Le véhicule selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'un côté du bras de levage télescopique (4) est logé sur un support d'appui (6) au-dessus des roues avant (7) de manière à pivoter sur une articulation (12), en ce que les cylindres hydrauliques (11) sont placés entre le véhicule (3) et le bras de levage télescopique (4) à peu près au centre du véhicule (3) et en ce qu'un espace libre (14) est ménagé dans la zone arrière du véhicule (3) avec le centre de gravité au-dessus des roues (8), le palonnier (2) pouvant transporter des conteneurs (3) en suspension dans cet espace libre.
