- Dispositif de battage à marteau pilon, destiné à battre et secouer des tubes d'échangeur de chaleur (2) pour nettoyer leur surface extérieure, le dispositif présentant
un arbre rotatif allongé (6) qui est maintenu par au moins 2 paliers,
un moyen (7) de mise en rotation de l'arbre (6),
plusieurs bras radiaux (9) reliés solidairement à l'arbre (6) à distance les uns des autres, chaque bras (9) étant fixé essentiellement perpendiculairement à l'arbre (6) et de manière rigide à un angle périphérique plus grand que celui de l'arbre (9) voisin qui précède,
un marteau pilon (10) qui présente une tête de marteau (11) et un manche de marteau (12) et fixé à pivotement à l'extrémité extérieure de chaque bras radial (9) par une articulation de marteau (13),
une enclume ou bras de percussion (4) fixée à un tube de collecte (3) d'une unité tubulaire (1) d'échangeur de chaleur ou en contact avec ce tube de collecte et contre laquelle l'extrémité exposée (5) du marteau pilon (10) vient frapper lors de la rotation de l'arbre (6),

- Dispositif de battage à marteau pilon selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le poids supplémentaire (14) est placé sur le manche (12) du marteau.
- Dispositif de battage à marteau pilon selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le poids supplémentaire (14) est vissé ou soudé sur la tête (11) du marteau ou sur le manche (12) du marteau.
- Dispositif de battage à marteau pilon selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le poids supplémentaire (14) présente de plus une partie (15) formant une masse supplémentaire, obtenue par usinage mécanique permettant d'obtenir le poids supplémentaire (14).
