Claims (8)

  1. Fräser bzw. Schaftfräser (10) mit einer Rotationsachse (16), aufweisend:
    einen Schaftabschnitt (12), der sich entlang der Rotationsachse (16) erstreckt;
    einen gerillten Abschnitt (14), der sich entlang der Rotationsachse (16) erstreckt, mit einem ersten integral bzw. einstückig an dem Schaftabschnitt (12) angebrachten Ende, einem zweiten Ende (22) und einer äußeren Oberfläche (14); und
    einen oder mehrere schneckenförmige Zähne-(26), die entlang der äußeren Oberfläche (24) des gerillten Abschnitts (14) angeordnet sind, wobei jeder schneckenförmige Zahn (26) eine Schneide- bzw. Schnittoberfläche (28) und eine Aussparungs- bzw. Reliefwand (30) aufweist, die sich unter Bildung eines eine schneckenförmige Schneide- bzw. Schnittkante (32) definierenden Winkels schneiden;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    die Schnittoberfläche (28) eines jeden schneckenförmigen Zahns (26) einen ersten Abschnitt (36), einen zweiten Abschnitt (38) und eine zwischen dem ersten Abschnitt (36) und dem zweiten Abschnitt (38) angeordnete Abnahmespitze (40) beinhaltet; und
    die Schnittkante (32) eines jeden schneckenförmigen Zahns (26) einen ersten Abschnitt (44) mit einem konstanten ersten Schneckenwinkel (HA1), einen zweiten Abschnitt (46) mit einem konstanten zweiten Schneckenwinkel (HA2), der ungleich dem ersten Schneckenwinkel (HA1) ist, und einen gebogenen bzw. kurvenförmigen Übergangsabschnitt (48), der den ersten Abschnitt (44) und den zweiten Abschnitt (46) verbindet, beinhaltet.
  2. Fräser (10) nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die konstanten ersten Winkel (HA1) von wenigstens zwei der schneckenförmigen Zähne (26) zueinander unterschiedlich sind.
  3. Fräser (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem die konstanten zweiten Winkel (HA2) von wenigstens zwei der schneckenförmigen Zähne (26) unterschiedlich zueinander sind.
  4. Fräser nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem der gebogene Übergangsabschnitt (46) eines jeden der einen oder mehreren schneckenförmigen Zähne (26) eine Länge (TL) und einen Radius (TR) aufweist.
  5. Fräser (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Fräser eine Anzahl schneckenförmiger Zähne (26) aufweist, und wobei der gebogene Übergangsabschnitt (48) eines jeden aus der Anzahl schneckenförmiger Zähne (26) eine Länge (TL) und einen Radius (TR) aufweist.
  6. Fräser (10) nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Radien (TR) der gebogenen Übergangsabschnitte (48) von wenigstens zwei aus der Anzahl schneckenförmiger Zähne (26) zueinander unterschiedlich sind.
  7. Fräser nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, bei dem die Länge der gebogenen Übergangsabschnitte (48) von wenigstens zwei aus der Anzahl schneckenförmiger Zähne (26) zueinander unterschiedlich sind.
  8. Fräser (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, bei dem die schneckenförmigen Zähne (26) wenigstens einen ersten schneckenförmigen Zahn (26a) und einen zweiten schneckenförmigen Zahn (26b) beinhalten, die durch eine erste Rapportdistanz (A) und eine zweite Rapportdistanz (B) voneinander beanstandet sind, und die erste Raportdistanz (A) größer als die zweite Raportdistanz (B) ist.
