Definitions

  • the invention is therefore based on the object to make available a method and a device of the type mentioned, with which a helical Umschnürung can be prepared, which is solvable by loosening only one attachment or by a single severing the cord.
  • the object is achieved in that a first end of the cord is held and the cord is guided around the goods in at least one wrapping, wherein between the wrapping and the cord end a second cord stock remains that the second cord stock placed along the goods and then out of the the first cord stock is covered by further wraps wrapping the ware, the cord at one end of the ware being fixed solely by holding the cord end of overlying wraps, and that after completion of the wraps the wraps wrap the cord and the second String is set.
  • the object is achieved according fiction, in that a device for creating a second cord stock is provided on the side of the first Schnur ⁇ end, the cord stock is sized and the line guide is arranged for goods support such that the second cord stock along the product is wrapped and at least covered by so many wrappings wrapping the product, that the first end of the string is fixed, that the goods support for a relative movement of the goods perpendicular to the Umschnürungsterrorism the Umschnürungsterrorism the Umschnürungsterrorism Device are designed and arranged such that the goods can be helically wrapped by the Schur, and that means are provided for fixing the second Schnur ⁇ end.
  • the advantage of the invention is that at one end of the product the cord is fixed to the end of the string by holding the cord end of overlying windings. As a result, only the other end of the cord needs to be fastened after the helical wrapping, be it on the product itself or on another area of the cord. If the consumer loosens this attachment or cuts the cord once, he can unwind it completely.
  • This advantage is also for the production of the lashing of advantage, as with the saving of a fastening eliminates one operation, which reduces the effort and the required production time for the lashing.

However, it can also be provided a string magazine, which contains the cord stock for a Umschnürung, the Schnurmagazin encircling the goods. The cord magazine can be reloaded from a stationary annular coil surrounding the goods support, as is known from DE 89 06 233 U1.
