Definitions

  • the invention relates to a screen-like tumble dryer, in which a central standpipe hinged on an actuator, detectable in the unfolded state, multi-arm support frame carries the clothesline, which arranged in a star shape, movably connected to the upper end portion of the standpipe supporting arms and arranged in a star shape, with the lower Ends of the support arms articulated, on a displaceable along the standpipe, lower sleeve hinged, stretchable by standpipe support arms for the clothesline has, wherein the actuator is provided with an elevator cord, which is anchored at its upper end to the upper end portion of the standpipe, parallel to Standpipe extends down and is deflected away from the standpipe on the lower sleeve of the support frame.
  • Umbrella-type clothes dryers so-called rotary clothes dryers
  • the standpipe is anchored in a vertical position in a ground socket in the ground.
  • the support arms hang down along the standpipe and the support arms for the clothesline are each swung up to the standpipe.
  • the elevator line of the actuator runs parallel to the standpipe down to the just above the bottom, lower sleeve of the support frame. There, the elevator rope is deflected away from the standpipe and protrudes with a short piece out of the support frame.
  • the hoist line is pulled away from the standpipe laterally.
  • the lower sleeve is pulled up the standpipe, the hinged to her support arms are pivoted away from standpipe, the support frame is opened and in the last part of this movement, the clothesline is tightened or stretched.
  • the star-shaped support arms are pivoted away from standpipe in the radial direction and thereby move apart horizontally, so that the lateral distance between them is getting bigger. This increase in distance arranged between the support arms clothesline is pulled in the length and stretched horizontally.
