Claims (11)
- Procédé d'usinage d'une lampe (1) ayant une ampoule (2) dans laquelle est reçu un moyen (12) d'éclairage ayant des entrées (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24) de courant et qui délimite un espace recevant un gaz de remplissage et fermé par un pincement (8), caractérisé en ce que l'on échauffe par apport de chaleur et déforme ou fait fondre ou met en température une partie de l'ampoule (2) après le remplissage et le pincement.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, dans lequel on effectue l'échauffement par faisceaux laser ou analogues.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel on guide le faisceau laser le long d'une trajectoire déterminée à l'avance de manière à soumettre la partie de l'ampoule (2) au moyen du faisceau laser à un traitement thermique et à supprimer les tensions mécaniques dans le verre.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel on guide le faisceau laser le long d'une trajectoire déterminé à l'avance de manière à effectuer une refusion en surface d'une couche superficielle ou à former un motif (32, 34) en surface par fusion ou par enlèvement de matière.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel on déforme l'ampoule (2) au moyen d'un outil après l'avoir portée à une température de déformation.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel on rend rugueuse ou on dépolit au moyen de faisceaux laser une partie de la surface de l'ampoule ou une enceinte de lampe en verre entourant l'ampoule.
- Lampe ayant une ampoule (2), dans laquelle est reçu un moyen (12) d'éclairage ayant des entrées (14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24) de courant et qui délimite un espace recevant un gaz de remplissage et fermé par un pincement (8), caractérisée en ce qu'une partie de l'ampoule (2) est échauffée et déformée ou refondue par apport de chaleur après le remplissage et le pincement.
- Lampe suivant la revendication 7, dans laquelle celle-ci est munie d'un revêtement réfléchissant la chaleur et la section (42) transversale de l'ampoule (2) est déformée au moins par partie.
- Lampe suivant la revendication 7 ou 8, dans laquelle le moyen d'éclairage est au moins un filament (12) qui est maintenu par des bossages (36) de l'ampoule (2).
- Lampe suivant l'une des revendications 7 à 9, dans laquelle le motif de surface est un facettage (32, 34).
- Lampe suivant la revendication 10, dans laquelle le facettage (32, 34) s'étend dans une direction parallèle ou dans une direction en zigzag.
