Claims (10)

  1. Élément de ferrure pour une ferrure de tringle de commande d'une fenêtre, d'une porte-fenêtre ou élément similaire, avec un tenon de fermeture, fixé sur une tringle de commande mobile dans le sens longitudinal, avec une paroi latérale extérieure du tenon de fermeture, disposée de manière excentrée pour recevoir le tenon de fermeture dans la tringle de commande, la paroi latérale extérieure étant mobile en rotation par rapport à la tringle de commande, et avec un rail de recouvrement couvrant la tringle de commande, caractérisé en ce que le tenon de fermeture (5) dans la tringle de commande (2) comporte un élément de blocage (22, 23, 28) et en ce que le tenon de fermeture (5) comporte des surfaces complémentaires (16), réparties sur le pourtour et disposées concentriquement au palier (11) dans la tringle de commande (2), et en ce qu'au moins une des surfaces complémentaires (16), dans une première position de la tringle de commande (2), est en appui contre un guidage du rail de recouvrement (1) et, dans une deuxième position de la tringle de commande (2), est écartée du guidage du rail de recouvrement (1).
  2. Élément de ferrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rail de recouvrement (1) comporte un trou oblong (12) pour le passage du tenon de fermeture (5), en ce qu'une paroi (14) du trou oblong (12) est réalisée sous forme de guidage pour la surface complémentaire (16) du tenon de fermeture (5) dans la première position de la tringle de commande (2), et en ce que le trou oblong (12) comporte un élargissement (13) destiné à recevoir le tenon de fermeture (5) lorsque la tringle de commande (2) est dans la deuxième position.
  3. Élément de ferrure selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élargissement (13) du trou oblong (12) correspond à la position du tenon de fermeture (5) qui correspond à une position d'ouverture de la ferrure de tringle de commande.
  4. Élément de ferrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de blocage (22, 23, 28) du tenon de fermeture (5) dans la tringle de commande (2) comporte un élément de serrage (20, 27, 29) élastiquement flexible, et en ce que l'élément de serrage (20, 27, 29) est situé en face d'au moins une surface de blocage (18, 26, 31) parmi plusieurs.
  5. Élément de ferrure selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le nombre et la position des surfaces de blocage (18, 26, 31) correspond au nombre et à la position des surfaces complémentaires (16).
  6. Élément de ferrure selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de serrage (20, 27, 29) est disposé sur la tringle de commande (2) et la surface de blocage (18, 26, 31) est disposée sur le tenon de fermeture (5).
  7. Élément de ferrure selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la tringle de commande (2) comporte un rétrécissement (19) latéral pour maintenir l'élément de serrage (20, 27, 29).
  8. Élément de ferrure selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une tige (15) du tenon de fermeture (5), traversant la tringle de commande (2), est assemblée à un disque (17, 24, 32) enserrant par derrière la tringle de commande (2), et en ce que la surface de blocage (18, 26, 31) est disposée sur le disque (17, 24, 32).
