Definitions

  • the invention relates to an automatic storage device for objects, as described in claim 1.
  • EP 0 749 101 A2 discloses a generic automatic storage device for objects, in particular an automatic self-service device intended for goods to be purchased.
  • This automatic storage machine has a drum-like round magazine with several compartment levels and with several compartments arranged in a sector-like manner in each compartment level.
  • Each compartment level is assigned a slide, which can be opened and closed by a drive motor.
  • Different opening widths of the slider, which are adapted to the compartment widths behind, are taken into account via the travel range of the drive motor.
  • the opening movement is controlled by sensory pulse detection on a slot or time slice on the drive motor. After this, it is monitored in terms of control technology and limited in terms of control technology via the drive motor
  • the slide When the slide is opened, the slide can also be closed automatically via the drive motor.
  • the closing movement is in turn monitored based on the revolutions or signals of the pulse disk and the motor is stopped when the slide is in the closed position.
  • the closing resistance is also sensed. If an increased closing resistance is detected, for example via the motor current or on the basis of fluctuations in the signals from the encoder disc, the direction of rotation of the motor is reversed and the slide is opened again in order to then start a new closing attempt after a certain time.
  • Such an automatic storage device with a variable opening width controlled exclusively by drive technology or by the drive motor is unsatisfactory, in particular in some security matters.
  • the present invention has for its object to provide an automatic storage device for objects, which on the one hand increased personal security, i. offers high protection against injuries to untrained users and at the same time high demands
  • the stop device which can be activated or deactivated or variably positioned independently of the drive device, achieves control-controlled access or a safe limitation of the size of the access opening, which is influenced by the various, automatically checkable access rights.
  • a limitation of the maximum permissible access dimensions is safely accomplished and unauthorized extensions of the access opening are reliably prevented via the controlled positioning or activating stop device.
  • the automatic storage device according to the invention is also with a comparatively high total storage weight or with a high maximum loading weight, which is powerful
  • the embodiment according to claim 2 advantageously ensures that overstressing or excessive wear on the force- or torque-limiting device is avoided if the locking device cannot be opened or closed automatically.
  • the embodiment according to claim 3 ensures a self-service machine which automatically regulates the access possibilities to the machine compartments depending on the user, application and different access rights or the correct subject accesses.
  • the training according to claim 4 ensures that manual adjustments an unlocked locking device is possible both when the drive device is inactive and when it is active.
  • manual adjustment of an unlocked locking device or a control-technically unlocked slide between the almost closed position and the variably predeterminable stop position defined by the stop device is possible at any time with manual effort or an automatic adjustment movement can be stopped at any time. Injuries can thereby be avoided and independent exemptions from self-closing or opening locking devices or slides are reliably possible.
  • the measures according to claim 5 ensure that the automatically checkable access rights of the respective user cannot be expanded or changed unauthorized, so that break-ins or attempts at theft generally fail or such attempts at manipulation are opposed to sufficient resistance.

  • spoke 23 is also advantageous, since it enables two different, stable control positions to be assumed without the supply of electrical energy, a constant supply of energy not being necessary to maintain it.
  • spoke 24 ensure that the locking device is securely locked in the closed position, so that unauthorized attempts at opening by unauthorized persons fail.
  • a corresponding locking device can also be selectively released based on the control device and the other tumblers can remain active or the other locking devices remain securely locked unchanged.
  • spoke 28 ensures that the locking device remains locked or locked in the event of a long-term power failure and also after a possible bridging time by means of an integrated, uninterruptible power supply or even in the event of a deliberate interruption in the power supply to the machine.
  • a reliable and inexpensive control device for monitoring a plurality of locking devices is specified in spoke 29 and / or 30.

  • spoke 44 is also advantageous, since it can simplify or accelerate the storage process of objects in the storage machines or any repair and inspection work for persons who have been trained in particular danger, in particular for professional deliverers and service technicians, without this an inadmissible hazard arises for the operator.
  • An embodiment according to claim 45 is advantageous, since the intuitive operability of the enabling button enables quick and reliable initiation of safety-related measures, in particular of measures to shut down the transport device for the compartment arrangement.
  • An embodiment according to claim 46 is also advantageous, since it creates a two-hand control in which two buttons have to be pressed simultaneously to release a drive, in particular the specialist drive, the buttons being arranged in such a way that both hands are required for simultaneous operation , It is ideal if no other parts of the body can reach into the danger area, in particular in the area of the access opening or compartment arrangement.
