Claims (11)
- Élément de ferrure pour une ferrure de tringle de commande d'une fenêtre, d'une porte-fenêtre ou élément similaire, avec un tenon de fermeture, fixé sur une tringle de commande mobile dans le sens longitudinal, avec une paroi latérale extérieure du tenon de fermeture, disposée de manière excentrée pour recevoir le tenon de fermeture dans la tringle de commande, la paroi latérale extérieure étant mobile en rotation par rapport à la tringle de commande, et avec un rail de recouvrement couvrant la tringle de commande, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément de serrage (5, 14, 16) élastiquement déformable est disposé entre le rail de recouvrement (1) et le tenon de fermeture (3), en ce que l'élément de serrage (5, 14, 16), dans une position de la tringle de commande (2), est enserrée par derrière par le rail de recouvrement (1) et maintient le tenon de fermeture (3) dans sa position de rotation réglée et, dans une autre position de la tringle de commande (2), l'élément de serrage (5, 14, 16) n'est pas enserré par derrière et le tenon de fermeture (3) est maintenu mobile en rotation à l'encontre de la force de l'élément de serrage (5, 14, 16).

- Élément de ferrure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une tige (9) du tenon de fermeture (3) comporte plusieurs surfaces complémentaires (10, 19), disposées de manière excentrée par rapport à la paroi latérale extérieure (13), et en ce que l'élément de serrage (5, 14, 16) est en appui contre les surfaces complémentaires (10, 19).
- Élément de ferrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de serrage (5, 14, 16) est réalisé en matière plastique ou en acier à ressort.
- Élément de ferrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale extérieure (13) et la tige (9) du tenon de fermeture (3) sont réalisées d'un seul tenant, et en ce que la tige (9) est montée mobile en rotation dans la tringle de commande (2).
- Élément de ferrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de serrage (5, 14) entoure la tige (9) du tenon de fermeture (3).
- Élément de ferrure selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de serrage (5, 14) est conformé de manière flexible dans le sens radial par rapport à la tige (9) du tenon de fermeture (3) et a une largeur correspondant à la largeur du trou oblong (4).
- Élément de ferrure selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de serrage (14) comporte une fente (15), ménagée à partir de la tige (9) du tenon de fermeture (3) parallèlement au trou oblong (4).
- Élément de ferrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de serrage (5) comporte un coude (12) qui enserre la tringle de commande (2).
- Élément de ferrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de serrage (16) est disposé sur une paroi (17) opposée à la tige (9) du tenon de fermeture (3).
- Élément de ferrure selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de serrage (16) comporte au moins un ressort à lames (18) disposé le long du trou oblong (4).
