Definitions

  • the invention relates to a drive rod gear and a window or a door with a drive rod transmission according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the object of the invention is compared to the known prior art, to achieve an attachment of the hand lever, which is usable even at large distances between the gear housing and end face. Because then the movable supports are not suitable due to the size.
  • the features of the characterizing part are provided in a drive rod transmission of the preamble of claim 1.
  • Arrangement is achieved in addition to a secure support of, since it can be clamped with the spacer. Nevertheless, the hand lever is securely attached.
  • the arrangement can also be used with hand levers, in which the attachment of the hand lever is not or only indirectly on the rosette, but the hand lever engages with a locking means on the espagnolette gear.
  • Hand lever of this type are for example from the DE 196 01 119 C2 , of the EP 0 548 378 B1 , of the DE 42 38 459 A1 or the EP 0 692 592 B1 known.
  • a locking member mounted in the square mandrel engages behind the pinion mounted in the housing, so that the square is fixed axially in at least one direction.
  • a rosette can be secured against rotation on the spar without fastening screws are visible.
  • the opening consists of two intersecting holes, so that it can be very easily produced with easily available tools.
  • the opening D- or semi-oval-shaped means that a part of the opening has a straight edge course, followed by two perpendicular edges join, which open into a common arc or two arches with a straight connector.
  • the location of the "D" can be lying or standing and even mirror-image.
  • the spacer has on its rear side facing the espagnolette gear at least one rib, which is assigned to the housing a recess, then a fixation of the espagnolette gear is also ensured in the longitudinal direction of the diegelfalzes.
  • a boundary edge is provided on the spacer, which abuts against the web, as this results in a simplified alignment of the spacer.
  • a coupling device for a detachable connection of a spacer is provided on the spacer.
  • the coupling device consists of a slot which forms at least one receptacle for the spacer. As a result, the coupling device can be produced comparatively easily.
  • the spacer is essentially Z-shaped and supports itself with the part of the spacer projecting beyond the slot on the spacer, then the spacer is positively loaded.
  • At least two receptacles are provided on the spacer, which are arranged offset with respect to a plane Plane of the spacer, then this results in a variety of dimensions that can be covered with a spacer and a spacer.
  • the slot extends near the boundary edge. This has the consequence that the support of the espagnolette gear on the spacer via the spacer takes place at an extremely distant point relative to the sash. As a result, the housing is ideally supported.
  • drive rod transmission 1 has a housing 2 and a movable drive rod 3.
  • housing 2 In the housing 2 holes 4 are provided, which serve me a thread not visible here as an abutment for a hand lever or its rosette.
  • a bore 5 is mounted, which lies between the holes 4. This hole 5 is provided for the passage of a polygonal mandrel of the hand lever, not shown here.
  • the housing 2 has a substantially T-shaped cross-section, in particular with reference to FIG Fig. 4 and 5 becomes clear and consists of two housing halves 6 and 7, between them a pinion 8 (FIG. 3 and 4 ) to store.
  • the toothing 9 of the pinion 8 meshes with a toothing 10 of the drive rod 3, which is guided laterally in a groove 11 of the housing 2 on both sides, which is formed by two mutually facing webs 12, 13 of the housing halves 6, 7.
  • the drive rod 2 is guided longitudinally displaceable.
  • the pinion 8 has an opening 14 for coupling to the polygonal mandrel of the hand lever ( Fig. 3 ) and a concentrically extending collar 15, which allows a bearing of the pinion 8 in the housing 2.
  • the web 13 has a recess 16.
  • the mishandling device 17 In this extends transversely to the drive rod 3 displaceable mishandling device 17, which has a stop 19. With the stop 19, the mishandling device 17 abuts the frame when the sash is closed and is displaced transversely in the housing 2. By the transverse displacement of the mishandling device 17, a locking detent is brought out of engagement in a known manner, which is attached to the mishandling device 17.
  • the mishandling device 17 is formed as a transverse to the drive rod 2 movable slide, which is guided displaceably in the housing 2 and is urged by a spring in its blocking position.
  • Fig. 4 is the installation situation of the espagnolette drive 1 in a trained as a hollow profile rail 20 can be seen, from which the wing is assembled. It can be seen here that the webs 12, 13 form two shoulders, which support the housing 2 on the C-shaped webs 21, 22 of a guide groove 23. In this case, the espagnolette gear 1 passes through the narrower designed central T-bar 24 of its T-shaped cross-section through an opening 25 of the bottom 26 of the guide groove 23.
  • the web 21 forms an outwardly facing edge strip and limited in the embodiment of the fold of the spar 20th
  • the opening 25 can be made in various ways. This can be done for example by a milling process, which takes place from the Falzseite ago.
  • the opening 27 (bore 27 2 ) and holes 27 1 and 27 3 ( Fig. 7a .), which are required for the passage of the square mandrel and the fastening screws of the rosette of the hand lever, which is fastened on the end face 28.
  • the opening 25 and the holes 27 1 , 27 2 and 27 3 are produced by a punching process.
  • a punching tool is introduced into the guide groove 23 and the base 26 thereby partially removed. This is preferably carried out in the width, which results from the distance of the mutually facing webs 21, 22.
  • the opening 27 and the holes 27 1 , 27 2 and 27 3 are produced by means of a punching tool.
  • a die is mounted on the back 30 of the web 29. This implies that the edge strip formed by the web 22 of the spar 20 and the web 29 must have a distance 31 to each other, in which the die is introduced. Together with the web 32 thereby creates a groove 33 behind the web 29th
  • FIG. 4 shows the mounting position of the drive rod 1
  • Fig. 5 It can be seen how the drive rod gear 1 is fixed to the spar 20.

  • a first leg 36 forms a U-shaped receptacle 37 at its free end and the second leg forms a guide leg 38 which is slidably received in the housing 2.
  • the slider 35 with the U-shaped receptacle 37 surrounds the web 21.
  • the slide 35 is acted upon by the spring 39 designed as compression springs in the direction of the web 21, so that the housing 2 is supported on the side facing in the direction of the web 22 via the web 18 and the housing side surface 40.
  • the springs 39 are supported on the slide 35 on two flanges, which are provided for ease of attachment of the springs 39 with conical spikes.
  • the web 18 also engages behind the rib 41, which remains in the production of the opening 25 in the bottom 26.
  • the slider 35 is at least partially in the region of the transverse web 45 of the T-shaped cross section and the slider 35 is at least the web 18 relative to the central web 44 of the T-shaped cross section opposite.
  • the guide leg 38 consists of two U-shaped protruding from a base 42 webs 43 which engage in corresponding openings of the housing 2. It is also provided that in the mounting position of the slider 35 whose upper U-leg 45 of the U-shaped receptacle 37 is received in a recess 46 of the shoulder or the web 12. This ensures that the receptacle 37 is aligned relative to the web 21, since the housing 2 is supported with the web 2 on this.
  • a fixing pin 47 is indicated, which has a widened head 48 and a thinner shaft 49.
  • the shaft 49 is seated in the mounting position of the slider 37 in a bore 50 of the drive rod 3 and passes through this and a recess 51 in the housing 2 and finally engages in a bore 52 of the slider 37 a.
  • the holes 50, 52 extend concentrically in the mounting position of the slider 37, so that the shaft 49, which is tuned in its diameter to the bores 50, 52, the slide 37 in his in the Fig. 4 position shown holds.
  • the assembly of the drive rod 1 to the spar 20 is carried out as follows. First, in the spar, the opening 25 and the opening 27 is attached. Subsequently, the drive rod gear 1 is inserted into the opening 25. This is done in one direction 55 ( Fig. 4 ) perpendicular to the rebate surface.
  • the espagnolette gear can be coupled with adjacent drive rods, not shown here, which are mounted longitudinally displaceably in the guide groove 22. This is done by screws 56, which pass through holes 57 in the drive rod 3.
  • the fixing pin 47 can be removed, which holds the slider 37 in its mounting position.
  • the slide is urged by the springs 39 from the housing 2 and surrounds the web 21 of the spar 20- the web 18, however, based in height of the opening 27 through the web 18 on the profile web 32 from. This is done offset next to the opening 27th

  • the use of the spacer 63 is useful when the distance 31 is so large that the web 29 could twist when tightening the fasteners 60.
  • the spacer 63 provides the fasteners 60 an abutment, which is directly clamped to the web 29. As a result, a support of the drive rod 1 relative to the web 29 is unnecessary.
  • the rosette 61 has radially extending latching recesses, which locking projections are associated with a locking disk which is rotatably mounted on the square shaft of the hand lever, not shown here.
  • a detent element is attached to the square shaft, which engages behind the recess 14 of the pinion 9.
  • the spring running axially to the square shaft can only serve to clamp the hand lever.
  • the locking functions of the lever are separate and therefore easier to customize.

  • the middle bore 27 2 is used to pass the polygonal mandrel of the hand lever, while the holes 27 1 and 27 3 are used for the passage of the fastening screws, which find in the threads of the holes 4, the abovementioned abutment.
  • the bottom 26 is at least partially removed by the holes 27 1 , 27 2 and 27 3 as well as the transversely to the bore direction extending web 32. Nevertheless, it is necessary to remove at least the lying between the holes 27 1 and 27 3 section of the bottom 26. This could be done for example by a milling process that takes place from the Falzseite ago.
  • the production of the required recesses and bores can be carried out by a punching process.
  • a punching tool is used perpendicular to the folding direction.
  • An opposing die is not possible and not necessary, since the opening 25 after installation of the espagnolette is largely covered. An inevitable sinking of the opening edges is therefore irrelevant.
  • the opening 25 has a width which corresponds approximately to the distance of the webs 21, 22, the bottom 26 is sufficiently stiffened by these webs 21,22 and extending perpendicular to the fold Radangn 65, 66, so that it is not a collapse the guide groove 23 can come.
