, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung (5) außerdem Mittel (15) zum Orientieren der Welle (16) der Drehung (B) enthält, die ermöglichen, den Winkel der Fase (32, 34) zu definieren, und Mittel (17) zum Annähern des Trägers (13) an die Abschleifmittel (4), um die Scheibe (13) unter Beanspruchung zu bearbeiten, wobei die Abschleifmittel (4) beweglich sind und durch ein drehbar montiertes Abschleifband (6) gebildet sind und wobei die Schleifvorrichtung (3) unter der Kontaktzone zwischen dem Abschleifband (6) und der Scheibe (31) elastische Mittel (9) aufweist, um den Kontakt zwischen dem Abschleifband (6) und der Scheibe (31) aufrecht zu erhalten.
  2. System (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Mittel (9) durch einen Elastomerblock (11) gebildet sind.
  3. System (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Annäherungsmittel (17) einen vertikalen Schlitten (19) umfassen, der eine vertikale Verlagerung (C) des Trägers (13) in Bezug auf die Abschleifmittel (4) ermöglicht.
  4. System (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Orientierungsmittel (15) eine Endlosschrauben/Zahnrad-Anordnung (20) umfassen, die dazu bestimmt ist, die Neigung (α) der Welle (16) der Drehung (B) des Trägers (13) in Bezug auf die Annäherungsmittel (17) zu verändern.
  5. System (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung (5) einen horizontalen Schlitten (21) umfasst, der ermöglicht, den Träger (13) in Bezug auf die Abschleifmittel (4) transversal (D) zu verlagern.
  6. System (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der horizontale Schlitten (21) über eine Pleuel/Kurbel-Anordnung (23) verlagert wird, um den Träger (13) in Bezug auf die Abschleifmittel (4) in einer hin und her gehenden Bewegung (D) zu verlagern.
  7. System (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (31) sphärisch ist.
