Definitions
- the invention relates to a transport dishwasher in the form of a belt conveyor dishwasher or a basket conveyor dishwasher according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a transport dishwasher is for example from the document CH 262 228 A known.
- This prior art relates to a transport dishwasher, which has at least one washing zone, in which washing liquid is sprayed onto the items to be cleaned.
- a wash tank for receiving sprayed washing liquid from the treatment chamber.
- a washing pump is provided below the treatment chamber belonging to the treatment chamber.
- the washing pump serves to convey washing liquid from the washing tank via a washing liquid line system to washing nozzles.
- the washing nozzles are directed in the treatment chamber to the area of the items to be cleaned, to spray washing liquid on the items to be cleaned.
- the sprayed washing liquid flows back into the wash tank by gravity.
- the document EP 0 995 483 A1 discloses a filter device having a microfiltration device or an ultrafiltration device.
- the washware is transported by a transport device through one or more wash zones and a final rinse zone of the conveyor warewashing machine. From zone to zone, a fluid cascade is formed whose flow direction of the Transport direction is opposite. When the liquid cascade is interrupted, the washing liquid in the wash tanks of the liquid cascade no longer receives regeneration by dilution with fresh water. Depending on the entry of dirt from the items to be washed into the washing liquid (wash liquid), this washing liquid can become very dirty, so that this results in a reduced cleaning capacity.
- the problem to be solved is to keep the cleaning efficiency constant throughout the service life.
- a microfiltration device or an ultrafiltration device according to the invention can be provided for one or more wash zones. Preferably, this is located in the wash tank of the washing zone concerned Washing liquid processed in a cycle. For this treatment of the wash water no fresh water (fresh water) is needed, but it will only remove the contaminants located in the washing liquid from the washing liquid.
- Wash liquid is water to which detergent (detergent) is added.
- Rinse aid may be fresh water with or without rinse aid.
- the conveyor-type warewashing machine can be a flight-type goods washer in which the washware to be cleaned is transported by a conveyor belt through the machine, or a basket transport dishwasher (FIG. Rack conveyor ware washer), in which the wash ware is transported in baskets on the transport device through the machine.
- a flight-type goods washer in which the washware to be cleaned is transported by a conveyor belt through the machine
- a basket transport dishwasher FIG. Rack conveyor ware washer
- the transport dishwasher of Fig. 1 contains a transport device 2, the transport direction 4 is indicated by an arrow.
- the washware may be of any type, eg. As plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, trays, pots, pans.
- the transport dishwasher contains at least one, z. B. according to the drawings two (or more) in the transport direction 4 successively arranged wash zones 6 and 8 (wash zones) for washing the dishes with wash liquid (wash liquid), and a rinse zone 14 (final rinse zone) for rinsing (final rinse) of Wash ware with rinse aid (final rinse liquid).
- the washing liquid is water to which detergent is added.
- Final rinse liquid may be fresh water with or without rinse aid.
- each washing zone 6 and 8 are upper and lower washing nozzles 20, 22 and 24, 26 for spraying washing liquid (wash liquid) on the washware, which is located on the transport device 2.
- the washing zones 6 and 8 are each provided with a wash tank 28 or 30 (wash tank), in which washing liquid sprayed from the washing nozzles 20, 22 or 24, 26 collects. From the washing tanks 28 and 30, washing liquid is recirculated back to the washing nozzles 20, 22 and 24, 26, respectively, by a washing liquid supply pipe 38 and 40, each containing a pump 34 and 36, respectively.
- the wash liquid supply line 38 or 40 and the associated wash tank 28 or 30 form a washing liquid Rezirkulationsstrang 28/38 and 30/40.
- Each washing liquid recirculation line 28/38 or 30/40 together with the associated washing zone 6 or 8 and their washing nozzles 20, 22 and 24, 26, a washing liquid recirculation circuit.
- the rinse zone 14 (final rinse zone) is provided with upper and lower rinsing spray nozzles 42 and 44, respectively, to which rinse liquid (final rinse liquid) can be supplied via a final rinse liquid supply line 46.
- the sprayed rinse liquid collects in a rinse tank 48 (post-wash tank).
- This pre-rinse liquid is supplied through a post-wash liquid supply line 50 containing a pump 51 to upper and lower post-wash nozzles 52 and 54, respectively.
- the Nachwaschcroftkeit is thus pre-used final rinse liquid.
- post-wash zone 12 may also be referred to as a pre-rinse zone
- post-wash liquid may also be referred to as a pre-rinse liquid.
- the post-wash tank 48 can also be referred to as a pre-rinse tank.
- the Nachwaschlotkeit sprayed by the Nachwasch spray nozzles 52 and 54 passes partially into the Nachwaschtank 48 and partially via a guide plate 60 in the last wash tank 30th
- the wash tanks 28 and 30 and the Nachwaschtank 48 form a liquid cascade system in which the liquid overflows from one to the other tank against the transport direction 4 of the transport device 2.
- liquid from the rinse tank 48 flows into the last wash tank 30 and from there into the next wash tank 28.
- the last wash tank 28 in this flow direction which is the first tank in the transport direction 4, is preferably provided with a dirty liquid drain 62.
