Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Heben von Lasten mit
    - einem Hubrahmen (2) mit zwei Ständern (4, 6), einem Zwischenmasten (12), der in Längsrichtung relativ zu dem Hubrahmen verschiebbar ist,
    - einem Masten (34), der in Längsrichtung relativ zu dem Zwischenmasten verschiebbar ist,
    - einem Hubelement (64), das mit Hubmitteln (66, 68) zum Anheben der Last und/oder zum Anbringen von Hilfselementen verstehen ist, und
    - zumindest zwei Zylindern (14, 16), die in einem Abstand voreinander nah an den Ständern (4, 6) des Hubrahmen zum Verschieben des Zwischenmasten relativ zum Hubrahmen platziert sind, wobei der Masten (34) mittels zumindest zwei Zylindern (26, 28) verschiebbar ist, die in einem Abstand voneinander nahe an den Ständern (20, 22) des Zwischenmasten plaziert sind,
    dadurch gekenntzeichnet, dass ein Scherenelement (48) vorgesehen ist, das an einer Seite an dem Masten und an der anderen Seite an dem Hubelement fixiert ist und das in der eingezogenen Position zum größten Teil zwischen den Ständern des Masten und/oder des Hubrahmens platziert werden kann.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein oder mehrere Zylinder als doppelt wirkende Zylinder für eine gesteuerte Bewegung des Masten relativ zu dem Rahmen in zwei entgegengesetzte Richtungen ausgefüllt sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei ein Steuerelement vorgesehen ist zum Koppeln des Antriebs der Zylinder, die einer Seite des Masten zugeordnet sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei ein Steuerelement zum Koppeln des Antriebs der Zylinder vorgesehen ist, die unterschiedlichen Masten zugeordnet sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehrere der vorstehenden Anspruche 1 bis 4 mit einer Rollenführung oder einer Gleitführung für die Relativbewegung des Masten und/oder des Zwischenmasten.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der verstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei das Hubelement mit einem Vordermasten (50) versehen ist und in der Höhe relativ zu dem Vordermasten mittels einem oder mehreren Zylindern (60, 62) verschiebbar ist, die an der Außenseite des Vordermasten platziert sind.
  7. Gabelstapler mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 6.
  8. Transportierbarer Hubwagen zum Be- und Entladen von beilspielsweise Lastkraftwagen mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 6.
  9. Verfahren zum Anheben von Lasten mit einem Hubrahmen mit zwei Ständern (4, 6) mit den Schritten:
    - Verschieben eines Zwischenmasten (12) relativ zum Hubrahmen mittels zwei Zylindern (14, 16), die in einem Abstand voneinander nahe zu den Ständern (4, 6) des Hubrahmens angeordnet sind,
    - Verschieben eines Masten (34) relativ zu dem Zwischenmasten mittels zumindest zweier Zylinder (26, 28), die in einem Abstand voneinander nahe zu den Ständen (20, 22) des Zwischenmasten angeordnet sind,
    - Anheben einer Last mittels Hubmitteln, die auf einem Hubelement angeordnet sind, und
    - Verschieben einer Last in einer Normalrichtung der Bewegung der Vorrichtung mittels eines Scherenelementes (48), das an einer Seite auf dem Mast montiert ist und an der anderen Seite an dem Hubelement fixiert ist und das in der eingezogenen Position zum größten Teil zwischen den Ständern des Masten und/oder des Hubrahmens platziert werden kann.
