Claims (10)
- An apparatus for treating and/or conveying a web in a web-fed rotary printing press with one or more printing units (63) with a superstructure (67) arranged downstream with respect to the path of the web and with a longitudinal slitter (71), with a folder (68) arranged downstream of the superstructure (67), and with a roller (14) which is mounted in a rotatable manner in a stand (04) and around which a web is wound during operation, characterized in that a plurality of slide blocks (18; 19) carrying one rotatably mounted roll (16) in each case are arranged in a displaceable manner on a guide rail (17) and engage with a threaded spindle (22), the rolls (16) press against the roller (14) and roll against the latter, the threaded spindle (22) comprises a plurality of portions which differ in their direction of rotation and/or their pitch, an electric motor (23) engages on the threaded spindle (22), and the electric motor (23) of the threaded spindle (22) is designed so as to be capable of being actuated in a remote-controlled manner and is controlled by a control unit (10; S) or a system (S) for pre-setting purposes in such a way that a pre-setting can be carried out in a remote-controlled manner by way of the system (S) and/or the control panel, wherein pre-set values are saved for different productions in the form of a table, or are capable of being calculated by the system (S) whilst using the web widths and the lateral offset to be maintained.
- An apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the rolls (16) are constructed in the form of rolls (16) of a draw-roll arrangement.
- An apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the rolls (16) are constructed in the form of rolls (16) of a catch-roll arrangement.
- An apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that one separate threaded portion of a threaded spindle (22) with a specific pitch is provided for four slide blocks (18, 19) carrying one roll (16) in each case.
- An apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that a plurality of threaded spindles with two portions in each case of opposed, similar pitch are provided, which carry slide blocks of rolls (16) opposite one another in a mirror-image manner with respect to a centre line (M).
- An apparatus according to Claim 5, characterized in that the said threaded spindles are driven by a common drive (23) by way of a gear mechanism with a mutually adapted transmission ratio in each case, the drive (23) being actuated by a control unit (S) in accordance with the displacement required.
- An apparatus according to Claim 5, characterized in that each of the said threaded spindles has a separate drive (23) which is actuated by a control unit (S) in an individual manner in each case in accordance with the displacement required.
- An apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the system (S) is constructed in the form of a control unit (S) which has a user interface for feeding in and/ or an interface for reading in at least one width and/or one path of a web to be processed.
- An apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the system (S) comprises calculating means for determining a nominal position of the longitudinal slitter (71) to be set in advance.
- An apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the longitudinal slitter (71) has at least one blade which is likewise capable of being set in advance transversely to the running direction of the web.
