Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant de régler l'affichage de la date sur une montre, notamment une montre radio, après changement de piles. Ledit procédé comprend les étapes suivantes: a) déterminer la nécessité de changer de pile; b) placer l'affichage de la date dans une position de référence prédéterminée; c) déterminer qu'un changement de pile a été effectué et d) déterminer la date à régler au moment présent sur l'affichage de la date; e) régler la date établie sur l'affichage de la date, à partir de la position de référence. Afin de pouvoir mettre ledit procédé en oeuvre, il est nécessaire d'utiliser un dispositif comprenant les constituants individuels suivants: a) des moyens pour déterminer la nécessité de changer de pile; b) des moyens pour placer l'affichage de la date dans une position de référence prédéterminée; c) des moyens pour déterminer qu'un changement de pile a été effectué; d) des moyens pour déterminer la date à régler au moment présent sur l'affichage de la date et e) des moyens pour régler la date à ajuster sur l'affichage de la date, à partir de la position de référence.
