Claims (16)
- Dispositif de connexion (2, 102), en particulier destiné à être disposé dans un boîtier en matériau isolant (1, 101), qui est conçu pour la connexion d'un conducteur et qui présente :a. une barre conductrice (3, 103),b. un ressort de serrage (4, 104) pour serrer le conducteur sur la barre conductrice (3, 103), qui présente au moins une branche principale (6, 106) et une branche de serrage libre (8, 108) qui est reliée en forme de V ou de U à la branche principale (6, 106) par une courbure (9, 109),c. la branche principale (6, 106) étant appuyée et maintenue contre une cage de serrage comprenant la branche principale et la barre conductrice ou directement contre une paroi (7, 107) du boîtier en matériau isolant (1, 101) comme butée,d. le ressort de serrage (4, 104) étant un ressort agissant comme ressort de compression sur le conducteur à l'état connecté,caractérisé pare. un élément combiné d'encliquetage et de déclenchement mobile (5, 105),i. lequel présente un moyen pour encliqueter l'élément d'encliquetage et de déclenchement (5, 105) et/ou la branche de serrage (8, 108) dans sa position d'ouverture du ressort de serrage, qui est de préférence une contre-dépouille, etii. au moins un embout d'actionnement (15, 115, 116) pouvant être actionné avec un outil, comme en particulier un tournevis ou une tige, mais également sans outil pour débloquer la position d'encliquetage et au moins pour déplacer l'élément d'encliquetage et de déclenchement (5, 105) dans une position de serrage de conducteur dans laquelle il libère la branche de serrage (8, 108).
- Dispositif de connexion selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de serrage (4, 104) est pourvu d'une branche de base (10, 110) orientée angulairement par rapport à la branche principale (6, 106), qui est fixée dans l'élément d'encliquetage et de déclenchement (5, 105) de façon à pouvoir être tendue par l'élément d'encliquetage et de déclenchement (5, 105) lors d'une connexion.
- Dispositif de connexion selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'embout d'actionnement (15, 115) fait saillie du boîtier en matériau isolant vers l'extérieur.
- Dispositif de connexion selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'embout d'actionnement (15, 115) est conçu de façon à pouvoir être actionné manuellement sans outil.
- Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'embout d'actionnement (15, 115) est conçu de façon à être guidé dans le boîtier uniquement en coulissement.
- Dispositif de connexion selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la branche de base (10, 110) est conçue de façon que, lors d'une déconnexion du dispositif de connexion (1, 100), elle ramène l'élément d'encliquetage et de déclenchement (5, 105) dans sa position déconnectée par effet de ressort.
- Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la branche de base (10, 110) est orientée à angle droit par rapport à la branche principale (9, 109) et vers la direction d'introduction du conducteur lorsqu'elle se trouve dans la position déconnectée du dispositif de connexion.
- Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la barre conductrice (3, 103) est conçue angulaire, de sorte qu'elle forme une limitation d'introduction lors de l'introduction du conducteur.
- Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la branche de serrage (108) peut être déplacée avec l'élément d'encliquetage et de déclenchement (105) manuellement sans outil aussi bien dans la position ouverte que dans la position connectée et peut de préférence y être chaque fois encliquetée.
- Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'encliquetage et de déclenchement (105) présente deux embouts d'actionnement (115, 116) faisant saillie vers le haut du boîtier en matériau isolant 101, qui sont disposés parallèlement l'un à l'autre de façon coulissante dans des évidements (123, 124) en forme de puits du boîtier en matériau isolant et reliés entre eux par une portion flexible en forme de bande (117).
- Dispositif de connexion selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la portion en forme de bande (117) est pourvue d'entailles (125).
- Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications précédentes 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que la portion en forme de bande (117) est guidée sur une voie de guidage (118) du boîtier en matériau isolant (101).
- Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications précédentes 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la portion en forme de bande (117) décrit un arc de 180° dans le boîtier en matériau isolant.
- Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'encliquetage et de déclenchement (105) est encliquetable dans le boîtier en matériau isolant (101).
- Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications précédentes 10 à 14, caractérisé en ce que dans la zone de pression (119) est formée une saillie (120) qui peut être encliquetée dans deux positions dans le boîtier en matériau isolant.
- Dispositif de connexion selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il fait partie d'un appareil électrique, en particulier d'un disjoncteur, d'un bornier, d'un contacteur, d'un agencement de carte de circuit imprimé ou d'un connecteur lourd.
