Claims (10)

  1. Hotte d'extraction de fumées à agencer au-dessus d'une table de cuisson avec un boîtier et un collecteur (17) disposé dans le boîtier pour collecter la fumée vers une ouverture d'extraction (20), ainsi qu'avec au moins un insert (7a, 7b, 7c) qui peut être retiré du boîtier pour être nettoyé, l'insert (7a, 7b, 7c) présentant une plaque supérieure (8) qui forme au moins une partie d'une paroi supérieure du collecteur (17), caractérisée en ce qu'un filtre (23) est agencé au-dessus du collecteur (17) dans l'ouverture d'extraction et une délimitation supérieure du collecteur est formée par le filtre (23) et l'insert respectivement les inserts (7a, 7b, 7c).
  2. Hotte d'extraction de fumées selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le collecteur (17) est agencé au-dessus d'au moins une surface d'accumulation (14) pour ralentir la fumée montant de la table de cuisson.
  3. Hotte d'extraction de fumées selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle la surface d'accumulation (14) est agencée de manière essentiellement horizontale.
  4. Hotte d'extraction de fumées selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'insert (7a, 7b, 7c) présente au moins une plaque inférieure (9) délimitant le collecteur (17) vers le bas et en particulier la plaque inférieure (9) de l'insert respectivement des inserts (7a, 7b, 7c) forme une auge pour recueillir des dépôts fluides.
  5. Hotte d'extraction de fumées selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 ou 3 et selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle la plaque inférieure (9) forme au moins une partie de la surface d'accumulation.
  6. Hotte d'extraction de fumées selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 ou 5, dans laquelle la plaque supérieure (8) présente une arête (21) agencée verticalement au-dessus de la plaque inférieure (9) et s'étendant vers le bas pour dévier la fumée avant l'entrée dans l'ouverture d'extraction (20).
  7. Hotte d'extraction de fumées selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, dans laquelle la plaque supérieure et la plaque inférieure (8, 9) de l'insert (7a, 7b, 7c) sont reliées l'une à l'autre par le biais d'au moins une entretoise (10).
  8. Hotte d'extraction de fumées selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la hotte d'extraction de fumées présente un recouvrement (12) agencé au-dessus de l'insert respectivement des inserts (7a, 7b, 7c).
  9. Hotte d'extraction de fumées selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'au moins un insert (7a, 7b, 7c) est fixé au niveau du recouvrement (12) avec au moins un moyen de fixation (11) et dans laquelle en particulier le moyen de fixation (11) est une vis.
  10. Hotte d'extraction de fumées selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, avec plusieurs, en particulier trois, inserts (7a, 7b, 7c) agencés les uns à côté des autres, et dans laquelle en particulier un insert médian (7b) présente une plus petite plaque supérieure (8) que les inserts les plus extérieurs.
