Referring to fig. 8, the unreeling mechanism 1 includes an unreeling roller 101, two ends of the unreeling roller 101 are respectively rotatably disposed on a top surface of a support 102, a bottom surface of the support 102 is disposed on a guide rail 103, the guide rail 103 is disposed along an axial direction of the unreeling roller 101, a side surface of the support 102 is connected with a hydraulic push rod 104, the hydraulic push rod 104 is used for driving the support 102 and the unreeling roller 101 to move along the guide rail 103, namely the axial direction of the unreeling roller 101, when the unreeling direction is deviated, the hydraulic push rod is controlled to drive the support and the unreeling roller to move according to the deviation, so that the prepreg can be controlled to be in a correct cutting position in real time, and the unreeling of the carbon fiber prepreg is realized by matching with the unreeling roller.
The support 102 comprises a base which is arranged on the guide rail 103 in a sliding manner, two ends of the base are respectively provided with a support plate, the top end of each support plate is provided with a C-shaped bayonet, the C-shaped bayonet is matched with the end part of the unreeling roller 101, a bearing seat matched with the end part of the unreeling roller 101 can be additionally arranged, and the unreeling roller 101 can rotate conveniently.
