Definitions

  • the invention relates to a dispenser according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • Donors of the type in question have already become known in various designs. It is merely, for example, on the disclosure of the EP 0 214 106 B1 or the DE 102 22 375 A1 directed.
  • a common feature of such dispensers is that the closure part seated on the outside of the dispensing opening makes a circular movement, or at least essentially a circular movement, for movement into the open position. A correspondingly reverse movement takes place when closing the dispensing opening. This may involve a shearing of the mass.
  • the invention has the object to provide a dispenser for portioned dispensing liquid to pasty masses, as assumed at the outset, which is advantageous to operate.
  • the closure pin can act as a plug which releases the example formed in the sliding part discharge opening at a corresponding donor-facing operation of the sliding part, so that the pasty mass, such as skin cream or the like, can be delivered stranded on the discharge opening.
  • the pasty mass such as skin cream or the like
  • the discharge opening passes over the end of the closure pin, which plunges like a plug into the dispensing opening and preferably flush with the edge of the dispensing opening.
  • the discharge opening is pushed onto the free end of the closure pin, wherein preferably the free end is slightly conical for better operation.
  • the longitudinal cross section of the dispensing opening is adapted accordingly with regard to it.
  • the linear displacement path of the sliding part which is executed in a range of a few millimeters, runs transversely aligned to the vertical dispenser axis both in the dispenser-open opening position and in the dispenser-facing closure position.
  • Such a dispenser is suitable for masses of different viscosity. This can go as far as a water-like liquid, but also be a very viscous, viscous mass.
  • the sliding part is actuated from the top of the dispensing head.
  • an actuating finger displacing the sliding part can also be used at the same time for pushing down the dispensing head.
  • the sliding part has an upper sliding operating portion which extends in cross section at an angle to a skirt portion such that the inner surface of the skirt portion to the sliding operation portion forms an angle of less than 180 °.
  • the angle of less than 180 °, including the sliding actuating portion and the skirt portion refers to the longitudinal cross section of the sliding member.
  • the sliding part in the longitudinal cross-section is approximately L-shaped, wherein the L-leg forms the sliding operation portion and the L-web the skirt portion. It is preferably provided that the enclosing angle value is located in a range between 90 ° and 100 °.
  • the sliding actuation section can have on the upper side for the actuation finger a raised profiling which forms an actuation zone. The profiling can also be designed so that it visually explains the operation of the dispenser or of the sliding actuation section to the user, for example by an arrow indication or the like.
  • the sliding part forms the apron portion below the dispensing opening, whereby the mass strand extruded out of the dispensing opening can be removed in a simplified manner through the slightly concave outer wall of the skirt section.
  • the fact that the sliding operating section overlaps to a central one proves to be convenient Center of the donor extends.
  • a comfortable operation of the actuating portion is given for the actuating finger.
  • the sliding part has one or two flank sections which extend both at an angle to the skirt section and to the sliding actuating section.
  • the sliding part has two congruently arranged flank sections.
  • the sliding part has an approximately U-shaped cross-section, wherein each of the flank sections are formed by the U-legs. Due to such a design, the sliding part is shaped like a helmet, wherein the outwardly facing apron portion is formed in principle by the helmet visor. The sliding part is preferably positioned astride the dispensing head. In view of this, it is proposed that the sliding part has in each case arranged on the inner walls of the flank sections, facing one another guide rails, which in turn interact to guide the sliding part with formed from the dispensing head recordings.
  • the captivity of the sliding part is achieved in that the receptacles each have locking portions which cooperate in the open position of the sliding part with corresponding Martinezsperrabroughen the guide rails.
  • the sliding part can be biased in its closed position. After an operation, it can thus automatically return to its closed position.
  • the displacement of the sliding part in the open position due to an exceeding of a pressure threshold, for example due to a correspondingly biased spring only be achieved. This then automatically by the pressure generated in the donor, without the need for its own volitional displacement movement.
  • the closure pin extends substantially axially and centrally into the dispensing channel of the dispensing head, wherein the dispensing channel both the Output channel portion of the sliding part and the closure pin surrounds.
  • the output channel formed from the dispensing head in turn extends within a cap-fixed tube portion, at which tube portion at the same time also the closure pin is connected.
